1. Field of Invention
The present invention is related to a composite type transverse flow fan and particularly to a fan structure with composite fan blades.
2. Brief Description of Related Art
A major function of the current fan is to induce circulating air flow to articles needed to be cooled. Thus, if the circulating air flow is able to be increased, effect of heat dissipation for the cooled articles can be enhanced.
However, in order to promote the circulating air flow, improvements of the conventional fan device have been performed and are classified into two options: (1) improvement of driving device and (2) improvement of fan blades. The improvement of driving device further is divided into two ways (a) improvement of rotational speed and (b) improvement of stabilizing rotation. The improvement of fan blades further is divided into two ways (a) improvement of each fan blade and (b) increase of number of the fan blades.
Although the preceding improvements can reach purpose of promoting circulation of air flow, effects such as simple assembling, expanding heat dissipation area and adjustable number of fan blades for meeting heat dissipation need are not possible to be obtained at the same time.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENIONAccordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a composite type transverse air flow fan, which can comply with need of heat dissipation to adjust number of fan blades.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite type transverse air flow fan, which is capable of being assembled easily.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a composite type transverse air flow fan, which has an increased area of the heat dissipation.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe detail structure, the applied principle, the function and the effectiveness of the present invention can be more fully understood with reference to the following description and accompanying drawings, in which:
Referring to
For assembling, a driving shaft 111 of the driving device 11 has a receiving hole 111a and the first coupling part 123a has a fitting hole 123e with a chamber 123f. The chamber 123f has an open side 123g with a stopper 123h and a lateral side of the chamber 123f opposite to the open side 123g has a fixing hole 123i for securing a fixing member 123j. A ball 123k and an elastic member 123m are received in the chamber 123f sequentially and then the fixing member 123j is fixedly joined to the fixing hole to urge the ball 123k pressing against the stopper 123h. Once the driving shaft 111 fits with the fitting hole 123e, the ball 123k is pressed with the driving shaft 111 against the elastic member 123m such that the elastic member 123m is compressed along with the ball 123k moving inward till the driving shaft 111 being incapable of pressing the ball 123k. Right at the time, the driving shaft 111 keeps moving downward till the receiving hole 111a moving to a position being able to receive the ball 123k. Under this circumstance, the ball 123k is pushed by the bouncing back force of the elastic member 123m to move outward the open side 123g of the chamber 123f and enter the receiving hole 111a such that the driving shaft 123 can fits with the fitting hole 123e.
Besides, the driving device 11 provides a receiving part 111b with a projection 111c and the first joining part 122a has another projection 122f to engage with the projection 111c such that the receiving part 111b and the first joining part 122a can be joined to each other. The second joining part 122h has a further projection 122g too.
When the driving device 11 is in operation, the fan blade part 121 of the fan blade module 12 rotates at state A to induce circulation air flow entering via an inlet 122h and leaving via an outlet provided at the fan frame 122.

For assembling, the second coupling part 123b has a receiving hole 123n and the first coupling part 223a has a fitting hole 223e with a chamber 223f. The chamber 223f has an open side 223g with a stopper 223h and a lateral side of the chamber 223f opposite to the open side 223g has a fixing hole 223i for securing a fixing member 223j. A ball 223k and an elastic member 223m are received in the chamber 123f sequentially and then the fixing member 223j is fixedly joined to the fixing hole 223i to urge the ball 223k pressing against the stopper 223h. Once the second coupling part 123b fits with the fitting hole 223e, the ball 223k is pressed with the second coupling 123b against the elastic member 223m such that the elastic member 223m is compressed along with the ball 223k moving inward till the second coupling part 123b being incapable of pressing the ball 223k. Right at the time, the second coupling part 123b keeps moving downward till the receiving hole 123h moving to a position being able to receive the ball 223k. Under this circumstance, the ball 223k is pushed by the bouncing back force of the elastic member 223m to move outward the open side 223g of the chamber 223f and enter the receiving hole 123n such that the second coupling part 223 can fits with the fitting hole 223e.
Besides, the second joining part 122b provides a projection 122g and the first joining part 222a has another projection 122f to engage with the projection 122g such that the second joining part 222b and the first joining part 122a can be joined to each other. The second joining part 222b has a further projection 122g too. Hence, another fan blade module can be obtained.
When the driving device 11 is in operation, the fan blade parts (121, 221) of the fan blade module 22 rotate to induce circulation air flow entering via an inlet (122h, 222h) and leaving via an outlet provided at the fan frame (122, 222).
