Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a lighter case to receive a lighter therein and a tongue extends from a top of the board so as to be connected to the cigarette pack.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A smoker usually knows which pocket is the cigarette put and does not sure where the lighter is put. Therefore, after the smoker picks a cigarette from the pack, he or she usually searches all the packets and finds the lighter in the last one packet. Until now, there is no proper device for carrying the lighter with the cigarettes.

The present invention intends to provide a lighter case which is engaged with the cigarette pack so that the smoker can have his or her lighter whenever he or she wants to smoke.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a lighter case which is connected to a side of a cigarette pack and comprises a board having two front side walls extending from two sides thereof and a support plate extends from a lower end of the board and is located between the two front side walls. A tongue extends backward from a top end of the board. Two clamp plates extend backward from two sides of the board so as to clamp the cigarette pack.

The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 5, the lighter case 1 of the present invention comprises a board 11 having two front side walls 15 extending from two sides thereof and a support plate 16 extends from a lower end of the board 11 and is located between the two front side walls 15. Each of the front side walls 15 has a first ridge 152 extending from an inside thereof. Further referring to FIG. 4, a lighter 2 is rested on the support plate 16 and restricted by the first ridges 152 of the two front side walls 15. A tongue 12 extends backward from an inclined top end of the board 11 such that the tongue 12 is inserted between the outer hard case and the inner pack as shown in FIG. 3. Two clamp plates 13 extend backward from two sides of the board 11 and each of the clamp plates 13 has a second ridge 132 extending from an inside thereof. A connection plate 14 extends from a lower end of the board 11 and is connected between the two clamp plates 13. Referring to FIG. 5, the cigarette pack is clamped between the two clamp plates 13 and rested on the connection plate 14. Therefore, the lighter 2 is held by the lighter case 1 and the lighter case 1 is connected to the cigarette pack so that the user is convenient to access the lighter 2 and the cigarette pack simultaneously.

FIG. 7 shows an embodiment of the clamp plates 13a and the second ridges 132a, wherein the clamp plates 13a have the same length of the board 11 and the second ridges 132a have the same length of the clamp plates 13a.

FIG. 6 shows a flexible band 154 has two ends thereof respectively connected to two holes 153 defined through the two front side walls 15 and the flexible band 154 attaches the cigarette pack with a soft pack to the lighter case 1.

While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
