Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention is related to a coiled ornament, and more particularly, to one that sticks to whatever and wherever as desired.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

FIG. 1 shows a coiled ornament of the prior art. The ornament 11 usually made of plastic or similar material in a form of a figure, animal, or anything else, is connected with a coil 12 with the other end of the coil fixed to a holder 13 for placement on desktop or similar flat surface. The weight of the ornament 11 prevents it from being suspended or sticking to the human body. Therefore, an improvement is made by adding a sucker 14 to the holder 12 as illustrated in FIG. 2 to facilitate attachment by attraction. However, it takes only a smooth surface for the sucker 14 to be secured to. Neither the holder 13 nor the sucker 14 prevents the coiled ornament 11 from sticking to the human body or being suspended, thus to frustrate the fun of the coiled ornament.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a coiled ornament that can be attached anywhere and to any object, including the human body, for more fin. To achieve the purpose, a transparent sheet is attached to either side of the ornament so that one end of the coil is sandwiched between the ornament and the transparent sheet while another end of the coil is adhered to a base paper with a film; the base paper is glued on its back before being applied with a stripper. With the location and object selected, the stripper is removed for the coiled ornament to stick to the location.

The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.

Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5, a coiled ornament 1 of a preferred embodiment of the present invention is comprised of an ornament 21 made in the form of a figure, animal or any pattern; a transparent sheet 22 is adhered to either side of the ornament 21; a coil 23 with one end in a straight line is sandwiched between the ornament 21 and the transparent sheet 22; and the other end of the coil 23 is adhered to a base paper 25 glued on its back to be applied with a stripper 26 thereon.

With a location either on a desktop or human body selected, the stripper 26 is removed to expose the glue on the back of the base paper 25 to stick the coiled ornament 1 to the desktop or human body. As the coiled ornament 1 shakes in all directions, it becomes a fun ornament. It is also firmly attached to the desktop or the human body because the base paper 25 is of soft material to prevent it from easily falling off.

As illustrated in FIG. 6, the base paper 25 is stuck to one's forehead for the ornament 21 to shake all over as one moves to become a cute and interesting decoration providing more fun at a party or assembly occasion.

The coiled ornament 1 is stuck to one's shoulder or elsewhere in standing position as illustrated in FIG. 7 for personal ID, labeling and for the purpose of fun at a social occasion.

Now referring to FIG. 8, the coiled ornament 1 is stuck to a desktop or any smooth surface in a still position that only shakes from pushing or the wind blowing.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A coiled ornament comprised of an ornament in the form of a figure, animal or any other pattern double-sided of the same figure, animal or pattern; a transparent sheet in the same shape as that of the figure, animal or pattern being attached to the ornament; a coil with one end sandwiched by the ornament and the transparent sheet; another end of the coil being attached to a base paper; the base paper being glued on its back; a stripper being applied onto the glued back of the base paper and removed only when a location and an object has been selected for the coiled ornament to be stuck to.
