Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to pallets, and in particular to a compound pallet which is fireproof, waterproof, and pressure-tolerant and has a stronger mechanic strength. Moreover the pallets are reusable and have preferred effect of the low environment pollution.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

With the improvement of warehousing storage or transferring, it is more and more important to have convenient and simple process in the transformation and storage of the goods. Currently pallets are generally used in warehouse storage or transformation. In transfer, the pallets are lifted by a lifer to other positions.

Referring to FIG. 1, a schematic view of the prior art pallet is illustrated. The pallet 1 is formed by a plurality of wood plates 11 and two wood strips 12.

The prior art structure is weak since the wood has fibers. The fiber is extensible and pressure-tolerable, but it is corroded by wet or broken by ants. Furthermore, plastic pallets are developed so as to improve the defect in the prior art pallets. The plastic pallets are waterproof and ant-proof. The plastics are easily broken by collision. Moreover plastic material is not fireproof and will not wear, and thus it has the problem of environment pollution.

Moreover metal pallets are developed for overcoming the defect of weak structure of the prior art. However the cost is high and metal pallets are heavy so as to become a burden as the pallets are lifted by a lifter. Thereby it is not a well device under consideration of anti-wetness.

Thereby all the prior arts have defects and are necessary to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a compound pallet which is fireproof, waterproof, and pressure-tolerant and has a stronger mechanic strength. Moreover the pallets are reusable and have preferred effect of the low environment pollution.

To achieve above object, the present invention provide a compound pallet. The pallet comprises an upper compound plate and a lower compound plate; each plate being formed by using a plurality of plate layers clamping a plurality of fiber layers; and filling material being filled between the plate fibers and the fiber layers; and the filling material being formed by 35 to 40 neutral liquid, 5 to 10% of adhesive, 40% of cement and 20% of edible seaweed. The upper compound plate is formed with a plurality of protruded ribs so that a cross section of the upper compound plate is formed as continuous rectangular waves; and the lower compound plate is formed with a plurality of protruded ribs so that a cross section of the lower compound plate is formed as continuous rectangular waves; and the orientation of the ribs of the upper compound plate is vertical to the orientation of the ribs of the lower compound plate.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a prior art pallet.

FIG. 2 shows the perspective view of the pallet of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view along line 3-3 of FIG. 2.

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view along line 4-4 of FIG. 2.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view about the second embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view along line 6-6 of FIG. 5.

FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view along line 7-7 of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, the compound pallet 1 of the present invention is illustrated. The pallet 1 is fireproof, waterproof, and pressure-tolerant.

As shown in Figures, the compound pallet 20 is formed by an upper compound plate 21 and a lower compound plate 22. Each of the upper compound plate 21 and lower compound plate 22 is formed by using a plurality of plate layers clamping a plurality of fiber layers with filling material to is filled therebetween. Preferably, the filling material is formed by 35 to 40 neutral liquid, 5 to 10% of adhesive, 40% of cement and 20% of edible seaweed.

The upper compound plate 21 is formed with a plurality of protruded ribs 211 so that a cross section of the upper compound plate 21 is formed as continuous rectangular waves.

The lower compound plate 22 is formed with a plurality of protruded ribs 221 so that a cross section of the lower compound plate 22 is formed as continuous rectangular waves.

The orientation of the ribs 211 of the upper compound plate 21 is vertical to the orientation of the ribs 221 of the lower compound plate 22 so that the pallet 1 has a preferred pressure tolerant ability.

It is preferably that the lower compound plate 22 has at least three ribs 221. In the present invention, the filling material is fireproof, waterproof, and pressure-tolerant so that the pallet 1 is also fireproof, waterproof, and pressure-tolerant and has preferable pressure tolerant ability.

Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this the present invention, some of the auxiliary ribs 212 in the upper compound plate 21 are formed by a plurality of sub-ribs which has a size much smaller than the ribs 211 of the upper compound plate 21. The auxiliary ribs 212 are arranged between the ribs 211 of the upper compound plate 21. Some of the auxiliary ribs 222 in the lower compound plate 22 are formed by a plurality of sub-ribs which has a size much smaller than the ribs 221 of the lower compound plate 22. The auxiliary ribs 222 are arranged between the ribs 221 of the lower compound plate 22. Thereby the strength of the pallet 1 is increased.

Referring to FIG. 5, in the present invention, a plurality of supporting blocks 23 can be arranged at the null sections between the ribs of the lower compound plate 22 so that the pallet 1 is placed in a higher position. By this arrangement, the pallet 1 can be lifted from different orientations.

Thus from above described, the pallet 1 can be lifted from the lower compound plate 22 by a lifter. Since the upper compound plate 21 is arranged vertically to the lower compound plate 22, it is difficult that the claw of the lifter will not pierce through the upper compound plate 21 so as to destroy the pallet 1.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
