Abstract: A seasoning packet having an opening, a pocket made from a first flexible material and being adapted to receive and contain a seasoning, the seasoning pocket being formed by two chambers that communicate with each other via a connecting seasoning pocket portion and further with the opening, two opposed flexible layer extensions made from a second flexible material and extending from an outer edge of the seasoning pocket to the connecting seasoning pocket portion and two opposing rim gaps formed by the flexible layer extensions and a plurality of pocket gap walls and extending from the outer edge of the seasoning pocket to the connecting seasoning pocket portion, the seasoning packet being thus adapted to season a beverageware's or serveware's rim, by allowing folding of the seasoning packet along the two opposing rim gaps and around the rim and squeezing of the seasoning pocket while circling the rim.

Abstract: The disclosed packaging bags may include a flexible front sidewall and a flexible rear sidewall with at least a first closed edge, second closed edge, and third closed edge coupling the front sidewall to the rear sidewall. A perforation may be formed through the flexible front sidewall and the flexible rear sidewall along the first closed edge. The perforation may extend in a first segment from the first closed edge toward a central region of the packaging bag, in a second segment in a direction along the first closed edge, and in a third segment back to the first closed edge. Abstract: A wrapper for a paint brush is provided which is intended for use after the brush has been used. In most instances the brush has been cleaned with water or other solvents and then placed in the paint brush wrapper so that the bristles portion of the paint brush are covered. A fastener such as a cord is used to hold the wrapper in place. The wrapper is made of an air permeable material to allow for the brush to dry and then be reused. The wrapper extends the useful life of the paint brush.

The sleeve body has an outer surface provided with a first washing texture. The elastic tightening portion is formed at the first open end. The supporting portion is formed at the second open end for allowing the sleeve body to be in an upright state, and includes a plurality of retaining pieces that are disposed at an inner periphery of the second open end and extend along a radial direction.

Abstract: A package for a medical device such as an intermittent catheter has a case which is closed at one end and open at the other end. A cap is connected to the case by a hinge to permit selectable movement of the cap between an open position, wherein access is provided to the open end of the case, and a closed position, wherein the cap prevents access to the open end of the case. A seal is connected to one of the cap and case. The seal is engageable with the other of the cap and case when the cap is closed to form a barrier that maintains a sterile environment inside the package. The seal can be repeatedly made and broken whenever the user closes or opens the cap, respectively. The case includes a pair of slots at the open end. A pair of latches are formed in the cap. The latches fit into the slots to prevent lateral forces from distorting the cap when the cap is closed.

Abstract: Disclosed are recombinant polypeptides that include (a) a filaggrin amino acid sequence and (b) a cell importation signal sequence that includes a motif of two to fifteen amino acids, wherein the motif includes at least one arginine residue and at least one methionine residue. Abstract: A technique for containing a wet article includes a top section, a middle section removably attached to the top section, and a bottom section removably attached to the middle section. The top section includes a dispenser and an article holding region. The dispenser forms a normally-closed compartment for holding liquid and has a depressible top. The top section is configured, upon depression of the depressible top, to open a passageway between the dispenser and the article-holding region for allowing liquid to flow from the dispenser to the article-holding region. The middle section includes a funnel having a more open end facing the top section and a less open end facing the bottom section. The funnel is configured to conduct fluid released from the wet article from the top section to the bottom section.

The packaging unit has a first packaging function as a packaging wrap for a non-used article, and a second disposal function as a disposal wrap for a used article. The packaging unit further comprises a user prompting device having a wrap-facing surface and a user-facing surface, wherein the user prompting device is permanently attached to the wrap such that at least a portion of the wrap-facing surface of the user prompting device is in contact with the inner surface of the wrap. The user prompting device is arranged to prompt the user to employ the second disposal function of the packaging unit.

The specimen collection assembly includes a specimen collection container having an open top end, a closed bottom end, and a sidewall extending therebetween defining an interior adapted to receive a biological specimen. The specimen collection container also includes first indicia containing information. The assembly further includes a cap having thereon second indicia, the cap being removably engagable with the open top end of the container. The second indicia contains the same information as the first indicia.

The dustpan provide a scouring surface around the front outside edge of the pan. The broom provides an auxiliary cover that can be used for storage wipes. The broom provides insertion points for a cloth that may cover the broom bristles to convert the broom into a dust mop.

