The body also includes a body axis generally central to the body and oriented generally perpendicular to the body plane. The first and second claws are coupled to and extend from the body in a generally axial direction relative to the body. The first and second claws are spaced from and generally opposite one another across the body. The hair clip is movable between an open and a closed position. In the open position, the body protrudes from the body plane in an inward axial direction and the first and second claws are separated from one another. In the closed position, portions of the first and second claws overlap one another.

Abstract: The cloth of different size and form is fixed on a surface, fastening elements are fixed in the body of the cloth preventing their movement along the cloth, the fastening elements are chosen considering the need for multiple folding and prompt fastening of fastening elements in the folded position. A fastening element is folded lengthwise along the rectangular edge of the surface at a 90° angle, then folded again at a 90° angle. In another embodiment a fastening element is folded crosswise along rounded edge of the surface, the edge of the fastening element, after going round the surface, should be adjacent the inner side of the surface. In another embodiment a fastening element is folded crosswise along figured edge of the surface repeating its form, the edge of the fastening element after folding along the edge of the surface, should be adjacent the inner side of the surface.

Abstract: The invention relates to a fastening device that prevents waste bags from sliding into the waste bins/trash. The above mentioned fixture serves as the locking of the bags through punching that provides joint function for up and down angle. Fixture design consists of an upper fastening member and a lower tillable fastening member, made of a flexible, thin, flat material, cut out or punched with slots on opposite sides for slant of the lower portion of the fastener. Slits between the upper and lower fastening member has multiple functions, both for spin 180 degrees to the lower fastening member for bag obsession, and for attaching the device closer to the curved surfaces. By the design of said device allows flexibility and slant and attachment to curved surfaces. Trough special punching and embossing in combination with a flexible, thin and flat material, reducing tension. Cited device is generally adapted for curved area shapes, but can also be attached to flat surfaces.

Abstract: A paper yard bag 28 securing device consisting of a cylindrical shape adapted to fit over the corners of two or more bags 28. Two cross-sectional cuts 20a and 20b form four symmetrical legs 14a, 14b, 14c, and 14d and a body 12. Each of the four legs 14a, 14b, 14c, and 14d has a convex radius 18a, 18b, 18c, and 18d facilitating the easy insertion of a group of corners of two or more bags 28. This mechanism serves to both maximize the opening of the bags 28 and secure a plurality of bags 28 adjacent to one another greatly reducing the time to fill yard waste.
