Magnetic positioning plate of toolbox

A magnetic positioning plate of a toolbox comprises a toolbox and a positioning plate. The toolbox has a box cover and a box seat. A tool set is placed within the box seat. A positioning plate being placed upon the box cover. The positioning plate is a magnetic means corresponding to the box cover for absorbing magnetic induced means so that in operation, some tools can be placed on the positioning plate to make the operation conveniently and easily. The magnetic induced means is selected from one of hand tool, screws, and small parts. A plurality of suspending holes are formed on the positioning plate so that the positioning plate is suspended on a wall.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to positioning means of a toolbox, and particularly to magnetic positioning plate of a toolbox.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In general, a tool set includes spanners, wrenches, screws, etc., for locking or detaching objects. However, in working, it is often that the tools or parts are placed as desired and thus they are easy to lose.

[0003] In case of wrenches, since wrenches have many different sizes. The worker must use different wrenches of different sizes, thereby, the workers easily place the wrenches asides as desired. In the working process, it is often that the tools or parts roll off the users so that the worker must take time to find them, an thus they easily lose, especially small parts.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic positioning plate of a toolbox, wherein a magnetic positioning plate is placed in the toolbox for suspending other means.

[0005] To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a magnetic positioning plate of a toolbox comprising a toolbox and a positioning plate. The toolbox has a box cover and a box seat. A tool set is placed within the box seat. A positioning plate is placed upon the box cover.

[0006] The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0007] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.

[0008] FIG. 2 shows one embodiment of the present invention.

[0009] FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention.

[0010] FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the magnetic positioning plate of a toolbox of the present invention is illustrated. The magnetic positioning plate of a toolbox has a toolbox 10 and a positioning plate 20.

[0012] The toolbox 10 is a general box with an openable cover. The toolbox 10 has a box cover 11 and a box seat 12. A tool set 30 can be placed within the box seat 12. A positioning plate 20 can be placed within the box cover 11.

[0013] The positioning plate 20 is a magnetic means corresponding to the box cover 11. A plurality of suspending holes 21 are formed on the positioning plate 20 so that the positioning plate 20 can be suspended on a wall. For the sake of convenience, the positioning plate 20 can be expanded and folded along the suspending holes 21. A back side of the positioning plate 20 has a plurality of plastic absorbing disks 22 for being absorbed by the wall and thus the positioning plate 20 is fixed on the wall. The magnetic property of the positioning plate 20 may cause that the tools or screws or caps, or metal objects, etc., are attracted by the positioning plate 20.

[0014] Thereby, by above mention structure, when using a spanner, the positioning plate 20 is placed aside the user. In operation, tools or screws or caps, or metal objects, etc., are adhered on the 20 positioning plate 20. Thus, the tools can be taken easily without falling down.

[0015] The advantage of the present invention will be described herein.

[0016] 1. With reference to FIGS. 2 to 4, a sleeve can be uprightly placed on the positioning plate 20. An opening of the sleeve for engaging the spanner faces upwards. Thereby, other than that the sleeve will not roll anywhere, the spanner can be engaged with the sleeve. Only one hand is necessary in operation.

[0017] 2. The tools and other slender parts will not lose. Since small parts are absorbed on the positioning plate 20. Therefore, they are not lost.

[0018] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
