Bright radial outdoor umbrella

A bright radial outdoor umbrella, in which a battery box for containing the battery R is designed in the upper umbrella nest on the middle axis of ribs, distributing concentrically at the upper umbrella nest with many LEDs under series connection. And the touch switch fixed at the outside hemline of upper umbrella nest is connected to the battery box and LEDs with the power line respectively. A transparent upper nest cap locks the bundled shaped optical cables on the top and fixes the optical cables outside the umbrella cloth that is positioned by the umbrella ribs with the cap thread and the locking device on the top of upper nest. Thereby, while opening the umbrella, the optical cables can be distributed on the surface of umbrella cloth uniformly, and the lower nest touches the touch switch to form opening state and causes the LED set A's lighting and transmitting the brightness to the bundled optical cables. Based on the uniform distribution of the optimal cables, the radial brightness generated enhances the fairness of the umbrella and unique utilization effects.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bright radial outdoor umbrella, which will generate ON state control when the touch switch at the upper umbrella nest on the middle axis of ribs is touched while opening the umbrella so as to conducts the power to the LED set for lighting, further to make the outdoor umbrella have extraordinarily good appearance and utility with brightness generated by the optical cables on the umbrella surface.

2) Description of the Prior Art

Generally, the conventional outdoor umbrella is used to shelter from the sun and to isolate rain in the open air (such as courtyard, sidewalk, beach, square and so on). It is common at present for its practical application, particularly used in restaurants with special atmosphere and design so as to provide convenient open food service and add beauty to the outside of the restaurant. Nevertheless, because of the short distance of the umbrella used at the restaurant's vestibule or on the sidewalk rain away the driveway, more lamps are required in order to strength the security. Accordingly, the driver can see the umbrella and consumer under it clearly. It is the deficiencies of the prior art that a lot of power control equipment are required for the establishment of lamps, more seriously that results in added fees for electricity and other costs. In addition, the overheated lamps will damage the plants or affect the plants' growth and result in pathological change, havocking the beauty environment around the place where the umbrella is set, and further the umbrella's the optimal effectiveness of utilization fails to be obtained.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a bright radial outdoor umbrella, which will generate ON state control when the touch switch at the upper umbrella nest on the middle axis of ribs is touched while opening the umbrella so as to conduct the power to the LED set and light the LED in the umbrella nest, further to make the outdoor umbrella have extraordinarily good appearance and utility with brightness generated by the optical cables on the umbrella surface.

The second purpose is to provide a bright radial outdoor umbrella. In which, it lights the LED set with optical cables and realizes the wide radial lighting effects so as to obtain good brightness and utilization effects.

The third purpose is to provide a bright radial outdoor umbrella. In which it can obtain good visualization based on its radial lighting effects in case of that the umbrella is used in the night or on a shadowy day so as to obtain safe utilization because the umbrella can be seen obviously at a far distance.

The fourth purpose is to provide a bright radial outdoor umbrella. In which, for its LED power provided by the batteries, it should be not be limited for no plug power line. It can be used particularly for various outdoor places where no plug power line is available.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Therefore, for the better understanding of the present invention, it is described in connection with the drawings such as FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 4-A, FIG. 5 and FIG. 5-A:

The present invention relates to an outdoor umbrella 2, in which a battery box 3 for containing the battery R is designed in the upper umbrella nest 22 on the middle axis 21 of ribs, distributing concentrically at the upper umbrella nest 22 with many LEDs A under series connection. And the touch switch 23 fixed at the outside hemline of upper umbrella nest 22 is connected to the battery box 3 and LEDs A with the power line S respectively. A transparent upper nest cap 4 locks the bundled shaped optical cables 5 on the top and fixes the optical cables 5 outside the umbrella cloth 25 which is positioned by the umbrella ribs 24 with the cap thread 41 and the locking device on the top of upper nest 22. And another end of the support 241 connecting to the underside of umbrella ribs 24 is integrated with the lower next 26 so as to open or close the umbrella by means of sliding lower nest 26 (please refer to FIG. 2 for the structure's combination);

Thereby, while opening the outdoor umbrella 2, push the lower nest 26 upwards along the middle axis 21 of ribs until the lower nest generates locking and positioning. The expanded shaped ribs 24 can expand the umbrella cloth 25 fully in order to make the optical cables 5 distribute on the surface of the umbrella cloth 25 uniformly (i.e. it assumes opening state. Please see FIG. 5 and FIG. 5-A). At this time, the topside of the lower nest 26 exactly touches the touch switch 23 and causes the LED set A's lighting and transmitting the brightness to the bundled optical cables 5. Based on the uniform distribution of optical cables 5 on the umbrella cloth, the radial brightness assumes (see FIG. 2 and FIG. 3) in order to facilitate providing obvious bright mark at a far or close distance in the evening or on a shadowy day, further to obtain good appearance for its brightness. According to the present invention, disassemble the locking device of the lower nest 26 so as to make the lower nest 26 can slide downwards along the middle axis 21 of ribs until the ribs 24 close, and the umbrella cloth 25 can be collected fully. Because the touch switch 23 would be touched no longer, it will for OFF state automatically so as to shut off the power for LED set A and keep it away generating lighting (see FIG. 4 and FIG. 4-A).

In addition, referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the battery box 3 in accordance with the present invention, may be composed of an inner ringy cover 31 and an external ringy cover 32. Based on the correspondence of the inner and external ringy covers 31, 32 to the grooves 311, 321, the battery R can be laid or replaced (as shown in FIG. 7). Turn the external ringy cover 32 to make the grooves 321 and 311 from corresponding each other, it forms close battery 3 so as to make the set-in battery R from dropping out (as shown in FIG. 6).
