A nursing bottle nipple is comprised of a longer clipping rod and a shorter clipping rod; a round chuck and a C-shape chuck being respectively provided at the tips of both clipping rods with one on the top of the other; both bores of the round and the C-shape chucks being maintained on the same axial when the clip is not used to allow the nipple to be inserted into the internal space defined by both chucks; and the spacing between both bores of the chucks being shortened due to displacement of both clipping rods when external force is applied to both clipping rods to secure holding the nipple without direct contact of one's hand.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] (a) Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention is related to a nipple clip of nursing bottle, and more particularly, to one that prevents direct contact of the nursing bottle nipple by hand when fetching it.

[0003] (b) Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Babies are vulnerable to bacteria and virus and the health of the baby has been even serious affected in recent years due to infection. Therefore, parents are particularly carefully in the sterilization of nursing bottles and nipples. Usually, nursing bottles and nipples are sterilized by boiling or put in a steam pot. While doing so, nursing nipple and bottle cap must be separated from the nursing bottle to be put in the boiling water or the steam pot. Upon completing the sterilization, the nursing bottle nipple must be directly fetched by hand to put it into the bottle cap, and then to tighten up both into the opening of the bottle. However, the purpose of sterilization is compromised by the direct contact of one's hand.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a nursing bottle nipple clip that allows the fetching and assembly of nursing bottle cap, nipple and bottle without direct contact of one's hand to prevent them from being contaminated. To achieve this purpose, a round chuck and a C-shape chuck are respectively provided at the tips of both of longer and the shorter clipping rods of the body of the nursing bottle nipple clip so that the centers of both chucks maintain on the same axial when the clip is not used; and when external force is applied to both clipping rods, both chucks move toward each other with the spacing between their bores to be contracted to securely hold the nursing bottle nipple.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

[0013] Referring to FIG. 1, upon putting together a nursing bottle and a nursing bottle nipple, a user usually has to fetch the nipple out of a rack in a sterilization pot (not illustrated) by hand to put the nipple through a cap before mounting the nipple and the cap into the opening of the nursing bottle to expose the nipple to possible contamination by any bacteria or virus the hand of the user may carry, thus to endanger the health of a baby.

[0014] As illustrated in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, a body (1) a preferred embodiment of the present invention is essentially comprised of a longer clipping rod (11) and a shorter clipping rod (10), a C-shape chuck having a bore (22) is provided at the tip of the shorter rod (10) and a round chuck (21) having a bore (23) is provided at the tip of the longer rod (11). The outer diameter of the C-shape chuck (20) is slightly smaller than that of the round chuck (21) and both of the C-shape chuck (20) and the round chuck (21) are arranged inwardly with the former being on top of the latter. When both of the longer and the shorter clipping rods (10, 11) are not compressed by an external force, both bores (22, 23) respectively defined by the C-shape chuck (20) and the round chuck (21) are on located on the same axial to receive penetration of a nursing bottle nipple (3). Upon fetching the nursing bottle nipple (3) completed with sterilization on a rack (5), both of the longer and the shorter clipping rods (11, 10) together with both of the C-shape and the round chucks (20, 21) are put through a circular hole (41) provided in a nursing bottle cap (4). Both of the bores (22, 23) respectively defined by the C-shape chuck (20) and the round chuck (21) are aligned to put on the upper part of the nursing bottle nipple (3) for the inner walls of both bores (22, 23) to bind on the nursing bottle nipple (3). External forces (L, L′) are applied inwardly to compress upon both of the longer and the shorter clipping rods (1, 10) to cause the C-shape chuck (20) for an inward displacement to deflect from the axial. Consequently, both bores (22, 23) are compressed inwardly to push against the nursing bottle nipple (3) for it to clear from the positioning teeth (51, 52, 53) of the sterilization rack (5). Finally, the nursing bottle clip (1) together with the nursing bottle nipple (3) that is held tightly by both of the C-shape chuck (20) and the round chuck (21) out of the circular hole (41) of the cap (4) to complete the assembly of the nursing bottle nipple (3) and the nursing bottle cap (4); and a thread (5) provided on the inner edge of the nursing bottle cap (4) is used to mount it to the nursing bottle.

[0015] It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

[0016] While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A nursing bottle nipple clip comprising a body including a longer clipping rod and a shorter clipping rod; a round chuck defining a bore being provided at the tip of the longer clipping rod; a C-shape chuck defining a bore being provided at the tip of the shorter clipping rod; and the C-shape chuck being displaced inwardly to shorten its spacing with the round check to securely hold the nursing bottle nipple when external force being applied to both of the clipping rods.

A nursing bottle nipple clip as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the C-shape chuck and the round chuck are arranged with the former being top over the latter for their bores being located on the same axial in the absence of any external force; and the spacing between both bores being shortened when subject to compression by external force; and the nursing bottle nipple is tightly held by both of the C-shape and the round clipping rods due to the deflected axial resulted from the displacement of both bores of the C-shape and the round chucks.
