A flocked footwear includes a bottom; an upper mounted on a top side of the bottom, and forming a foot receiving room for receiving foot; wherein the upper forming a covering portion and the bottom forming a covering portion covered relatively; a flocked block flocked on the covering portion of the bottom and the covering portion of the upper; in other way, the flocked block has flocks flocked on a portion of the bottom or a portion of the upper, the flocks is selected from the group of leather, hair, cork, plant, plastic, textile, metal, ballast, glass, shuck, and coral; still another way, the flocked block flocked on a portion selected from the group of an upper, mid-sole, and heel; and which is flocked after the cutting or forming of the upper but before mounted on the bottom.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates generally to footwear, and more particularly to a flocked footwear.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The conventional footwear some have flocked portion thereon, but there are some limits for some kind of footwear, cause cannot applied flocking on some area of the footwear.

For example, the footwear of integrated of a bottom and an upper, which formed a covering portion by each other thereon and cannot be flocked by electro static; further, the flocks usually are wool, leather or fuzz, but cannot applied to another materials; moreover, conventional upper is flocked before cutting or forming, and result waste of flock material and flocking cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is the primary objective of the present invention to provide a flocked footwear which can be flocked on a covering portion of the bottom or upper.

It is another objective of the present invention to provide a flocked footwear with multiple and different flocks and providing versatile and convenient.

It is still another objective of the present invention to provide a flocked footwear which being flocked after cutted or formed, reduce the waste of flocks and stocks.

In keeping with the principle of the present invention, the foregoing objectives of the present invention, a flocked footwear comprises a bottom; an upper mounted on a top side of the bottom, and forming a foot receiving room for receiving foot; wherein the upper forming a covering portion and the bottom forming a covering portion covered relatively; a flocked block flocked on the covering portion of the bottom and the covering portion of the upper; in other way, the flocked block has flocks flocked on a portion of the bottom or a portion of the upper, the flocks is selected from the group of leather, hair, cork, plant, plastic, textile, metal, ballast, glass, shuck, and coral; still another way, the flocked block flocked on a portion selected from the group of an upper, mid-sole, and heel; and which is flocked after the cutting or forming of the upper but before mounted on the bottom.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIGS. 1-4, a flocked footwear embodied in the present invention comprises the following components.

A bottom 10 of a foot shape with a predetermined thickness, the bottom 10 has a block body 11, a down face 13, a top face 14, and a side face 17.

An upper 20 of any shape, the upper 20 has a body 21 mounted on a top side of the bottom 10, an outer face 23, an inner face 24, and forming a foot receiving room S1 for receiving foot.

Wherein the footwear further formed a covering portion 19 and a covering portion 29 on the bottom 10 and upper 20 covered by each other.

A flocked block 30 of any drawing or text, which is flocked by electro static to flock a plurality of flocks on the bottom 10 and upper 20, and forming a flocked portion 31 and 32 respectively.

Namely, the flocked portion 31 and 32 are flocked on the covering portion 19 of the bottom 10 and the covering portion 29 of the upper 20.

As shown in FIG. 4, which showing a supporting jig, which has a rotating axis G1 can be rotate and move, a support plate G2 inclined mounted on the rotating axis G1 for supporting the footwear being flocked.

As shown in FIG. 5, the flocked block 31 is only on the covering portion 19 of the bottom 10; or as shown in FIG. 6 the flocked block 32 is only on the covering portion 29 of the upper 20.

As shown in FIG. 7, the bottom 10A and upper 20A are formed integrated by plastic injected molding, which is suitable to perform the present invention; or as shown in FIG. 8, the bottom 10B and upper 20B are separate part and assembled together.

Further, the other portion of the footwear, the other portion of the bottom and upper can be flocked simultaneous; as shown in FIG. 9, the flocked portion 33 and 34 are flocked simultaneous; or as shown in FIG. 10, only the flocked portion 33; or as shown in FIG. 11, only the flocked portion 34.

The second character of the present invention, which is in use of the flocks as follows:

The flocks of the present invention which can be grain, powder, or pieces; and the shape of the flocks is circle, square, triangle, irregular shape or any other shape.