Abstract: This unit is created to put the mop away and help it dry when is wet. It has three separate pieces. The main unit, which is in the form of a tall rectangular box, contains four equal sides with spaces for ventilation so that the humidity doesn't get trapped in, and a base that will be used to support the unit. The second piece is a snap on piece that will connect with the main unit that helps hold the mop up and be able to stand vertically firm. The third piece is a small drawer where the water will drip from the mop when wet and be emptied out.

Abstract: Cement finishing tool cover is provided that is configured to cover a cement-finishing tool having a bundle of fibers affixed to a frame at one. The case having a pair of spaced opposite substantially parallel face panels having an inside surface and an outside surface. At least one of said inside surface of the pair of spaced opposite substantially parallel face panels is equipped with a hanging element that is designed to engage at least portion of the frame of the cement finishing tool so as to prevent the bundle of fibers from coming in contact with a surface when the case is placed on a surface. This protects the fibers from becoming disfigured and adversely affecting the finishing of a cement surface when used.

Abstract: A preserving agent for temporarily storing used paint application tools, in particular paint brushes and paint rollers, is used by immersing at least the paint containing portion of the paint application tool therein. The preserving agent is a water based gel. An electrolyte is used for breaking up the gel afterwards. A device for temporarily storing used paint application tools, and a composite kit, including the device, the water based gel, and the electrolyte are included.

Abstract: A bowl (10) comprises a basin (12) and a holding means (28; 34) for positioning a tag (36). According to the invention the holding means (28; 34) is adapted to position the tag (36) on a different level than the level of a tool (18) resting on the basin (12) spaced to a bottom (14) of the basin (12). The bowl (10) may be shaped such, that the movement of the tool (18) take place within a predefined volume, wherein the tag (36) may be positioned at a region not interfering with the volume, where the tool (36) is in motion. Since a soiling of the tag (36) is prevented the information of the tag (36) may not be soiled, so that the risk of exchanging similar bowls (10) by mistake is reduced.

Abstract: A clothing wipe includes an applicator having a novel odor neutralizing formulation deposited on one layer that is bonded to another layer to form a finger mitt. The applicator is removed from a pouch and rubbed against a person's clothing that may have accumulated a variety of smoke, food, and other odors during an outing. The odors clinging to the clothing are neutralized by contact with the odor neutralizing formulation. The applicator is stored in the pouch when not in use. A method of fabricating the clothing wipe in a web process is disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention is a method and an apparatus for packaging lyophilized implants and other medical devices. In accordance with the invention, a lyophilized implant may be packaged for delivery to the surgical site in a sealed, flexible/expandable, sterile inner pouch. The inner pouch may be further packaged within an outer, sterile package. The inner pouch contains a resealable port through which rehydration liquid may be introduced into the inner pouch without opening the inner pouch. The inner pouch may be made of a flexible, substantially non-stretchable material so that the pouch can expand only to a predetermined maximum size to accept a predetermined volume of rehydration liquid. After rehydration, any excess rehydration liquid within the pouch may be removed via the same port. Next, the pouch is opened via a second opening to expose the implant for removal from the package.

Abstract: In various embodiments, the present invention, and inventive system, is a new and novel dental apparatus containment system with cleaning tool and method of use for retainers, dentures and/or invisalyn trays, clear alighers or other removable dental hardware. In one embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is comprised of a clamshell construction with a hollow interior and a solid plastic exterior. In one embodiment of the present invention, the interior of the lower clamshell has a base with an extension protruding from the base preferably designed to clasp a toothbrush or other bristled cleaning device. When engaged the clamshell may contain both the dental apparatus and the cleaning tool, secured in the clasp, in a fully encapsulated apparatus.

Abstract: An integrated toothbrush holder and cover for protecting a toothbrush when not in use from airborne contaminants. The integrated toothbrush holder and cover comprises a rigid, rectangular base holder having three receiving apertures disposed on its top side and three elongated cover portions adapted to cover said receiving apertures. The receiving apertures are sized to receive the base of a conventional toothbrush, so as to allow the toothbrush to be inserted into the hollow interior of the base holder until it contacts the bottom of the rectangular base holder, and support the body of a toothbrush which has been inserted so that the toothbrush can stand substantially upright. The cover portion can then be placed over the toothbrush and the receiving aperture in which it has been placed. Each cover portion is sized to completely cover one receiving aperture, covering a toothbrush disposed therein without its sides touching the bristles of the toothbrush or its top touching the top of the toothbrush.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing paint roller covers is disclosed in which the paint roller covers are manufactured from a seamless segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric that is placed onto a cylindrical forming tube having a segment of bonding material temporarily secured on its outer surface under the segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric. The cylindrical forming tube is placed on a heated mandrel to apply heat thereto to cause the bonding material to bond to the interior of the segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric. The cylindrical forming tube is removed from the mandrel and cooled, and the segment of tubular paint roller cover fabric becomes secured to the bonding material to produce a semi-rigid paint roller cover segment.

