    Abstract: A method for reaching consensus on public distributed ledgers and a system using the same are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining a random data of the last block of a blockchain; comparing the random data with an address of an account to obtain a degree of similarity; filtering accounts based on the degree of similarity; performing further filtering based on the account balance; performing ultimate filtering based on a combination of the account address and the random data; and determining an account that is entitled as the beneficiary to produce a new block to be attached to the last block of the blockchain. The present disclosure reaches consensus of generating a new block through multiple levels of filtering, thereby reducing the power consumption caused by large amounts of computations during the ordinary mining process, while significantly improving the efficiency of blockchain transactions and ensuring the fair distribution of mining rights.

    Abstract: A tablet personal computer cover structure includes a foldable member to connect a cover bolster and a cover foldable board.     Abstract: A tablet personal computer cover structure includes a leather cover, a cover board and a foldable member. The foldable member is used to connect the leather cover and the cover board. The leather cover has a housing to accommodate a tablet personal computer therein. The housing has a limit board at one side thereof and stop sides to enclose the tablet personal computer. The cover board has a pull strap and a resilient buckle. The pull strap has one connecting end sewed to an outer edge of the cover board and another connecting end sewed to an outer edge of the leather cover. A central portion of the pull strap is inserted through the resilient buckle. When in use, the resilient buckle is pressed and pulled away from the two connecting ends and the pull strap is adjusted to have a proper length. The cover board and the leather cover are placed back-to-back and then the resilient buckle is pressed and pulled back to approach the two connecting ends.

    Abstract: A method for inspecting a photomask is provided, which is applicable for the photomask with a pattern region and a blank region. First, a wafer is performed a photolithography process by the photomask. The wafer includes a plurality of exposure regions, each of which has a component pattern region. Each component pattern region is surrounded by a scribe line region. Each component pattern region corresponds to the pattern region of the photomask, while the scribe line region corresponds to the blank region of the photomask. Afterwards, the scribe line region is divided into a plurality of virtual pattern regions. The virtual pattern regions are processed by an overlap comparison step one by one. As at least one of the virtual pattern regions overlaps the others incompletely, a part of the blank region on the photomask corresponding to the incompletely-overlapping virtual pattern region has a haze.

The crocheting a latitudinal wale in a short segment on each two edges of the latitudinal course with several parallel longitudinal crocheting units to form a continuous latitudinal webbing coiled arrangement. Since the two edges are woven by longitudinal wale, there will be no loose strips of knitted webbing. Two edges of one end are woven tightly by the wale, the side segment forms an edging ornament by cutting a middle section of the knitted webbing.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for weaving decorative ribbons with plastic cords and apparatus for same, characterized in which plastic cords used as warp and threads of another material used as weft are plain woven and arranged at a preset distance from each other into a piece of cloth with a weaving machine, and one end of the cloth proximate to each woven section is cut off so that every section in a plastic woven ribbon unit has tassels on one side and the cut loose ends on the other side. Said woven ribbon is then transported via conveyor belt, and beneath the loose ends of woven ribbon in progression, there are a plurality of longitudinally arranged stoves to melt and fuse the loose ends into one body, which is then blocked by the woven section to prevent the plastic cord from being drawn out by single threads. The ribbons produced thereof may be used as decorative ribbon in a wide variety of applications and simulate hand-made straw woven umbrella or canopy.

    Abstract: In an improved method of weaving straw decorative ribbons by plastic tapes, the plastic tape is used as the warp or weft, and a nylon string as the weft or warp to weave a piece of cloth by the square weaving method of a weaving machine, such that the plastic tape and nylon are weaved with each other in a predetermined distance apart, and the plastic tapes are weaved and leaned against each other like a piece of cloth, and the side proximate to the weaved position is cut such that each plastic weaved unit has a weaved section and a tassel section, and both sides of the weaved section are stitched to fix the plastic tape and to prevent the edge of the cloth from drawing out. The present invention accomplishes the fast manufacturing of decorative ribbons for all kinds of articles, simulates the man-made straw umbrella by using plant materials, and provides a way for mass production and effectively lowers the cost.
