Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a magnetic-loaded exercise bicycle, and more particularly to a magnetic-loaded exercise bicycle that can adjust the magnetic loading easily and accurately by adjusting the magnitude of the magnetic control force.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Various outdoor and indoor exercise products are presented continually while people paying more and more intention to leisure. Because the present people is always very busy and it is very hard to spend time on the outdoor exercise, the indoor exercise becomes a very fashion sport. The most common indoor exercise equipment is the indoor exercise bicycle. In addition, various- types of indoor exercise bicycles are presented in the market since it is easiest to manufacture the exercise bicycles. Besides, most exercise bicycles can be suitable to different users by adjusting the resistance value of the flywheel. In addition, the resistance value of the flywheel can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the magnets and the flywheel. However, the existing magnetic-loaded exercise bicycles have complicated structures, and inaccurate loading, and difficulty in maintenance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the forgoing drawbacks of the conventional indoor exercise bicycles, the present inventor provides a magnetic-loaded exercise bicycle that has simple structure, accurate loading, and easy maintenance by diligent research.

The present invention is characterized by providing a magnetic-loaded exercise bicycle, wherein a magnetic loading device is mounted on a bicycle frame. In addition, the magnetic loading device comprises a fixing plate, an arc-shaped magnetic control device, an elastomer, a connecting plate, a steel rope, an elastic shaft, and an adjusting handle, wherein several magnets are fixed on a rotatory arm. Besides, a fixing plate is fixed on one end of the magnetic control device and the connecting plate is fixedly connected to one side of the rotatory arm. In addition, one end of the steel rope is inserted into the elastomer and fixedly connected to the connecting plate and the other end of the steel rope is connected to the adjusting handle.

It is a main object of the present invention to adjust the distance between the magnets and the flywheel by using the rotatory arm of the magnetic control device. When the rotatory arm is rotated, the hook is shifted within the arc-shaped trench of the fixing plate such that the distance between the magnets and the flywheel can be adjusted by shifting the rotatory arm, thereby adjusting the magnitude of the magnetic control force for increasing or reducing the loading of the flywheel. As a result, the magnetic-loaded exercise bicycle has simple structure and provides accurate adjustment since the steel rope is very rigid and not easily deformed. Consequently, it is simple, accurate, and convenient in adjusting the magnetic loading.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1 through FIG. 3, a magnetic-loaded exercise bicycle of the present invention comprises a bicycle frame 1, a flywheel 2, a magnetic loading device 3, and a pedal device 4, wherein the bicycle frame 1 has handlebars 11, a saddle 12, and the pedal device 4 mounted thereon. The pedal device 4 is designed for being pedaled. The flywheel 2 is mounted on one side of the bicycle frame 1. In addition, the magnetic loading device 3 is mounted on the bicycle frame 1 inside the flywheel 2.

Referring to FIG. 2 through FIG. 4, the above-mentioned magnetic loading device 3 is shown. The magnetic loading device 3 comprises a fixing plate 31, a magnetic control device 32, an elastomer 33, a connecting plate 34, a steel rope 35, an elastic shaft 36, and an adjusting handle 37, wherein the fixing plate 31 is fixed on the bicycle frame 1 and provided with an arc-shaped trench 311. In addition, the magnetic control device 32 comprises several magnets 321 and an arc-shaped rotatory arm 322, wherein these magnets 321 are fixed on an outer surface of the rotatory arm 322. Besides, the elastic shaft 36 and a shaft-fixing device 361 are designed for pivotally coupling one end of the rotatory arm 322 to the fixing plate 31, wherein the elastic shaft 36 of the magnetic control device 32 is designed for providing elasticity such that the position of the magnetic control device 32 is adjustable when it is operating. In addition, a hook 323 is mounted on an inner surface of the other end of the rotatory arm 322 for being inserted into the arc-shaped trench 311. The connecting plate 34 is fixedly connected to one side of the rotatory arm 322, wherein one end of the steel rope 35 is inserted into the elastomer 33 and fixedly connected to the connecting plate 34. The other end of the steel rope 35 is connected to the adjusting handle 37 such that the adjusting handle 37 can adjust the magnetic control device 32 by controlling the steel rope 35.

Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6, when the exercise bicycle of the present invention is put to practical use, the rotatory arm 322 of the magnetic control device 32 can be driven by the adjusting handle 37 via the steel rope 35, which is connected to the adjusting handle 37, such that the pivotal rotation can be performed by treating the elastomer shaft 36 as a pivot. When the rotatory arm 322 is rotated, the hook 323 is shifted within the arc-shaped trench 311 of the fixing plate 31 such that the distance between the magnets 321 and the flywheel 2 can be adjusted by shifting the rotatory arm 322, thereby adjusting the magnetic control force for increasing or reducing the loading of the flywheel 2.
