Restraining equipment of an exercise apparatus

Abstract

This invention is used for an exercise apparatus, a device, that holds your legs tight to the sleeping mattress, pulled through Velcro loops to adjust for bottom of the legs and adjusts to any size of the bed's mattress. This equipment is primarily used for the abdominal muscle exercises. Prevents your feet from loosing contact with the mattress and gives a great balance Because this invention is specifically based to be installed to the mattress, it will increase the comfort level of performing sit-ups.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A general idea of my invention is a restraining equipment of an exercise apparatus. It solves previously existing problems by using my new idea is much simpler of using the exercise equipment and time consuming right in the bed working on the abdominal muscles. It installs to any size of the beds mattress, and I have found out that this adventure does not only have to be wrapped around the mattress, but it does not have to be removed. You can easily be sleeping with it attached to your mattress because of the soft materials it is being made of.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

2. It is a common device for a proper balance, to pull up your own weight by the strap that goes around the mattress with the help of the feet holder. Equipment of this kind lets you crunch with no difficulty of any kind by the strong resistance. It should be only be used for building abdominal muscles.

Claims

1. A manually operative device for exercising on your stomach on any mattress of any bed, buckled on the side of the mattress for stronger resistance purpose on the right hand side with a side release buckle. A process for straining the body weight for an easier usage to exercise.

2. Attached to any size of the bottom part of the mattress.

3. A device as defined in claim 1, has two helpful tools to it that hold the main strap from left and right side for resistance of the body weight when ever you pull on it.
