Description
BACKGROUND OF THE ION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention concerns an inter-dental brush structure, especially a kind of inter-dental brush structure with replaceable brush shaft and brush handle, with angles adjustable, and increase the convenience and effect of usage.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Prior art interdental brush (please refer to FIG. 1) is comprised of a brush handle 10 with one end installed with a brush shaft 20. Since the brush handle 10 and the brush shaft 20 forms a sight line, it is very inconvenient to use when brushing rear teeth crevices. Therefore, manufacturers provided a curved end interdental brush (please refer to FIG. 2), increasing the convenience of usage for brushing rear teeth crevices with the curved end 30 design. However, since the angel of the curved end 30 is fixed, and cannot be adjusted according to the required angel of the different positions of the rear teeth crevices, it is very inconvenient to use. Moreover, both prior art inter-dental brush have fixed brush shaft and not replaceable, it is more costly when discarded.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main object of the present invention is to solve the aforementioned defects of inconvenient usage of prior art inter-dental brush, and provide an inter-dental brush structure which has a brush shaft installation opening installed on the curved end of the brush handle. A fitting bulge and a joined clip lid is each installed on the top of face of the curved end, and the joined clip lid has a matching fitting fillister, whereas the fitting bulge also has a clipping fillister installed connecting with the brush shaft installation opening. The joined clip lid has the design of its fitting fillister covering the fitting bulge and with the two sides form a matching shape boundary, and the front holding part is designed to fix the fitting fillister lid. Together with the two designs, the rear of the brush shaft inserted in the brush shaft installation opening will be clipped tightly and fixed in the clipping fillister. Since the clip fixing force is designed to be tight but not too tight, it can easily be pulled apart with fingers, and is convenient for the installation and replacement of the brush shaft. Moreover, the brush handle is divided into two parts, and connected with axis so that it revolves. The connecting face has several matching indents and bulges for fixing the locations of the revolving to adjust to the angels needed for brushing the rear teeth crevices. The structure is unprecedented, and not only does it possess novelty and progress, it also increases the using effects. The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts. Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

The present invention inter-dental brush structure (please refer to FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 5A) mainly comprises a brush handle 1 with a brush shaft installation opening 12 installed on the curved end 11. A fitting bulge 13 and a joined clip lid 2 is each established on the top surface of the curved end, and the said joined clip lid 2 is connected to the rim of the curved end top surface with a flexible connecting piece 14. It has a matching fitting fillster 21 on the opposite side to the fitting bulge, and the fitting bulge 13 also has a clipping fillister 15 installed to connect to the brush shaft installation opening.

The aforementioned joined clip lid 2 has the fitting fillister cover the fitting bulge and with the two sides form a matching n shape boundary, and together with the matching design of front hooking part 16 to fix the fitting. The brush shaft 3 inserted in the brush shaft installation opening 12 is then pushed back in the rear and clipped tightly to fix in the clipping fillister 15. Since the clip fixing force is designed to be tight but not too tight, it can be pulled apart by fingers. Not only is it convenient to install and replace the brush shaft 3, but also beneficial to discard the brush shaft when damaged without losing the brush handle and save the cost.

Moreover, the brush handle 1 of the present invention is formed with two parts, and connected with an axis so that it revolves. The connecting surface has several indents and bulges 17 spread and arranged in a circle to fix the locations of the revolving. This is to adjust the angles needed for brushing rear teeth crevices, and in turn increase the convenience of usage, and also the usage effects.

To sum up, the present invention inter-dental brush structure has a replaceable brush shaft design to adjust the angle of the brush handle, and increase the usage effect. It is unprecedented and possesses novelty and progress, therefore matches the requirements for applying the new invention patent.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a usefull application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.
