FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to beating training machines, and in particular to a beating training machine, wherein the beating training machine can provide various forms in beating games and trainings. Furthermore, the orientations of the beating bodies of the beating machine are adjustable.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In one prior art beating training machine disclosed in Taiwan Patent No. 510239, “A Combinational Buffer Structure for body-building, game and boxing”, a rod base is installed at a central hole of a seat. The rod base is installed with a connecting rod through an elastic body. A telescopic main rod is installed at an upper side of the connecting rod. A main rod is installed with a telescopic sub-rod through a retaining stud. A beating body is screwed to an upper end of the telescopic sub-rod. Thereby the beating training machine is provided for training, body-building and games.

In the prior art structure, an elastic body is used to connect the connecting rod. Thereby the beating body can be resilient to an original position. However this prior art structure is dull and only has finite uses so that it is often that the beating training machine is not used after it is used for a time period.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the beating training machine of the present invention has the following elements.

A hollow seat 10 has a top. The top is formed with a through hole 11 for receiving filling material so as to increase the weight of the seat 10. A cover 12 seals the through hole 11 by using screws. A rod base 13 is installed in a central hole of the seat 10 and a top of the rod base 13 is installed with a main rod 14. The rod base 13 and main rod 14 are connected by screwing a retaining stud 131. An upper end of the main rod 14 is formed with a threaded connecting section 141 for installing with an elastic body 15. A top of the elastic body 15 is installed with a sub-rod 16. A lower surface of the sub-rod 16 is formed with threads. A main beating body 17 is installed above the sub-rod 16. By the design of the main rod 14, the sub-rod 16, and the elastic body 15, when the main beating body 17 is beaten, it provides an elastic resilient force to the main beating body 17. In another embodiment, the sub-rod 16 and main beating body 17 can be welded to the elastic body 15 so as to make the structure simple and cause the cost to be lowered.

A U shape stub 18 is symmetrically installed to the connecting section 141. Each end portion of the stub 18 is formed with an enlarged connecting portion 181. One lateral surface of the connecting portion 181 has an annular teeth ring 182 (see FIG. 1B) and a rectangular hole 183 penetrates through each connecting portion 181.

One end of each of two sub-beating bodies 20 is extended with a rod portion 21. A free end of the rod portion 21 is formed with an enlarged engaging portion 22 corresponding to the connecting portion of the stub. One lateral surface of the engaging portion 22 is installed with a teeth ring 221 corresponding to the teeth ring 182 of the stud. A locking element (including a retaining stud A1 passing through the rectangular hole 183 and a screw A2) serves to locking the sub-beating body 20 to the stub 18.

Thus a beating training machine with a main rod and a sub-rod is formed.

With reference to FIGS. 3 and 4, in above mentioned beating training machine 1, since the top end of the main rod 14 is installed with a U shape stud and the main beating body 17 and sub-beating body 20 are provided. The orientation of the sub-rod 16 is adjustable. The users can select a desired way in training. The main beating body 17 and sub-beating body 20 can be used alternative. Thereby the training process is vivid and interest.

Especially, the teeth ring 221 on the engaging portion 22 of the sub-beating body 20 are engageable to the annular teeth ring 182 of the connecting portion 181 of the stub 18. The sub-beating body 20 can be firmly secured to the stub 18 without rotation, displacement, and releasing due to an over-beating. The engagement of the sub-beating body 20 and the stub 18 is adjustable by releasing the screw A1. Thereby the user can have a desired orientation based on the poses, habits, etc.

Besides the stub 18 extended from the main rod 14 can be updated by the design illustrated in FIG. 5, wherein tow U shape stubs 18, 18a are used for connecting four sub-beating bodies which have identical or different. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, a hollow connecting tube 132 is extended from the rod base 13. A lateral surface of the connecting tube 132 is formed with a teeth ring 221 for engaging a further sub-beating body 20 by using screw.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
