Head-off golf tee

Abstract

A head-off golf tee comprises a tee body having a tip end and a flat end; and a cap having one hole in one end and one flat portion in another end. The flat end of the tee body can be assembled into the hole of the cap and a golf ball is placed on the flat portion of the cap for being beaten. In the head-off golf tee, the cap is separable and thus the lifetime is long. No tip surface is formed and thus no danger occurs. No stress is generated in beating a golf ball. The present invention can be made with a lower cost and can be carried conveniently.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to golf tools, and particularly to a head-off golf tee which comprises a tee body having a tip end and a flat end; and a cap having one hole in one end and one flat portion. The flat end of the tee body can be assembled into the hole of the cap. The cap is separable and thus the lifetime is long.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With reference to FIG. 1, a prior art golf tee 1 is illustrated. The prior art tee 1 has a tip end. There are several kinds of tees of different lengths for suiting the qualities of earth. Referring to FIG. 2, when a ball is beaten out with a force shown in FIG. 2, if the force is too larger (this generally occurs in the first beating), the tee is easy to break into an upper section 11 and a lower section 12. In general, the upper section is easy to fly out with the golf ball 10 and the lower section 12 is left in earth. The flying out upper section 11 will be dangerous to persons nearby. The lower section left in earth is difficult to be pulled out. Moreover, a broken surface 13 generates so as to generate a tip end. This makes trouble to users and possible hurt people. Moreover, in the breakage process of the tee, a react force will apply upon the user so as to hurt the user.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a head-off golf tee. The head-off golf tee comprises a tee body having a tip end and a flat end; and a cap having one hole in one end and one flat portion. The flat end of the tee body can be assembled into the hole of the cap. The tee body is assembled into the hole of the cap and a golf ball is placed on the flat portion of the cap for being beaten. In the head-off golf tee, the cap is separable and thus the lifetime is long. No tip surface is formed and thus no danger occurs. No stress is generated in beating a golf ball. The present invention can be made with a low cost and can be carried conveniently.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 3, the head-off golf tee of the present invention is illustrated. The head-off golf tee is formed by a cap 21 and a tee body 22. A tip end of the tee body 22 can be inserted into earth for fixedness and another end of the tee body 22 is combined to a recess 211 of the cap 21. An assembled view of the head-off golf tee is shown in FIG. 4. In the present invention, the recess 211 is shallow and is able to fix the tee body 22 to the cap 21, but in beating golf ball 10, the tee body 22 will not break. The tee body 21 and the cap 21 are separable. In beating, the force applied is shown in FIG. 5. The force causes that the tee body 22 leaves in earth, while the cap 21 is separated from the tee body 22. When the golf ball 10 is beaten out, the cap 21 falls down to be near the user. When the cap 21 separates from the tee body 22, the tee body 22 does not break and thus no reaction force due to the breakage of the tee body 22 generates. Thereby, no stress effect occurs. Moreover, the user is protected from exercise hurt.

The present invention can be portable easily since the cap 21 and tee body 22 can be separated for carrying out. In carry, one cap 21 and a plurality of tee body 22 of different sizes or different qualities for matching different kinds of earth can be carried out.

In the present invention, the cap 21 can be made of plastics by molding injection for reducing cost and has different colors. The tee body 22 can be designed to be identified from grass.

Advantages of the present invention is that the cap is separable and thus the lifetime is long. No tip surface is formed and thus no danger occurs. No stress is generated in beating a golf ball. The present invention can be made with a low cost and can be carried conveniently.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A head-off golf tee comprising:

a tee body having a tip end and a flat end; and

a cap having one hole in one end and one flat portion in another end;

wherein the flat end of the tee body is assembled into the hole of the cap.

2. The head-off golf tee as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tee body is assembled into the hole of the cap and a golf ball is placed on the flat portion of the cap for being beaten.
