The present invention relates to a fan hub with a rocket shaped end. The fan hub comprises a hub body with a depressed ditch rounding at a proper position and a guiding section extended from the depressed ditch, and a plurality of fan blades on the outer surface of the hub body. The guiding section gradually narrows to an end and the tip at the end is in a curved shape. Accordingly, when the fan blades rotate, undesirable noise and working current can be reduced; and, simultaneously, the present invention can effectively guide the air flow, decrease the wastage of power, and improve the working efficiency of the fan.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an amelioration of a fan hub assembly. More particularly, the present invention relates to a fan hub with a rocket shaped end providing efficiencies of reducing undesirable noise and working current when the fan blades rotate. Simultaneously, the present invention provides an effective air flow passage, decreases the wastage of power, and improves the working efficiency of the fan.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART

As is known, a fan hub of the prior art (as shown in FIG. 5) comprises a hub body 3 with a flat section 31 at an end and a plurality of fan blades 32 around the hub body 3. Although the above fan hub can be assembled into a motor (not shown in the figures) to guide the air flow, when the air flow enters from the top end of the fan hub 3 and flows to the fan blades 32, a turbulence may happens because of the flat section at the end 31. As the air flow is not directed to pass smoothly, the efficiency of the fan becomes worse owing to the wastage of the power. As a result, the prior art of fan hub can not meet the requirements of the users.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, the present invention is to efficiently diminish the undesirable noise and the working current when the fan blades rotate. Simultaneously, the present invention is to provide an effective air flow passage, to decrease the wastage of the power, and to improve the working efficiency of the fan.

To achieve the above purposes, the present invention is a fan hub with a rocket shaped end. The fan hub comprises a hub body with a depressed ditch rounding at a proper position and a guiding section extended from the depressed ditch, and a plurality of fan blades on the outer surface of the hub body. The guiding section is gradually narrowed to an end and the tip at the end is in a curved shape. Accordingly, the present invention provides efficiencies of reducing undesirable noise and working current when the fan blades rotate. Simultaneously, the present invention provides an effective air flow passage, decreases the wastage of power, and improves the working efficiency of the fan.

The present invention will be better understood from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions of the preferred embodiments are provided to understand the features and the structures of the present invention.

Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a perspective view of the first preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is a fan hub with a rocket shaped end comprising a hub body 1 with a plurality of fan blades 2. The present invention provides efficiencies of reducing undesirable noise and working current when the fan blades rotate. Simultaneously, the present invention provides an effective air flow passage, decreases the wastage of the power, and improves the working efficiency of the fan.

At a proper position of an end of the hub body 1 is a depressed ditch 11. A guiding section 12, which has a streamline shape, is extended from the depressed ditch 11. And the guiding section 12 is gradually narrowed to an end and the tip at the end of the guiding section 12 is in a curved type. The outer diameter of the hub body 1 is greater than the outer diameter of the guiding section 12.

A plurality of fan blades 2 are around outer surface of the hub body 1. The fan blades 2 can have a shape of an aerofoil type, a curved type, a bevel type, or a radial type; and the number of the fan blades 2 can be an odd or an even. Thereby, a novel fan hub with a rocket shaped end is attained from the above structure.

Please refer to FIG. 2, which is a cross-section view of the status-of-use of the first preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, when the present invention is installed into a motor (not shown in the figures) and rotates, an air flow is absorbed from the guiding section 12 of the hub body 1. When the blades start rotating, the air flow is at first directed to the depressed ditch 11. When the depressed ditch 11 is full of flow, the continuously absorbed air flow can be effectively guided by the guiding section 12 which is gradually narrowed to an end and the tip at the end is in a curved type. Thereby, the present invention provides efficiencies of reducing undesirable noise and working current. Simultaneously, the present invention provides an effective air flow passage, decreases the wastage of power, and improves the working efficiency of the fan.

Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, which are a perspective view and a cross-section view of the status-of-use of the second preferred embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in the figures, the hub body 1a comprises a guiding section 12a in a streamline and an end surface of the guiding section 12a is in a curved shape. And the outer diameter of the hub body 1 is greater than the outer diameter of the guiding section 12a.

A plurality of fan blades 2 is around the outer surface of the hub body 1a. The fan blades 2 can have a shape of an aerofoil type, a curved type, a bevel type, or a radial type; and the number of the fan blades 2 can be an odd or an even. Thereby, the present invention provides efficiencies of reducing undesirable noise and working current. Simultaneously, the present invention provides an effective air flow passage, decreases the wastage of power, and improves the working efficiency of the fan.

When rotating, the air flow is absorbed from an end of the guiding section 12a which is gradually narrowed to an end and the tip at the end is in a curved shape; and the air flow is continuously and effectively guided. Thereby, the present invention provides efficiencies of reducing undesirable noise and working current. Simultaneously, the present invention provides an effective air flow passage, decreases the wastage of power, and improves the working efficiency of the fan.

The preferred embodiments herein disclosed are not intended to unnecessarily limit the scope of the invention. Therefore, simple modifications or variations belonging to the equivalent of the scope of the claims and the instructtions disclosed herein for a patent are all within the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A fan hub with a rocket shaped end, comprising:

a hub body;
a depressed ditch around said hub body;
a guiding section extended from said depressed ditch; and
a plurality of fan blades on the outer surface of said hub body,
wherein said guiding section gradually narrows to an end and the top surface of said end is in a curved type.

2. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of said hub body if greater than the diameter of said guiding section.

3. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein said guiding section is in a streamline shape.

4. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of an aerofoil type.

5. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of a curved type.

6. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of a bevel type.

7. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of a radial type.

8. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein the number of said plurality of fan blades is an odd.

9. The fan hub according to claim 1, wherein the number of said plurality of fan blades is an even.

10. A fan hub with a rocket shaped end, comprising:

a hub body;
a guiding section extended from said depressed ditch; and
a plurality of fan blades on the outer surface of said hub body,
wherein said guiding section gradually narrows to an end and the top surface of said end is in a curved type.

11. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein the diameter of said hub body if greater than the diameter of said guiding section.

12. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein said guiding section is in a streamline shape.

13. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of an aerofoil type.

14. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of a curved type.

15. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of a bevel type.

16. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein said plurality of fan blades is in a shape of a radial type.

17. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein the number of said plurality of fan blades is an odd.

18. The fan hub according to claim 10, wherein the number of said plurality of fan blades is an even.
