Puzzle sticker

Abstract

A toy of stickers comprised of strippers, pattern puzzles, pallet stickers and transfer films; the stripper is adhered on the pattern puzzle; pallet sticks are adhered to the stripper depending on the color and shape of the pattern; the pallet stickers are adhered to the transfer film, and the transfer film is attached to the surface of the pallets in various colors and patterns are stuck to any object as desired.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention is related to a puzzle sticker, and more particularly to one that helps children in intellectual development by providing fun through arranging a pattern comprised of multiple pellet stickers available in various colors and transferring the pattern to any object.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Stickers generally available for children to play with are usually made in a fixed type to be directly adhered to various objects that prevent any fun in the design of patterns as desired by the child or arrangement and combination after a specific pattern. Therefore, the stickers of the prior art as a toy for children do not help much in the intellectual development of the children. An acute sense of color is also very important in developing the potentials of a child. How to provide children with a puzzle sticker that is innovative with color concepts is a very important topic in the education of pre-school children.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a puzzle sticker to help children in their intellectual development. To achieve the purpose, the puzzle sticker includes strippers, sheets of pattern paper, pallet stickers, and transfer films for the child to arrange any combination of pallet stickers according to the pattern paper, and then transfer the pattern sticker completed to any object as desired.

The transfer process starts by having the stripper adhered to the pattern paper. Use a pair of tweezers to hold the pallet stickers one at a time and arrange them on the stripper according to the shape and color of the pattern. The transfer film is attached to the pallet stickers completed with the arrangement. The pattern can be stuck to any object as desired and transferred to the object by removing the transfer film.

The stripper relates to a see-through sheet. The transfer film is provided with adhesion on one side to facilitate attachment to the pallet stickers. The pattern paper may be in the form of checkered boxes for the child to arrange and combine the pallet stickers into any form or pattern. The pallet sticker may be made in a circle, square, star or any other shape.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention is essentially comprised of one or multiple transparent strippers 1, one or multiple pattern papers 2, one or multiple stickers 3 containing multiple pallets and one or multiple transfer films 4. Wherein, the pattern paper 22 is checkered to form multiple boxes 21. Each sticker contains multiple pallets in various colors and shapes such as square, circle, star or any other shape. Each pallet of the sticker is glued on its back, and the sticker 3 is adhered to a cellophane paper 31. The transfer film 4 relates to a see-through thin sheet with its back glued to a base paper 41.

As illustrated in FIGS. 2˜7, pallets from the sticker 3 are removed to be arranged and combined in a pattern and then transferred to any object desired in the following steps:

• • a. The pattern paper 2 is placed on a flat place and paved with the stripper on top as illustrated in FIG. 2. The stripper 1 is see-through to allow direct view of the pattern paper 2.
  • b. As suggested by the pattern, pallets in various colors are picked up one by one using a pair of tweezers and stuck to the stripper 1 as illustrated in FIG. 3.
  • c. Upon completing the arrangement and combination of the pallets on the stripper 1, the stripper 1 is removed and the transfer film 4 is placed over the surface of the stripper 1 as illustrated in FIG. 4.
  • d. The stripper 4 carrying the pattern completed with the stickers 3 is adhered on the transfer film 4 as illustrated in FIG. 5.
  • e. The transfer film 4 carrying the pattern completed with the stickers 3 is adhered on any object as desired as illustrated in FIG. 6.
  • f. Finally, the transfer film 4 is removed to leave the pattern completed with the stickers 3 firmly attached onto the object.

The entire process helps develop the creativity, patience and sensitivity to colors of the child and is paid with the result of a decorative object.

Now referring to FIGS. 8, 9, and 10, the pattern paper 2 is checkered with multiple boxes 21 with each box coated with various colors to show various types of patterns by arrangement and combination such as a design of a smiling face in FIG. 8, a butterfly in FIG. 9, and a heart in FIG. 10 for the child to follow in picking up the pallet stickers 3 of the identical color to be attached to the stripper 1 covering the pattern paper 2. The finished pattern with stickers 3 is then transferred to any object desired.

As illustrated in FIG. 11, the pattern paper 2 is only checkered with multiple boxes 21 in black and white for the child to use his own imagination to have stickers 3 in colors to be attached to the stripper 1 covering upon the pattern paper 2 to achieve the same fun of transferring the pattern to the object.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A puzzle sticker essentially comprised of one or multiple see-through strippers; one or multiple pattern papers checkered with multiple boxes painted in various colors to define a specific pattern; one or multiple stickers containing multiple pallets in various colors with each pallet glued on its bottom; and one or multiple transparent transfer films with glue on the back.

2. The puzzle sticker of claim 1, wherein, the transfer process is comprised of the following steps:

a. Attach the stripper placed onto the pattern paper;

b. As suggested by the pattern, multiple stickers are picked up one by one and adhered to the boxes;

c. Remove the stripper off of the pattern paper;

d. Adhere the transfer film onto the surface of the stripper attached with the finished pattern of pallet stickers and remove the pattern from the stripper; and

e. Adhere the transfer film attached with the pattern onto any object and remove the transfer film from the object.

3. The puzzle sticker of claim 1, wherein, the pattern paper is checkered with multiple boxes only without any pattern for its user to have free creation of a pattern.

4. The puzzle sticker of claim 1, the pallet sticker is made in the shape of a square, circle, star or any other shape.
