Abstract: Disclosed are a semiconductor nanowire solid state optical device and a control method thereof. The device comprises a nanowire, a first electrode, a second electrode, an electrical circuit and a mechanical micro device. The nanowire has a first end and a second end. The first electrode is coupled to the first end. The second electrode is coupled to the second end. The electrical circuit is coupled to the first electrode and the second electrode. The mechanical micro device is conjuncted with the nanowire for applying an external force to the nanowire to form highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) in the nanowire. The HOMO and LUMO are employed as an n-type semiconductor and a p-type semiconductor, respectively. The nanowire is a semiconductor when an external force is applied thereto.

Abstract: A bottle includes a main body, and a lateral part; the main body is made by means of injection molding, and it has an opening, a containing room communicating with the opening, a gap on a first lateral portion thereof, and grooves on an inner side of a second lateral portion, which faces the first lateral portion; the second part is also made by means of injection molding, and it has grooves thereon; the lateral part is closely fitted in the gap and secured to the main body with the grooves thereon facing the grooves of the main body.

Abstract: A lip color container includes a main containing body, a cap, and a containing base detachably connected to the main containing body; the main containing body has a first end for containing a lip color stick, and an extension portion at the other end; the extension portion is hollow, and has screw threads formed on an inner side thereof; the cap is used for covering the first end of the main containing body; the transparent containing base has a holding cavity for containing a cosmetic therein, and screw threads on an outer side thereof so as to be capable of being screwed onto the extension portion.

Abstract: A powder box includes a housing, a gear, and containing part; the housing has a gap, and a pivotal post located near to the gap on an inner side thereof, the gear can turn on the pivotal post of the housing, and projects outwards from the gap of the housing; the containing part has a holding room for containing powder therein, and is connected with, and displaceable relative to, the housing with a rack thereof engaging the gear; thus, the containing part can be normally held in the housing, and can be made to project outwards from the housing by means of operating the gear.

The brush is normally positioned in the connecting cover of the cover unit. To do makeup, the revolving cover is turned around to move forward together with the revolving base, and simultaneously the brush is rotated together to move forward and extend out of the cover unit. Thus, a user can do makeup with the brush, which can tinge the cosmetics in the container.

Abstract: A cosmetics container includes an interior holding part, and a transparent exterior wrapping part. The interior holding part is shaped according to design, and has a holding room for holding cosmetics, and a neck portion communicating with the holding room. The transparent exterior wrapping part is formed around the interior holding part except for the neck by means of injection molding so that the interior holding part is visible for helping the whole container to be attractive.

Abstract: A cosmetic container includes a containing part, a cover, and a brush, which is inseparably screwed into a step-shaped portion of the cover at an upper portion; the containing part has an inner lid securely disposed over the upper opening, which lid has a non-circular hole fitting a bristles-formed lower portion of the brush; the upper portion of the brush has a stopping rim around a lower end; the cosmetic container can be closed by means of screwing the cover onto the containing part with the brush lower portion being passed through the inner lid, and with the stopping rim being pressed against the lid; thus, when the cover is being screwed on the containing part, it will be displaced relative to the brush while the brush can be removed from the containing part after the cover has been screwed off the containing part.

The transparent containing member has a holding room defined by a lower section and a surrounding section thereof for containing cosmetics therein. The lower section of the containing member is formed with designs having convexities and concavities on an upper surface thereof so that when cosmetics are contained in the holding room, the cosmetics can be mounded into a three-dimensional shape on a lower side by means of the designs, which have uneven surfaces.

A space is formed between the upper and the lower caps for the inner container to be positioned therein when not in use. The inner container is pushed and swung out of the space for using cosmetics stored in chambers formed in an upper portion of the inner container and a mirror is fixed in a lower portion of the inner container.
