Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a cosmetics container, more particularly one, which is made in such a way that it emits feeling of high quality and high value, and has sufficient weight.

[0003] 2. Brief Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Conventional containers for cosmetics such as eyelashes paste, eye shadow, and, fingernail oils are usually made of plastics therefore they are relatively light in weight, tending to fall over. And, most of such containers have monotonous appearance to give people a feeling of low value and low quality. Conventional containers for perfumes are usually made of glass to emit a feeling of high value. However, such glass perfume containers are prone to break when falling down or hitting other hard objects, and are relatively expensive to manufacture.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] It is a first object of the present invention to provide a cosmetics container, which can emit feeling of high quality and high value, and has sufficient weight. A cosmetics container made according to this purpose includes an interior holding part, and a transparent exterior wrapping part. The interior holding part is shaped according to design, and has a holding room for holding cosmetics, and a neck portion. The transparent exterior wrapping part is formed around the interior holding part except for the neck by means of injection molding so that the interior holding part is visible.

[0006] It is another object of the present invention to provide a cosmetics container, which can make cosmetics contents look more attractive. A cosmetics container made according to this purpose includes a transparent holding part, and a transparent cover. The holding part has a holding room, which is defined by a design formed in the holding part. An inner surface of the bottom of the holding part is formed with convexities and concavities, which match the design. Thus, cosmetics contents of the container can be molded into three-dimensional shape by the holding room as well as the convexities and concavities. And, surfaces of the cosmetics contents that contact the convexly and concavely shaped bottom of the holding part can still be in good shape after certain proportion of the cosmetics contents has been used.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0007] The present invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

[0012] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of another embodiment of a cosmetics container according to the present invention,

[0013] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of yet another embodiment of a cosmetics container according to the present invention,

[0014] FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of still another embodiment of a cosmetics container according to the present invention; and,

[0015] FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a fifth embodiment of a cosmetics container according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a first embodiment of a cosmetics container in the present invention includes an interior holding part 1, and an exterior wrapping part 2.

[0017] The interior holding part 1 is made of plastics, and is shaped by means of a mould and blowing so that a holding room 11 is formed for holding cosmetics therein and an outlet neck 12 is formed in communication with the holding room 11. The outlet neck 12 is formed with threads 13 on an outer side. After the interior holding part 1 has already been made, it is placed in another mould, and plastics material is injected into the mold and around the interior holding part 1, except for the threaded portion of the outlet neck 12, to form the exterior wrapping part 2.

[0018] The exterior wrapping part 2 can be made to be transparent as shown in FIG. 1, foggy as shown in FIG. 5 or made of plastics material, with which color powder is mixed. The exterior wrapping part 2 is preferably formed with a flat bottom so that the whole container can stand on the ground. In addition, interior holding part 1 can be formed with various shapes such as a flower, and a human body as shown in FIG. 6.

[0019] Referring to FIG. 7, another embodiment of a cosmetics container in the present invention includes a transparent holding part 3, and a transparent cover 4. The holding part 3 has threads 31 on an outer side of an upper end while the cover 4 has threads 41 on an inner side thereof so that the cover 4 can be screwed to the holding part 3 to cover the same. The holding part 3 has a holding room 32, which is defined by a design formed in the holding part 3; an inner surface of the bottom of the holding part 3 is formed with convexities and concavities, which match the design, so that when cosmetics are contained in the holding room 32, the cosmetics can be molded to have a three-dimensional shape by means of the design as well as the convexities and concavities on the inner side of the bottom of the holding part 3.

[0020] Referring to FIG. 8, yet another embodiment of a cosmetics container in the present invention includes a transparent holding part 3, and a transparent cover 4 pivoted to the holding part 3. The holding part 3 has a holding room 32, which is defined by a design, and has an engaging protrusion 33 at an edge thereof while the cover 4 has a holding room 43, which is defined by a design matching the design of the holding part 3, and has an engaging hook 42; thus, the cover 4 can be locked on the holding part 3 with the hook 42 engaging the protrusion 33 when it is pivoted to the closed position, and cosmetics can be contained in the holding room 32 as well as the holding room 43 to be molded into three-dimensional shape.

[0021] From the above description, it can be easily understood that the cosmetics containers of the present invention has advantages as followings:

[0022] 1. Having an interior holding part formed with ornamental shape and wrapped in a transparent exterior part, the cosmetics containers emit feeling of an art and high quality and value, and have sufficient weight to not easily fall over.

[0023] 2. Being made of plastics, the cosmetics containers cannot easily break.

[0024] 3. The cosmetics container is relatively attractive due to the three-dimensional designs formed in the transparent holding part thereof, especially after cosmetics have been contained therein. And, because convexities and concavities are formed on the inner surface of the bottom of the holding part to match the design, outward surfaces of the cosmetics contents that contact the convexly and concavely shaped bottom of the holding part can still be in good shape after certain proportion of the contents has been used. Therefore, the ornamenting function of the cosmetics containers can endure.
