A sliding door with replaceable curtains includes a doorframe able to be folded up or stretched out and at least a curtain removably covered on one side of the doorframe, convenient for users to freely remove the curtain for cleaning, even for replacing with ones. The curtain can be folded up or stretched out together with the doorframe.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a sliding door, particularly one that has a curtain (or curtains) to be attached on or removed from the sliding door easily, convenient for cleaning or displacing.

2. Description of the Prior Art

A conventional sliding door, stretched out while using and folded up while not, is widely used in homes or offices for its practicability. But, it is always made of a single material, such as plastics or timber etc., impossible to alter its light passable degree, and ventilating degree, having invariable effect in separating light and air. It is so monotonous that may make users feel unsatisfied owing to no further choices.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The prime object of this invention is to offer a sliding door with replaceable curtains.

The main characteristics of the invention is that a curtain (or curtains) is easily to be attached on or removed from a door frame, convenient for users to freely remove the curtain for cleaning, even displacing with a variety of curtains with different colors, light passing degree, ventilating degree or hiding effectiveness. The curtain can be folded up or stretched out together with the doorframe. Therefore, users can use different curtains according to their needs or interests.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

First, as shown in FIGS. 1˜3, a preferred embodiment of a sliding door with replaceable curtains in the present invention includes a door frame 10 and a curtain 20.

The doorframe 10 is mainly composed of a first layer 11 and a second layer 12 sown and wrapped around the circumference of the first layer 11. The first layer 11 is a woven layer made of wood, which can be plastics or other materials instead, and the second layer 12 is made of cloth. The top edge of the first layer 11 wrapped by the second layer 12 is provided with plural rings 13 with holes 131 for a hanging stick 30 to penetrate through in order, so as to enable the door frame 10 to be folded up or stretched out horizontally. The top edge of the first layer 11 without being wrapped by the second layer 12 and the bottom edge of the first layer 11 are sown with a male Velcro band 14 respectively.

The curtain 20, which can be made of woven or non-woven fabrics with specific colors, is sown with a female Velcro band 21 at its top and bottom edge respectively, able to fasten respectively with the male Velcro band 14 of the doorframe 10 coordinately. Therefore, the curtain 20 can at least cover on the first layer 11 completely and be folded up or stretched out together with the doorframe 10.

Next, the curtain 20 is not restricted to be fastened only at one side of the door frame 10, and further it can be fastened at both sides of the door frame 10 with the same or different colors to enrich seeing view.

In using, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the curtain 20 can be freely and easily covered on or taken off the sliding door, after hung on the hanging stick 30, in accordance with personal interest. As the first layer 11, being a woven timber, can be used nakedly without the curtain 20 for a good lightening and ventilation. Of course, if more invisibility or less ventilation or a different view is to be achieved, the curtain 20 can preferably be added on easily by using the Velcro bands. And, the curtain 20, being covered on or taken off easily, is naturally easy to be kept clean.

While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A sliding door with replaceable curtains comprising:

a door frame able to be folded up or stretched out horizontally;
a curtain, fastened removably at least on one side of said door frame and able to be folded up or stretched out together with said door frame.

2. A sliding door with replaceable curtains as claimed in claim 1, wherein said curtain are fastened with said door frame by a male Velcro band and a female Velcro band.

3. A sliding door with replaceable curtains as claimed in claim 1, wherein said doorframe possesses a first layer wrapped up with a second layer around its circumference.

4. A sliding door with replaceable curtains as claimed in claim 3, wherein said first layer is made of woven wood and said second layer is made of cloth.

5. A sliding door with replaceable curtains as claimed in claim 3, wherein said first layer and said second layer are combined together by sewing.

6. A sliding door with replaceable curtains as claimed in claim 3, wherein the top of said first layer wrapped by said second layer is provided with plural rings having holes for hanging sticks to penetrate through.

7. A sliding door with replaceable curtains as claimed in claim 1, wherein said curtain is combined with said door frame at its top and bottom by said Velcro bands.

8. A sliding door with replaceable curtains as claimed in claim 3, wherein said curtain is sufficient to cover two opposite ends of said first layer.
