1. Field of the Invention
This invention relates to a water-running device with simple gadgets, such as floats, etc. that is just installed on wheels of an automobile used (driven and run) generally on the land, so as to be run on the water (a river, a lake, a pond, the sea, etc.) freely. The water-running device based on a quite new idea without a parallel will be used widely for businesses, leisure, disaster preventions, and the like.
2. Description of the Related Art
Conventionally, ships, rafts, rubber rafts, jet skis, and so on are generally used on the water. Exceptionally, amphibious vehicles, reformed automobiles with high-level waterproof, etc. are used by the Self-Defense Forces, etc. which are quite different from the invention.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIt is an object of the invention to provide a water-running device that is just installed on wheels of an automobile, so as to be run freely from the ground directly to the surface of the water, and from the surface of the water directly (or indirectly) to the ground, etc., which is not only a dream but also a free idea at safety out of the simple idea that general automobiles (buses, trucks as well as light cars) are run only on the land, based on the fundamental spirit this invention with a new sense of value for the people and the public in businesses, leisure, disaster preventions and the like as the afore-mentioned.
According to a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with a right float and a left float on front wheels which have rotary joint sections linked to rotary shafts with bearings rotating partially in slide in frames. The floats on back wheels have rotary joint sections linked to rotary shafts having bearings with adjustment for positions in slide in frames. The floats on driving wheels have blades of rotary screws to the rotary shafts. The floats are linked with each other, and the rotary joint sections are linked with the wheels of an automobile.
According to a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the right float and the left float on the front wheels having the rotary joint sections with universal joints and splines linked to the rotary shafts. The floats on the back wheels have the rotary joint sections with universal joints and splines linked to the rotary shafts having the bearings with adjustment for positions in slide in the frames. The floats on the driving wheels have the blades of the rotary screws to the rotary shafts. The floats are linked with each other, and the rotary joint sections are linked with the wheels of the automobile.
According to a third aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the right float and the left float on the front wheels having the rotary joint sections directly linked to the rotary shafts. The floats on the back wheels have the rotary joint sections linked directly to the rotary shafts having the bearing with adjustment for positions in slide in the frames. The floats on the driving wheels have the blades of the rotary screws to the rotary shafts. The floats are divided into the floats on the front wheels and the floats on the back wheels, and linked with each other. The rotary joint sections are linked with the wheels of the automobile.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the right float and the left float that are divided into the floats on the front wheels and the floats on the back wheels, and linked with each other.
According to a fifth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the floats on the back wheels the rotary shafts of which have the bearings without adjustment for positions in slide in the frames.
According to a sixth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the rotary joint sections having the universal joints, the splines, or both of them.
According to a seventh aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the right float and the left float which are not linked with each other.
According to an eighth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the rotary joint sections having clutches.
According to a ninth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the floats having wheels.
According to a tenth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device the rotary shafts of which have bevel gears or flexible wires; or the rotary joint sections of which have flexible wires; with propeller screws.
According to an eleventh aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device comprising plural tire-attachments each of which has arm frames contacted with an inner sidewall, a tread and an outer sidewall of a tire; a board for the arm frames extended over part of an inner periphery of an outer sidewall of the tire; and sliding parts in radial directions of the tire for the arm frames on the board linked with the rotary joint sections.
According to a twelfth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the tire-attachments each of which has adjustment for pressures of the arm frames on the tire according to diminutions of the tire, by the side of the sliding parts.
According to a thirteenth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the tire-attachments the sliding parts for the arm frames of which have elastic bodies such as rubbers, springs, or both of them.
According to a fourteenth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the arm frames having free joints.
According to a fifteenth aspect of the invention, there is provided a water-running device with the arm frames having rubbers, springs, or both of them, as elastic bodies in the free joints.
In the above-mentioned water-running device, the first element is the floats which make the automobile float on the surface of the water (including a link-bar to transmit the weight of the automobile to the right and left floats), the second element is the rotary joint sections which link the wheels of the automobile and the floats (including the tire-attachments), the third element is the rotary screws which make propelling powers occur with driving powers by the driving wheels of the automobile including the propeller screws) and the fourth element is a variety of structures of handling the floats for the course on the water, transmitted by the steering wheels of the automobile. In the first aspect of the invention, the rotary screws themselves rotate partially in slide and change course transmitted by the steering wheel. In the second aspect of the invention, the floats themselves rotate partially and change course transmitted by the steering wheels. In the third aspect of the invention, the floats are divided into the floats on the front wheels and the floats on the back wheels and linked with each other, which is easy to make the floats rotate partially and to keep and carry them, because of the short length during travels on the ground. For this invention, recreational vehicles (four-wheel drive) are the best, because the horsepowers and the diameters of the tires are bigger, and the bottoms of the vehicles are over the water.

Several embodiments of the invention are described hereunder referring to the attached drawings.
Consequently, a person in a worksite on the surface of the water such as the sea, a lake, a river, a pond, etc. comes directly from his house with this device. (In case of driving on the ground for a little longer time, the floats may be vertically attached to the automobile at the universal joints, with the clutches). This invention will be used widely for laver manufacturers, etc. to work or check on the water, for leisure such as fishing, etc. and especially for disaster preventions such as saving lives in sudden floods, and the like.
OTHER MODIFICATIONSA water-running device may have universal joints (free joints) among a variety of them (for three dimensions). The water-running device may further have a plurality of joint sections. Step spacers 32 with jack-shaped surfaces such as v-shaped surfaces, etc. on upper parts contacted with strong parts such as steps, etc. under doors of an automobile are attached to a link-bar 8 to adjust heights freely and transmit the weight of an automobile to each float. The floats made of FRP (Fiber-reinforced plastics), Styrofoam, etc. may have chasses as well as rubber raft-types. The floats must be put below the inner diameter in general.
The preferred embodiments described herein are illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated in the appended claims and all variations that come within the meaning of the claims are intended to be embraced therein.
