Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a plastic pallet, and more particularly to a plastic pallet that can be piled up easily.

2. Description of Related Art

In general, articles are put on a conventional plastic pallet for collecting and storing, and multiple conventional plastic pallets are stacked by a forklift to move and store up the articles.

With reference to FIG. 4, a conventional plastic pallet usually has a baseplate (40) and multiple legs (41). The baseplate (40) is square and has a top, a bottom, four edges and a center. The legs (41) are formed on the bottom of the baseplate (40) along the edges.

With reference to FIG. 5, the conventional plastic pallet holds article (50) and can be stacked with others, but the legs (41) of the conventional plastic pallet may press against the articles (50) to cause the articles (50) breaking. In order to prevent the articles (50) from breaking, the articles (50) must be located near the center of the baseplate (40), and this is inconvenient and time-consuming.

To overcome the shortcomings, the present invention provides a plastic pallet that can be used easily to mitigate or obviate the aforementioned problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a plastic pallet that that can be piled up easily.

The plastic pallet has a baseplate and a bracket. The baseplate is square and has a lower surface, an upper surface, multiple cavities and a mounting protrusion. The cavities are formed in the lower surface of the baseplate. The mounting protrusion is formed on the upper surface at the center of the baseplate. The bracket is formed on the baseplate and has multiple pillars and a mounting hole. The pillars are elongated, are arranged on the lower surface of the baseplate away from the opposite edges. The mounting hole is formed in the pillar that corresponds to the mounting protrusion on the baseplate.

Other objectives, advantages and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a plastic pallet in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 2 is an operational side view of two plastic pallets in FIG. 1 with articles;

FIG. 3 is another operational side view of multiple plastic pallets in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a conventional plastic pallet in accordance with the prior art; and

FIG. 5 is an operational side view of the conventional plastic pallets in FIG. 5 with articles.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, a plastic pallet in accordance with the present invention comprises a baseplate (10) and a bracket (20).

The baseplate (10) is square and has a center, two opposite edges, a lower surface (11), an upper surface (13), multiple cavities (12) and a mounting protrusion (14).

The cavities (12) are formed in the lower surface (11) of the baseplate (10). The mounting protrusion (14) is semispherical, is formed on the upper surface (13) at the center of the baseplate (10).

The bracket (20) is formed on the baseplate (10) and has multiple pillars (22) and a mounting hole (24). The pillars (22) are elongated, are arranged on the lower surface (11) of the baseplate (10) away from the opposite edges and each pillar (22) has two through holes (23) laterally defined through the pillars (22). The mounting hole (24) is formed in the pillar (22) that corresponds to the mounting protrusion (14) on the baseplate (10).

With reference to FIG. 2, users can put articles (30) such as hoops or string reels on the upper surface (13) of the baseplate (10) around the mounting protrusion (14) to make the articles (30) setting on the center of the baseplate (10). Furthermore, user can put another plastic pallet on the article (30) to stack multiple pallets. Because the pillars (22) are formed away from the opposite edges of the baseplate (10), and the pillars (22) can contact steady with the articles (30) on a lower pressure, this can prevent opposite edges of the articles (30) from breaking by the pillars (22).

With reference to FIG. 3, users can pile the plastic pallets easily and quickly by mounting the mounting hole (24) of one plastic pallet around the mounting protrusion (14) of adjacent plastic pallet.

The plastic pallet as described has the following advantages.

1. The plastic pallet can hold articles (30) by putting the articles (30) around the mounting protrusion (14). Then, user can pile and carry articles (30) easy and quickly and convenient in use.

2. The pillars (22) are formed away from the opposite edges of the baseplate (10) and this can prevent the article (30) from breaking by the pillars (22).

Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and features of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
