Constructive arrangement applied to vessel for heating, which comprises the use of an outer wall, integrated in a non-hermetic form, in such a way to create a spacr between the inner and outer walls of said vessel, where the heat originated from the heat source, e.g. the burner of a gas-fired stove, remains enclosed within such spacr, increasing heating efficiency in the heating of the vessel by preventing heat losses in the sides that are not provided with such double wall for retention. Comprise a vessel for heating 1 having an adequate form, provided with an outer wall 2 and an inner wall 3, in such a way that there is a space 4 defined between such two walls, being the outer wall 2 open in its base 5, in such a way that the heat generated by a proper source 6, after reaching the inner wal next to its base 7, propagates along the sides 8, remaining contained between the two walls 2 and 3 in such defined space 4.

1. TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE MODEL

The description report that follows, for the present application for a utility model, regards to the development of a vessel for heating, which comprises the use of an outer wall, integrated in a non-hermetic form, in such a way to create a space between the inner and outer walls of said vessel, where the heat originated from the heat source, e.g. the burner of a gas-fired stove, remains enclosed within such space, increasing heating efficiency in the heating of the vessel by preventing heat losses in the sides that are now provided with such double wall for retention.

2. STATE OF THE ART

The state of the art in vessels having cavities and double walls for optimized heating can be defined by documents pertaining to class A47J27/02, counting on document PI 0.207.457, which discloses a pan that involves the flame by modifying the surface in contact with fire, which is not flat anymore, but assuming a concave or concave-convex shape. It is also noteworthy that the new pan has a retention barrier to prevent the heat of the fire from escaping in the sides. Consequently there is a greater heat transmission to the pan and less heat losses to the air.

Such vessel is provided with a lower skirt, next to the bottom, in such a way that the heat from the burner remains contained in such space, being not dissipated in the sides.

Another document that mentions a device, which prevent heat losses, is disclosed in PI 9.400.251 that shows a device to quickly heat a liquid contained in some vessel, which can be applied to any vessel, usually having cylindrical shape and provided with a closed bottom to be supported by a surface, preferably provided with a burner, while the upper end is open and may receive a cap or not. The device itself comprises a metallic part having a substantially concave shape, open in both ends, and formed by fins along its full extent and perimeter. A hollow chamber is formed between the fins and the receiving vessel, where the vapor will be concentrated during the heating process; the part may have a handling support in its outer surface; with such device, substantial reduction in the time to heat or boil water or other liquids can be achieved.

In this case, the outer skirt completely encloses the vessel, from top to bottom, being fastened to the device and presenting a concave-convex shape, and having a crimped outer surface.

It is also known the document PI 0.205.902, which shows a heat concentrator for vessels having direct or indirect heating, such as those utensils used for cooking in culinary art, or for boilers, aimed at a better heat concentration and distribution on the utensil, consequently bringing a faster and more uniform cooking, reducing the consumption of the fuel in use. Provided that the heat concentrator is an accessory, which involves the cooking vessel itself, the dimensions of the heat concentrator vary, depending on the dimensions of such vessel.

3. SUMMARY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Hence, due to the previously said considerations, in relation to the state of the art, it is one objective of the present utility model application, the development of a vessel for heating provided with the following characteristics:

    • The vessel may be a pan, milk pitcher, kettle, etc, having the vessel itself, provided with a double wall, which forms the heat concentrating region;
    • The inner wall of the vessel is completely closed, like in a conventional container. The outer wall, or second wall, is open in the lower part, continuing upwards, following the inner one until they join in the upper part, where a rim is formed.
    • There is a separation, a certain distance between the inner and outer walls that is larger in the base and decreasing towards the junction in the mentioned rim. The cavity that is formed between the two walls works as a heat concentrator, because it prevents the heat coming from the source from escaping in the sides of the vessel, remaining contained in such space;
    • Provided that the space between the walls (inner and outer) decreases as it goes upwards, the heat ends concentrated in the upper part, favoring a greater thermal efficiency in the vessel.

4. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

The characterization of the present document, for the utility model patent now proposed, is done by illustrative drawings of constructive arrangement applied to vessel for heating, in such a way that the product can be entirely reproduced by using of proper technique, allowing for the full characterization of the functionality of the pleaded object.

The descriptive part of the report is based on the drawings elaborated, which represent the best or preferred embodiment form of the object now idealized, through detailed and consecutive numbering, which makes clear the aspects that may be implied by the representation adopted, in order to clearly identify the protection now intended.

Those drawings are merely illustrative and may present variations, provided that they do not depart from the initially pleaded.

So, there is:

FIG. 1 illustrates a representation of the vessel for heating, in perspective view, showing it complete, with cap;

FIG. 2 illustrates a perspective view, from the bottom, showing the double wall system, inner and outer; and

FIG. 3 illustrates a cross section representation of the vessel, showing the internal structure of the double walls.

5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE CONCENTRATOR

The utility model comprises a vessel for heating 1 having an adequate form, provided with an outer wall 2 and an inner wall 3, in such a way that there is a space 4 defined between such two walls, being the outer wall 2 open in its base 5, in such a way that the heat generated by a proper source 6, after reaching the inner wall next to its base, propagates along the sides 8, remaining contained between the two walls 2 and 3 in such defined space 4.

The outer wall 2 is at a larger distance 9 from the inner wall 3 next to the base than it is in the upper part 10, in such a way that the distance decreases from the base to the top, down to a minimum that corresponds to the junction between the walls 2 and 3 in a rim 11.

The inner wall 3 of the vessel 1 is recessed in relation to the outer wall 2, in such a way to form a space 12 next to the base, making sure that the heat from the source 6 remains contained by such protrusion, not escaping through it, and being directed upwards through the space between the two walls.

Claims

1. Constructive arrangement applied to vessel for heating, characterized in that it comprises a vessel for heating 1 having an adequate form, provided with an outer wall 2 and an inner wall 3, in such a way that there is a space 4 defined between such two walls, being the outer wall 2 open in its base 5, in such a way that the heat generated by a proper source 6, after reaching the inner wall next to its base 7, propagates along the sides 8, remaining contained between the two walls 2 and 3 in such defined space 4.

Constructive arrangement applied to vessel for heating, in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the outer wall 2 is at a larger distance 9 from the inner wall 3 next to the base than it is in the upper part 10, in such a way that such distance decreases from the base to the top, down to a minimum that corresponds to the junction between the walls 2 and 3 in a rim 11.

3. Constructive arrangement applied to vessel for heating, in accordance with claim 1, characterized in that the inner wall 3 of the vessel 1 is recessed in relation to the outer wall 2, in such a way to form a space 12 next to the base, making sure that the heat from the source 6 remains contained by such protrusion, not escaping through it, and being directed upwards through the space between the two walls.
