Method for forming caves on a construction and a body made with the caves by the method
A method for forming caves on a construction, including steps of: preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction. Filling a fluid such as a gas or a liquid into the envelope to form a solid envelope; embedding the envelope in the construction to be grouted to define a grouting mold cavity. Deflating or draining the envelope of the fluid after a filling filled in the grouting mold cavity is hardened to achieve a construction with the caves.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention is related to a method for forming caves on a construction and a body made with the caves by the method. In the method, a fluid (which can be a gas or a liquid) is filled into an envelope and the envelope is laid in a grouting mold cavity. After the grout filled in the grouting mold cavity is hardened, the envelope is deflated or drained of the fluid to achieve the construction with the caves.
2. Description of the Prior Art
In the existent working method for construction, generally plane moldboards are established to form a grouting mold cavity. Proper structures such as reinforcements are built in the mold cavity and then concrete is grouted into the mold cavity. After the concrete is hardened, the moldboards are disassembled to achieve a construction with plane wall faces. Such working method is widely applied to gutters, hill slopes, bridges, piers, wave absorbers, etc. The construction made by the conventional working method has plane and monotonous outer face. Creatures such as plants, birds, reptiles, fishes, etc. can hardly live on such plane wall faces. As a result, such construction fails to meet the requirement of natural field and may seriously destroy a local ecological environment. This should be improved.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIt is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a method for forming caves on a construction and a body made with the caves by the method. The method includes steps of:
1. preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction, a fluid such as a gas or a liquid being filled into the envelope to form a solid envelope;
2. establishing construction moldboards to form a grouting mold cavity;
3. grouting the grouting mold cavity with a filling, after the filling reaches a certain height, the envelope filled with the fluid being placed in the grouting mold cavity in a predetermined position;
4. further grouting the filling into the grouting mold cavity;
5. detaching the construction moldboards after the filling in the grouting mold cavity is hardened; and
6. deflating or draining the envelope of the fluid or taking out the envelope to achieve the construction with the caves.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a method for forming caves on a construction, including steps of: preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction; filling a fluid such as a gas or a liquid into the envelope to form a solid envelope; embedding the envelope in the construction to be grouted to define a grouting mold cavity; and deflating or draining the envelope of the fluid after a filling filled in the grouting mold cavity is hardened to achieve a construction with the caves.
The method of the present invention is applicable to various constructions such as gutter walls, river channels, river embanks, sea embanks, etc. The caves can have irregular or regular shapes to serve as a reef in which the water fowls such as fishes and shrimps can live. The method of the present invention is also applicable to a hill slope to form caves on the hill slope for creatures such as birds, reptiles, insects, etc. to live in the caves. This is helpful to maintenance of natural ecology.
It is still a further object of the present invention to provide a body made with the caves including draining holes, sluices, channel reefs and wall caves.
It is still a further object of the present invention to provide the above method for forming caves on the construction. The envelope is easily available at low cost. In addition, the method can be easily and quickly performed to lower working cost.
The present invention can be best understood through the following description and accompanying drawings wherein:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
1. preparing an envelope 1 with a shape corresponding to the shape of the cave to be formed on the construction, a fluid such as a gas or a liquid being filled into the envelope 1 to form a solid envelope occupying a certain space;
2. establishing construction moldboards 2 to form a grouting mold cavity 20;
3. grouting the grouting mold cavity 20 with a filling 3, after the filling 3 reaches a certain height (as shown by B of
4. further grouting the filling 3 into the grouting mold cavity 20 (as shown by C of
5. detaching the construction moldboards 2 after the filling 3 in the grouting mold cavity 20 is hardened; and
6. deflating or draining the envelope 1 of the fluid or taking out the envelope 1 to achieve a construction 4 with the cave 41 (as shown in D of
In the above grouting step, the filling 3 can be concrete, resin or foam rubber. This is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the envelope 1 of the present invention can be made of plastic or rubber or other recoverable or naturally decomposable material. After filled with the fluid (such as air, water, etc.), the envelope 1 becomes a solid envelope. When grouting the filling 3, the pressure of the filling 3 will irregularly or regularly compress and deform the envelope 1. After the filling 3 is hardened, the envelope 1 will form the irregularly or regularly shaped cave 41 in the construction. The cave 41 serves as a place in which creatures such as fishes, shrimps, birds, reptiles, etc. can accumulate and grow.
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the envelope 1 of the present invention can be made with various regular or irregular shapes.
After filled with the fluid, the envelope 1 of the present invention becomes a solid envelope having irregular or regular shape such as circular, cylindrical, polygonal, etc. The shape of the envelope 1 is not limited. In addition, the material of the envelope 1 is also not limited. For example, the envelope 1 can be made of rigid rubber material (such as the material for making a soccer) or the rubber material for making a tire (without inner tire). An inflating nozzle 11 can be added to the envelope 1 to facilitate inflation. It is known that after inflated, a common tire can bear a truck of several tons. Accordingly, the envelope 1 made of the tire rubber can also bear very great pressure of the concrete. In order to fix the envelope 1 in a predetermined position to facilitate grouting, the envelope 1 can be integrally formed with several fixing rings 12. When embedded, an iron wire can be passed through the fixing ring 12 of the envelope 1 to tie and fix the fixing ring 12 on the a reinforcement (not shown). The inflating nozzle 11 is directed upward or outward and prevented from being embedded in the filling. Furthermore, a liquid such as water and oil (for example, oil used in an oil cylinder) can be filled into the envelope 1 to bear very great grouting pressure. In order to easily detach the envelope 1 from the concrete after the filling is dried, a grease such as construction-used moldboard grease can be previously painted on the outer face of the envelope 1 to facilitate detachment of the envelope 1 from the concrete. The envelope 1 can be then taken out from the cave 41 and repeatedly used. Alternatively, an inflated envelope 1 with larger volume can be embedded in the filling in a lower position. After grouting, the envelope 1 with larger volume suffers greater pressure and is minified to a preset volume.
In the method of the present invention, after the filling 3 (such as concrete) is hardened, the envelope 1 can be taken out or deflated or drained to form the cave 41 on the construction. Alternatively, after the moldboards 2 are disassembled, the envelope 1 can be naturally decomposed or reformed or corroded to remove the envelope 1 from the construction and form the cave 41.
The method of the present invention is applicable to the channel reef (or gutter) as shown in
Referring to
The method for forming caves on the construction of the present invention includes steps of: preparing an envelope corresponding to the cave to be formed on the construction; filling a fluid such as a gas or a liquid into the envelope to form a solid envelope; embedding the envelope in the construction to be grouted to define a grouting mold cavity; and deflating or draining the envelope of the fluid after a filling filled in the grouting mold cavity is hardened to achieve a construction with the caves.
The caves 41 of the construction can be draining holes 411, sluices 412, channel reefs 413, wall caves 414 or any other cave with various shapes.