The material of the flocks further comprising following:

Leather, such as the leather of the cow, goat or crocodile; hair such as the hair of the cow, goat, rabbit or chick.

Plants such as cork, or any woods, root, stem, bark, leaf, fruit, peel, pippin, or seeds.

Chemical material, such as plastic, polymer, bead, tinsel, paillette, fluorescent powder; and textile, carbon textile or carbon fiber.

And which can be metal or non-metal materials:

Such as metal, stone, ballast, glass and artificial diamond; and shuck or coral.

The electrostatic induction of some of the above mentioned materials, there is coating an electrostatic inductor for increasing induction.

For flocking of the above mentioned materials, which is applied below.

As shown in FIGS. 12-14, the flocked portion 31A, 32A, 33A and 34A are flocked by different material or different shape respectively, and there further providing a glue 40 between the footwear and the flocks.

As shown in FIG. 15, the flocked portion is applied a bottom coating 50, and the flocks 39 is plastic and transparent and reflect the color of the bottom coating 50.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, which comprises a flocked portion 34B, and flocked a flocked portion 35B with a drawing or different flocks; or as shown in FIG. 18, the flocked portion 34C, and flocked portion 35C are flocked adjacent.

As shown in FIG. 19, which has a flocked portion 36 which can be styling and for flocking thereon, the steps are described below.

As shown in FIG. 20, put a coating template F1, and put a pattern block 60 inside the coating template F1, and an electro-add plate E1 on top of the flocks 39B, the flocks 39B can adhesive upon or inside the pattern block 60, and treat the pattern block 60 harden to form the shape.

Especially when the pattern block 60 is transparent showing the flocks.

The third character of the present invention is improved on production.

As shown in FIG. 21, the prior flocked upper is cutted from a flocked sheet, therefore wasted of the flocks of the flocked sheet.

As shown in FIG. 22, the present invention provided an upper or a mid-sole 70 of predictive shape, the flocked and mounted on the bottom.

Or as shown in FIG. 23, using a mold M1 and M2 injected an upper 20C of three-dimensional shape, and then flocked the upper 20C, to prevent the deformation of the flocked block.

The latest, the present invention still applied in heel of the footwear:

As shown in FIG. 24, there are two flocked portion 37 and 38 of different flocks; or as shown in FIG. 25, the heel 80 has a covering layer 85 which has a logo, and flocked with flocks on the covering layer 85, wherein the flocks is transparent and can be looking through to the covering layer 85.

In general, the flocked footwear of the present invention has the following characteristics:

1. The flock portion on the footwear can be applied broaden according to present invention, especially flocked on covering portions covered by each other.

2. There are many flocks can be applied to flocked to footwear.

3. The parts of the footwear is formed then flocked, therefore reduce the waste of the flocks and flocking cost.

Claims

1. A flocked footwear comprising:

a bottom;
an upper mounted on a top side of said bottom, and forming a foot receiving room for receiving foot; wherein said upper forming a covering portion and said bottom forming a covering portion covered relatively;
a flocked block flocked on said covering portion of said bottom and said covering portion of said upper.

2. A flocked footwear comprising:

a bottom;
an upper mounted on a top side of said bottom;
a flocked block having flocks flocked on a portion of said bottom or a portion of said upper, said flocks is selected from the group of leather, hair, cork, plant, plastic, textile, metal, ballast, glass, shuck, and coral.

3. A flocked footwear comprising:

a bottom;
an upper mounted on said top side of said bottom;
a flocked block flocked on a portion selected from the group of an upper, mid-sole, and heel; and which is flocked after said cutting or forming of said upper but before mounted on said bottom.

4. The flocked footwear as defined in claim 2, wherein said flocks is transparent, and said footwear has a drawing under the flocked block.

5. The flocked footwear as defined in claim 2, wherein the quality of said flocked block is two.

6. The flocked footwear as defined in claim 5, wherein one of said flocked block overlapped to another flocked block.

7. The flocked footwear as defined in claim 2, further comprises a pattern block for flocking of said flocks.

8. The flocked footwear as defined in claim 3, wherein said upper is flat.

9. The flocked footwear as defined in claim 3, wherein said upper is three-dimensional.

10. The flocked footwear as defined in claim 3, wherein said upper is formed by molding.
