Abstract: A seasoning packet having an opening, a pocket made from a first flexible material and being adapted to receive and contain a seasoning, the seasoning pocket being formed by two chambers that communicate with each other via a connecting seasoning pocket portion and further with the opening, two opposed flexible layer extensions made from a second flexible material and extending from an outer edge of the seasoning pocket to the connecting seasoning pocket portion and two opposing rim gaps formed by the flexible layer extensions and a plurality of pocket gap walls and extending from the outer edge of the seasoning pocket to the connecting seasoning pocket portion, the seasoning packet being thus adapted to season a beverageware's or serveware's rim, by allowing folding of the seasoning packet along the two opposing rim gaps and around the rim and squeezing of the seasoning pocket while circling the rim.

Abstract: A wrapper for a paint brush is provided which is intended for use after the brush has been used. In most instances the brush has been cleaned with water or other solvents and then placed in the paint brush wrapper so that the bristles portion of the paint brush are covered. A fastener such as a cord is used to hold the wrapper in place. The wrapper is made of an air permeable material to allow for the brush to dry and then be reused. The wrapper extends the useful life of the paint brush.

The sleeve body has an outer surface provided with a first washing texture. The elastic tightening portion is formed at the first open end. Abstract: A package for a medical device such as an intermittent catheter has a case which is closed at one end and open at the other end. A cap is connected to the case by a hinge to permit selectable movement of the cap between an open position, wherein access is provided to the open end of the case, and a closed position, wherein the cap prevents access to the open end of the case. A seal is connected to one of the cap and case. The seal is engageable with the other of the cap and case when the cap is closed to form a barrier that maintains a sterile environment inside the package. The seal can be repeatedly made and broken whenever the user closes or opens the cap, respectively. The case includes a pair of slots at the open end. A pair of latches are formed in the cap. The latches fit into the slots to prevent lateral forces from distorting the cap when the cap is closed.

Abstract: A technique for containing a wet article includes a top section, a middle section removably attached to the top section, and a bottom section removably attached to the middle section. The top section includes a dispenser and an article holding region. The dispenser forms a normally-closed compartment for holding liquid and has a depressible top. The top section is configured, upon depression of the depressible top, to open a passageway between the dispenser and the article-holding region for allowing liquid to flow from the dispenser to the article-holding region. The middle section includes a funnel having a more open end facing the top section and a less open end facing the bottom section. The funnel is configured to conduct fluid released from the wet article from the top section to the bottom section.

The packaging unit further comprises a user prompting device having a wrap-facing surface and a user-facing surface, wherein the user prompting device is permanently attached to the wrap such that at least a portion of the wrap-facing surface of the user prompting device is in contact with the inner surface of the wrap. The main unit, which is in the form of a tall rectangular box, contains four equal sides with spaces for ventilation so that the humidity doesn't get trapped in, and a base that will be used to support the unit. The preserving agent is a water based gel. An electrolyte is used for breaking up the gel afterwards. A device for temporarily storing used paint application tools, and a composite kit, including the device, the water based gel, and the electrolyte are included.

According to the invention the holding means (28; 34) is adapted to position the tag (36) on a different level than the level of a tool (18) resting on the basin (12) spaced to a bottom (14) of the basin (12). The bowl (10) may be shaped such, that the movement of the tool (18) take place within a predefined volume, wherein the tag (36) may be positioned at a region not interfering with the volume, where the tool (36) is in motion. Since a soiling of the tag (36) is prevented the information of the tag (36) may not be soiled, so that the risk of exchanging similar bowls (10) by mistake is reduced.

Abstract: A clothing wipe includes an applicator having a novel odor neutralizing formulation deposited on one layer that is bonded to another layer to form a finger mitt. The applicator is removed from a pouch and rubbed against a person's clothing that may have accumulated a variety of smoke, food, and other odors during an outing. The odors clinging to the clothing are neutralized by contact with the odor neutralizing formulation. The applicator is stored in the pouch when not in use. A method of fabricating the clothing wipe in a web process is disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention is a method and an apparatus for packaging lyophilized implants and other medical devices. In accordance with the invention, a lyophilized implant may be packaged for delivery to the surgical site in a sealed, flexible/expandable, sterile inner pouch. The inner pouch may be further packaged within an outer, sterile package. The inner pouch contains a resealable port through which rehydration liquid may be introduced into the inner pouch without opening the inner pouch. The inner pouch may be made of a flexible, substantially non-stretchable material so that the pouch can expand only to a predetermined maximum size to accept a predetermined volume of rehydration liquid. After rehydration, any excess rehydration liquid within the pouch may be removed via the same port. Next, the pouch is opened via a second opening to expose the implant for removal from the package.

Abstract: In various embodiments, the present invention, and inventive system, is a new and novel dental apparatus containment system with cleaning tool and method of use for retainers, dentures and/or invisalyn trays, clear alighers or other removable dental hardware. In one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is comprised of a clamshell construction with a hollow interior and a solid plastic exterior. In one embodiment of the present invention, the interior of the lower clamshell has a base with an extension protruding from the base preferably designed to clasp a toothbrush or other bristled cleaning device. When engaged the clamshell may contain both the dental apparatus and the cleaning tool, secured in the clasp, in a fully encapsulated apparatus.

Abstract: An integrated toothbrush holder and cover for protecting a toothbrush when not in use from airborne contaminants. The integrated toothbrush holder and cover comprises a rigid, rectangular base holder having three receiving apertures disposed on its top side and three elongated cover portions adapted to cover said receiving apertures. The receiving apertures are sized to receive the base of a conventional toothbrush, so as to allow the toothbrush to be inserted into the hollow interior of the base holder until it contacts the bottom of the rectangular base holder, and support the body of a toothbrush which has been inserted so that the toothbrush can stand substantially upright. The cover portion can then be placed over the toothbrush and the receiving aperture in which it has been placed. Each cover portion is sized to completely cover one receiving aperture, covering a toothbrush disposed therein without its sides touching the bristles of the toothbrush or its top touching the top of the toothbrush.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing paint roller covers is disclosed in which the paint roller covers are manufactured from a seamless segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric that is placed onto a cylindrical forming tube having a segment of bonding material temporarily secured on its outer surface under the segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric. The cylindrical forming tube is placed on a heated mandrel to apply heat thereto to cause the bonding material to bond to the interior of the segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric. The cylindrical forming tube is removed from the mandrel and cooled, and the segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric becomes secured to the bonding material to produce a semi-rigid paint roller cover segment.
