Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a bathing device, and particularly to a colored bathing device comprising a net strip and at least one positioning sheet. The net strip includes a plurality of continuous sub-strips which have different colors. At least one positioning sheet clamps the net strip for positioning all the sub-strips. A long positioning sheet will form a long colored bathing device and a short positioning sheet will form a ball shape colored bathing device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, a prior art bath device is shown. In the prior art, the bath device includes a plurality of sub-strips 1a, 1b which have different colors (referring to FIG. 1A, the sub-strips are injection-molded by net-shape soft rubber). Then plurality of sub-strips 1a, 1b are expanded and are then positioned to two positioning rods 2. Parts of the sub-strips 1a, 1b of different colors are overlapped one by one (referring to FIG. 1B). Then a rope serves to tie the longitudinal centers of all the sub-strips (referring to FIG. 1C). Then the positioning rods 2 are taken out. The sub-strips 1a, 1b are compressed and twisted so as to form a ball shape body, as shown in FIGS. 2(A) and 2(B).

However, above said prior art has some defects. The sub-strips 1a, 2b have different color, which are manufactured in different stages and thus the manufacturing cost is high. Moreover, when the sub-strips are placed around the two rods 2, the sub-strips 1a, 1b must be placed on by one so that time and labor are tedious. The tying process by the rope is performed manually. Moreover, the expansion of the sub-strips induce that the sub-strips have elastic fatigue so that the tying work is difficult. The rope possible loosens so that the colored bathing device will release. The colored bathing device is formed by a plurality of sub-strips 1a, 1b. The dirt will accumulate in the sub-strips 1a, 1b. It is difficult to clean the dirt so that the colored bathing device is deserted. A rope serves to tie the sub-strips 1a, 1b, however, it can not shape a beautiful outlook. It can not be shaped as a bar which is beneficial to be held by two hands in some bathing operation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a colored bathing device which comprises a net strip and at least one positioning sheet. The net strip includes a plurality of continuous sub-strips which have different colors. The different sub-strips are folded so as a part of one sub-strip being overlapped with a part of another adjacent sub-strip. At least one positioning sheet clamps the net strip for positioning all the sub-strips. Then the longitudinal centers of all of the sub-strips are compressed so as to reduce the size of centers. In the present invention, the positioning sheet may be a long positioning sheet so as to form a long colored bathing device, and the positioning sheet can be a short positioning sheet so as to form a ball-shape colored bathing device. Moreover, a rope ties the centers of each sub-strip for replacing the short positioning sheet to form a ball shape colored bathing device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

With reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, the colored bathing device of the present invention is illustrated. The colored bathing device of the present invention can be made as a rod shape or a ball shape 200. The colored bathing device includes a net strip 21. The net strip 21 includes a plurality of continuous sub-strips which can have different colors. In this embodiment, the sub-strips are formed by two kinds of sub-strips 21a, 21b. The colors of sub-strips 21a, 21b have different colors. As shown in FIG. 3(b), in the net strip 21, different sub-strips are folded so as a part of one sub-strip is overlapped with a part of another adjacent sub-strip. A positioning sheet 30, 301 serves to clamp the longitudinal center of each sub-strip for positioning all the sub-strips, then the longitudinal centers of all of the sub-strips are compressed so as to reduce the size of centers of the net strip 21.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 3C, a long positioning sheet 30 is used. One half of the positioning sheet 30 has a plurality of studs 31, and the other half of the positioning sheet 30 has a plurality of through holes 32 with a number corresponding to the studs. The positioning sheet 30 is folded by halves so that the studs 31 are inserted into the through holes 32 for fixing the net strip 21.

Referring to FIG. 6(C), two short positioning sheets 301 are used. One has a plurality of studs 31, and the other has a plurality of through holes 32. The studs 31 are inserted into the through holes 32 so as to fix the net strip 21.

Referring to FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, FIG. 3A shows that the net strip 21 being formed by a plurality of sub-strips 21a, 21b. Then the net strip 21 is expanded by two positioning rods 2 and is folded (referring to FIG. 3B). Then a long positioning sheet 30 serves to fix the net strip 21 (referring to FIG. 3C) so as to form a colored bathing device. Then the colored bathing device is taken out of the two positioning rods 2. A center of the net strip 21 is compressed so as to form as a long colored bathing device 20.

Referring to FIGS. 200, FIG. 6A shows that the net strip 21 being formed by a plurality of sub-strips 21a, 21b. Then the net strip 21 is expanded by two positioning rods 2 and is folded (referring to FIG. 6B). Then a short positioning sheet 301 serves to fix the net strip 21 (referring to FIG. 6C) so as to form a colored bathing device. Then the colored bathing device is taken out of the two positioning rods 2. A center of the net strip 21 is compressed so as to form as a ball shape colored bathing device 20 (referring to FIG. 6D).

The present invention has the following advantages. Since the net strip 21 is a continuous body, i.e., the sub-strips 21a and 21b are continuous instead of the separated sub-strips 1a, 1b, the assembly work is easy and time and labor are saved. The sub-strips 21a, 21b are continuous bodies and thus the structure is firmly so that the colored bathing device of the present invention does not separate into pieces. Furthermore, the positioning sheet may be a long positioning sheet 30 so as to form a long colored bathing device, or a short positioning sheet 301 so as to form a short colored bathing device. The positioning sheets 30, 301 can be detached for cleanness. The manufacturing of the present invention can be made automatically. That is, all the processes can be performed by machines. The positioning sheet 30 and positioning sheet 301 are buckled so that the positioning effect is preferred.

In the present invention, a rope can be used to replace the positioning sheet 301 and the rope ties the centers of each sub-strips 21a, 21b so as to form a ball shape colored bathing device.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
