Tearing cleaning cloth structure

Tearing cleaning cloth structure composed of multiple sheets of cleaning cloths which are overlapped with each other to form a cleaning cloth. The peripheral of the cleaning cloth is formed with several through holes. The circumference of each through hole is formed with a connecting edge between each upper sheet and each lower sheet of cleaning cloths. After used, the outermost upper and lower cleaning cloths can be entirely torn away. Therefore, in next wipe, the cleaning cloth keeps having an entirely clean surface.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention is related to a tearing cleaning cloth structure composed of multiple sheets of cleaning cloths which are overlapped with each other to form a cleaning cloth. The peripheral of the cleaning cloth is formed with several through holes at equal intervals. The circumference of each through hole is formed with a connecting edge between each upper sheet and each lower sheet of cleaning cloths. After used, the outermost upper and lower cleaning cloths can be entirely torn away. Therefore, in next wipe, the cleaning cloth keeps having an entirely clean surface.

[0002] FIG. 1 shows a conventional cleaning cloth 10′ with decorative lace 11′. The cleaning cloth 10′ is composed of multiple sheets of cleaning cloths 10 each having a lace 11.

[0003] When assembled, as shown in FIG. 2, the sheets of cleaning cloths 10 are tidily overlapped with each other. Then a binding edge 12′ is disposed on inner side of the lace 11. Then the cleaning cloths 10 are cut with a cutter to form a tearing line 13′ to form a cleaning cloth 10′ with decorative lace 11′.

[0004] The above cleaning cloth has some shortcomings as follows:

[0005] 1. The lower sheet of cleaning cloth 10 has unapparent tearing line 13′. After the cleaning cloths 10 are torn away layer by layer, the lower sheet of cleaning cloth 10 will be hard to tear.

[0006] 2. When using the cleaning cloth 10′ to wipe an article (as shown in FIG. 3), the peripheral lace 11′ will be also contaminated by dust and dirt. The peripheral lace 11′ is separated from the outermost sheets of cleaning cloths 10 by the binding edge 12′. When tearing off the outermost sheets of cleaning cloths 10, the peripheral lace 11′ cannot be also torn away. Therefore, the peripheral lace 11′ will remain contaminated. This will affect the cleaning effect in next wipe.

[0007] 3. When assembled, the sheets of cleaning cloths 10 are first bound by the binding edge 12′ and then the cleaning cloths 10 are cut with a tearing line 13′ to form the cleaning cloth 10′. Therefore, two processing steps are required so that the manufacturing cost is higher.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a tearing cleaning cloth structure composed of multiple sheets of cleaning cloths which are overlapped with each other to form a cleaning cloth. The peripheral of the cleaning cloth is formed with several through holes at equal intervals. The circumference of each through hole is formed with a connecting edge between each upper sheet and each lower sheet of cleaning cloths.

[0009] It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above tearing cleaning cloth structure in which after used, the outermost upper and lower cleaning cloths can be torn away together with the peripheral decorative lace. Therefore, in next wipe, the cleaning cloth keeps having an entirely clean surface.

[0010] It is still a further object of the present invention to provide the above tearing cleaning cloth structure in which it is unnecessary to form a binding edge along the periphery of the cleaning cloth. Therefore, the processing procedure is simplified and the manufacturing cost is lowered.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0018] Please refer to FIGS. 4 and 5. Multiple sheets of cleaning cloths 20 having plastic fibers are overlapped with each other to form a wiping cleaning cloth 20′. The cleaning cloth 20′ has a peripheral decorative lace 21′. A thermal needle is instantaneously thrust through inner edge of the lace 21′ to fuse the cleaning cloths 20 and form several through holes 22′. The circumference of the through hole 22′ is formed with connecting edge 220′ between each upper sheet and each lower sheet of cleaning cloths 20. The completed cleaning cloth 20′ can have an entirely close periphery or a close periphery with a perforation for a cleaning tool to fit therethrough.

[0019] In use, as shown in FIG. 5, the outermost upper and lower sheets of cleaning cloths 20 are directly used to wipe a dirty article. Then the used cleaning cloths 20 are torn away. The cleaning cloths 20 are simply connected by the connecting edge 220′ of the circumference of the through hole 22′ so that the used cleaning cloths 20 together with the peripheral decorative lace 21′ can be torn away. Therefore, in next wipe, the cleaning cloth 20′ keeps having an entirely clean surface.

[0020] The above embodiment is only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiment can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. Tearing cleaning cloth structure comprising multiple sheets of cleaning cloths having plastic fibers, the multiple sheets of cleaning cloths being overlapped with each other to form a wiping cleaning cloth, said tearing cleaning cloth structure being characterized in that a peripheral of the cleaning cloth is formed with several through holes, a circumference of each through hole being formed with a connecting edge between each upper sheet and each lower sheet of cleaning cloths.

2. Tearing cleaning cloth structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning cloth has a peripheral decorative lace.

3. Tearing cleaning cloth structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the completed cleaning cloth has an entirely close periphery or a close periphery with a perforation for a cleaning tool to fit therethrough.
