DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The Professional Compass-Rulers is a combination of the techniques of compass, protractor and ruler; which uses for finding, drawing or measuring of an angle, circle or straigth line at the central of the ruler's length.

The technique drawing the lines is the pen travel belong in the ruler's track through on the drawing paper. The ruler's track is straigth from O dimension to the end of the ruler's length.

For finding or drawing is starting from the central line or the ruler's track at 180 or O and then reading the number of an angle. If the angle is larger than 180 on the left of a central line, the degree appear on the protractor scale is as the same of the degree at the opposite straigth to another side below of an axis; add these numbers for the degree of an angle.

The Professional Compass-Rulers may use for compass to drawing the circle which have the radius within on the ruler's track. For drawing a circle; the drawer is hold down the spindle screw, this point is center of the circle, and then sliding the drawing point belong in the ruler's track for a radius and swing the ruler to make a circle.

The material for reproduction of a Professional compass-Ruler may be made by cleared mica, thin wood or stailess steel; and the ruler's track is made by magetic for easily slide or clutch on tight when drawing.
