Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a laminated and stacked cleaning kit and particularly to a cleaning kit that contains multiple layers of cleaning elements which are disposable after use to provide convenience.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Due to air quality of external environments and perspiration and seborrheic secretion of human body, the pores of human skin often are blocked and acnes, pocks and pimples grow. When they occur to the face skin which is more sensitive, the skin is injured and aesthetic appearance suffers.

[0003] To remedy these problems, many different types of face cleaning screams and lotions have been developed and marketed to suit different nature of human body. On cream products, they are mostly dispensed by taking a small amount on the palm, then water is added and the scream and water are rubbed by hands to generate fine foams or bubbles. The foams may seep deeply into the pores to thoroughly clean excessive seborrheic dirt or aged cutins. However, such cleaning approach is not very effective. As the foams do not completely decompose to small molecules. And to apply and clean with hands cannot reach deeply into the pores and clear the dirt thoroughly.

[0004] To overcome this problem, some vendors have developed cleaning kits such as brushes or sponges. Users may use these cleaning kits to produce finer foams and squeeze the foams deeply into the pores to achieve thorough cleaning. But this approach also creates other problems. For instance, users have to carry both the cleaning articles and the cleaning kit. And in order to use repeatedly, the cleaning kit has to be washed and cleansed with clean water after each usage. The cleansing is not effective or thorough, and germs breed easily. Also it results in waste of water resource.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Therefore the primary object of the invention is to resolve the aforesaid disadvantages and to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art. The invention provides a cleaning kit that includes cleaning material and cleaning elements in an integrated manner to enable users to grasp conveniently and use easily.

[0006] In order to achieve the foregoing object, the laminated and stacked cleaning kit of the invention includes a plurality of laminated cleaning elements stacking together. Cleaning material is contained between the cleaning elements to bond the cleaning elements together. When in use, the cleaning element can generate fine foams to seep deeply into the cleaning object to achieve thorough cleaning. When the cleaning material on the cleaning element at the outmost layer is consumed, the outmost cleaning element is peeled off naturally and discarded. When use for the next time, the clean cleaning element on the next layer may be used.

[0007] The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] Please refer to FIG. 1 for the perspective of the present invention. The invention includes a plurality of cleaning elements 10 and 20 stacked together to form a bar. The cleaning elements 10 and 20 contain cleaning material 30 which also bonds the cleaning elements 10 and 20 together. The cleaning elements 10 and 20 are laminates or mesh elements with non-smooth surfaces. Moreover, the cleaning elements 10 and 20 are made of bubble or cloth material that do not irritate human skin.

[0014] Refer to FIGS. 2A and 2B for the invention in use. As the cleaning kit 1a or 1b of the invention is formed in an integrated bar including the cleaning elements 10 and 20 that contain cleaning material 30, users has to carry only a single article. It is very convenient. The bar type cleaning kit 1a or 1b has a selected height and thickness, and is easy to grasp with hands for washing and cleaning. Before cleaning, users may first wet the cleaning portion with water, then grasp the cleaning kit 1a or 1b with one hand in the middle section, and rub the cleaning portion with the cleaning element 10 on the outmost layer. The cleaning material 30 dissolves and decomposes in water to form finer molecules. Through rubbing of the cleaning element 10, fine foams and bubbles may be generated and squeezed deeply into the pores to remove and clear excessive seborrheic dirt or aged cutins, and also provide massage effect. As shown in FIG. 2B, when the cleaning material 30 is consumed, the bonding between the outmost cleaning element 10 and the cleaning element 20 on the next layer is lost. Hence the outmost cleaning element 10 peels off naturally. In the cleaning process, the outmost cleaning element 10 also is smeared with the seborrheic dirt or aged cutins and becomes not effective for use next time, it may be discarded. When used next time, the clean cleaning element 20 on the next layer may be used. Thus dirt residues may be prevented from accumulating and germs can be prevented from breeding. And cleaning can be achieved more effectively and securely.

[0015] Moreover, in order to further separate the bonding between the cleaning element 10 and the cleaning element 20 on the next layer, a water-proof layer 101 may be disposed on the bottom of the cleaning elements 10 and 20. Thus when the cleaning material 30 on the cleaning element 10 at the outmost layer is consumed, the outmost cleaning element 10 peels off naturally. In the cleaning process, the bottom of the outmost cleaning element 10 is protected by the water-proof layer 101, and dirt residues can be prevented from accumulating to avoid breeding germs on the cleaning element 20 at the next layer to ensure secured hygiene.

[0016] Furthermore, the periphery of the bar type cleaning kit 1a that consists of stacked cleaning elements 10 and 20 may also be covered by a water-proof layer 50 to facilitate user grasping with hands, and prevent accumulating residual dirt or water, and avoid the cleaning elements 10 and 20 from degenerating and breeding germs.

[0017] Refer to FIG. 3 for a second embodiment of the invention. After a plurality of cleaning elements 10 and 20 have been stacked to form a bar, housing cavities 11 and 21 may be formed at the same locations of the cleaning elements 10 that connect to each other and 20 to contain the cleaning material 30 for bonding the cleaning elements 10 and 20. As the cleaning material 30 dissolves and decomposes in the water to become finer molecules, it generates fine foams when the cleaning element 10 is rubbed. The foams may be squeezed deeply into the pores to clear and remove excessive seborrheic dirt or aged cutins, and also provide massage effect. When the cleaning material 30 is consumed, the bonding between the outmost cleaning element 10 and the cleaning element 20 on the next layer is lost, the outmost cleaning element 10 peels off naturally, and may be discarded. When use next time, the clean cleaning element 20 on the next layer may be used.

[0018] Refer to FIG. 4 for a third embodiment of the invention in which the cleaning kit 1a or 1b may be formed to include aesthetic appeal. Besides formed in a barrel shape as shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning kit 1b may also formed in a flower shape, a star shape, or the like to increase the appeal and economic effect.

[0019] Refer to FIG. 5 for a fourth embodiment of the invention. The cleaning kit 1a or 1b may be housed in a holder 40 and covered by a cap 41 to protect the cleaning kit from contaminating by external germs and enable users to grasp the holder 40 more conveniently. The holder 40 has a bottom to pivotally coupled with an extendable means 60 which has a rotary strut to move the cleaning kits 1a or 1b upwards or downwards. When in use, turn the bottom of the holder 40, the extendable means 60 may be moved upwards or downwards to lift the cleaning kit 1a or 1b for use. After use, the holder 40 may be turned in the reverse direction to lower the extendable means 60 and move the cleaning kit 1a or 1b inside the holder 40. Then the holder 40 may be covered by the cap 41. By means of such a construction, the invention is more convenient to use and store.
