Little brusher

The nature of my invention is that I used an already existing product which was a type of brush that is used for other applications. Some of which are as a cosmetic brush and also as a cleaning brush for jewelry and hearing aides. I altered its design to become a new and useful product. This new product is a sanitized wrapped miniature disposable toothbrush. The handle of my brush is made longer and has 5 tufts of bristles instead of 7. This new style of brush is sanitized and then wrapped. The old style of brush was never sanitized wrapped and used for the application of a disposable toothbrush.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] My new product is a miniature disposable toothbrush. This little brush will be used as a throw away brush that can be used in the restaurant business and dental and orthodontic industry. Information known to me includes facts that I have a brush that is different than any other toothbrush on the market. There are no sanitized miniature disposable toothbrushes of this type or size. A complete and thorough search attests to these facts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0002] My invention is a miniature disposable toothbrush. This brush is made by injection molding into a mold that has the shape of a handle that is 76 mm long and 4 mm wide. After the handle comes out of the mold, 5 tufts of bristles, which are 8 mm in length and made of thick heavy nylon is then injected into one end of the handle to form a little toothbrush. This brush then goes through a process of cobalt radiation sanitization and then is wrapped.

[0003] The old style of brush that I took my design idea from is a brush that is 62 mm long and 4 mm wide. This brush also has 7 tufts of bristles that is made of a soft nylon composition. This old style brush has only been used in the cosmetic industry and as a cleaning brush for other applications. This old style brush has never been altered and sanitized wrapped to be used as a miniature disposable toothbrush.

Claims

1. What I claim as my invention is that I have invented a new and useful product from an already existing product. This new and improved product is a miniature disposable toothbrush. Since this new design and its new application of being a sanitized wrapped toothbrush makes it different then its previous form and applications, I therefore submit that this new brush warrants it's own patent for it's design and usefulness.