Abstract: A paint tray accessory and assembly provides an impermeable plastic cover and a membrane cover for use with a paint tray and paint roller of conventional manufacture. The membrane cover comprises a first frame member, a second frame member and a fluid regulating membrane. The membrane is flexible and stretchable which provides means for more evenly coating the sleeve of a paint roller during use of the assembly. The membrane also provides a tractive surface for the paint roller sleeve. The frame members are configured to retain the membrane within the frame members and to protect the membrane during use. The first frame member is intended to remain in position while the second frame member is flexibly rotatable relative to the first frame member at the points of certain “breaks” between the two frame members, also considered a “hinged” point.

The vibration measured at the root of the bristles may have an amplitude in the range 1.5 to 3.5 mm and a frequency in the range 60 to 100 Hz.

Abstract: A storage container that contains bathroom cleaning utensils such as a plunger and toilet brush. The storage container may include an internal compartment, with a notch on the bottom surface of the bottom end. The notch may be shaped to fit around the edge of a toilet bowl. A channel may lead into the internal compartment. Therefore, a user may secure the storage container to the edge of the toilet bowl and either plunge or clean the toilet. Then the user may place the plunger or toilet brush into the compartment over the channel. Therefore, any dripping water may be caught by the channel.

Abstract: A container for sanitizing an article includes a case defining a central void sized to accommodate at least a portion of the article, a receptacle in fluid communication with the central void, and a granular, antiseptic media disposed within the receptacle. The granular, antiseptic media includes at least one out-gassing, antimicrobial agent such as, thyme oil or thymol. The granular, antiseptic media may further include a granular, fragrance blended with the granular, out-gassing, antimicrobial agent in a select ratio to remediate an antiseptic odor of the out-gassing, antimicrobial agent. The article may be a toothbrush or other type of brush, a mouth guard, a comb, a sponge, or other article which may be stored in a damp or wet condition after use.

Abstract: A paint brush cover has a bottom opening; a stretchable, breathable, moisture-wicking fabric body with an internal volume less than a volume of an inserted paint brush head; and a top opening narrower than the fabric body and the paint brush head and sized to freely admit the brush handle. A paint brush is inserted handle-first through the bottom opening until the wider brush head registers in a fully covered position with the brush head stretching the fabric body into moisture-wicking contact against the bristles, and with the bristle ends spaced above the bottom opening. The bottom opening may be stiffened with a flexible stiffener that flexes open when a brush head is inserted, or with a closure flap.

Abstract: A tote having both a caddy and a removable mini caddy is disclosed. The removable mini caddy attaches to the caddy with a series of guide walls and guide rails that allow the removable mini caddy to be cooperatively received by the caddy. The handle of the removable mini caddy nests with the handle of the caddy while they are attached, providing the user with a single handled tote that is easy to transport and use while still having the convenience of an extra tote where objects can be temporarily removed and then replaced without the need for transferring the objects from one tote to another. The removable mini caddy may be easily removed and then replaced within the caddy while remaining securely in place during use and transport.

Abstract: A paint brush protector and maintenance device provides storage, protection, and care for paint brushes includes a clamshell enclosure that opens to encase bristle and ferrule portions of a paint brush. The enclosure in at least one embodiment provides a rigid plastic to ensure that the bristles remain in a straight position and a plurality of drying holes along a front surface to aid in drying the bristles after cleaning. An end portion of the enclosure has a compressible stabilizer pad to hold the paint brush securely in place. The apparatus also provides a brush comb that clips onto the exterior of the enclosure providing a toothed comb and a pair of stiff bristle brushes to clean and condition the bristles as needed.

Abstract: There is provided in a preferred embodiment of the present invention an improved packaging device comprising a plastic casing having a depressed compartment, a plurality of wings extending from the plastic casing and a connector to secure the wings of the plastic casing around the product. Preferably, the improved packaging device also includes a folding hanger that extends from the proximate end of the plastic casing, and is used to display the product.
