The present invention discloses a perforated sandpaper alignment device, which is used to accommodate and position perforated sandpapers having multiple through-holes thereon and comprises a seat. The seat has a base; the base has a column, which the perforated sandpapers are put around, and at least one fixing pole, which is arranged corresponding to one through-hole and used to position the perforated sandpapers. Thereby, multiple perforate sandpapers may be put on the seat and positioned by the seat. The present invention can make the storage of the perforated sandpapers easier. Further, the present invention enables the user to easily and precisely attach the perforated sandpaper to the grinding disc of a grinder.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a sandpaper alignment device, particularly to a perforated sandpaper alignment device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

For a conventional grinder with autonomous dust suction function, refer to a R.O.C. patent of Publication No. 339717, which proposed “Grinding Device with Autonomous Dust Suction Function”. The conventional device comprises: a body, a cover, an intake pipe, an exhaust pipe, and dust-suck pipe. The body has a pneumatic motor, and the pneumatic motor is coupled to a grinding disc with multiple dust-suck holes, a perforated sandpaper is attached to the grinding disc. The cover surrounds the rim of the grinding disc and has an opening used to exhaust the dust generated in the grinding operation. The intake pipe is installed on the surface of the body and connected with a compressed-air pipe, and the compressed-air pipe is connected with an air compressor; the intake pipe transfers the compressed air to drive the pneumatic motor. The exhaust pipe is installed on the surface of the body and near the intake pipe; the exhaust pipe has an outlet to exhaust the used compressed air. The dust-suck pipe has a sucking end connected to the abovementioned opening of the cover and an exhausting end connected to a vacuum sucker. Thereby, the dust generated in the grinding operation can be sucked away lest the dust harm the operator.

However, in practical operation, it is hard to exactly integrate the perforated sandpaper with the grinding disc of the grinder. Refer to FIG. 1 a diagram showing that a perforated sandpaper is being attached to a grinding disc. As shown in FIG. 1, the grinding disc 2 of a grinder 1 has multiple dust-suck holes 3, and a perforated sandpaper 5 is attached to the grinding disc with a hook and loop fastener. The perforated sandpaper 5 has multiple through-holes 6 arranged corresponding to the dust-suck holes 3. When the user is to attach a new perforated sandpaper 5 to the grinding disc 3, he has to accurately align the perforated sandpaper 5 to the grinding disc 3 so that the dust-suck holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 can exactly match the through-holes 6 of the perforated sandpaper 5. Thus, the dust-suck function of the grinder 1 can perform normally. From FIG. 1, it can be observed: it is very hard to make all the through-holes 6 coincide with all the corresponding dust-suck holes 3. Even though the operator has carefully aligned the perforated sandpaper 5 to the grinding disc 2, the mismatch between the through-holes 6 and the dust-suck holes 3 still occurs after the perforated sandpaper 5 has been attached to the grinding disc 2. Thus, the perforated sandpaper 5 will be peeled off from and reattached to the grinding disc 2. It may needs many times reattachments to successfully make the through-holes 6 coincide with the dust-suck holes 3. Therefore, the conventional technology not only obviously inconveniences the user but also greatly reduces the working efficiency.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a perforated sandpaper alignment device, which can meet the industry standards of perforated sandpapers, promote the convenience of perforated sandpaper application and solve the conventional problems mentioned above.

The present invention proposes a perforated sandpaper alignment device, which is used to accommodate and position perforated sandpapers with multiple through-holes thereon and comprises a seat. The seat has a base; the base has at least one fixing pole, which is arranged corresponding to one through-hole and used to position the perforated sandpapers. Thereby, the present invention enables the user to easily and precisely attach the perforated sandpaper to the grinding disc of a grinder. Further, the present invention can effectively store multitudinous perforated sandpapers in order and in the way of conveniencing the succeeding usage.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention pertains to a perforated sandpaper alignment device. To enable the present invention to be thoroughly understood, the structure and components of the present invention are to be described in detail below. Although the present invention does not exclude the technical details familiar to the persons skilled in the art, the components well known in the conventional technologies are not to be described herein lest the present invention be unnecessarily confined thereby. The preferred embodiments are to be described in detail below. However, the present invention is not to be limited by those preferred embodiments but can be extensively applied to other embodiments.

The technical contents of the present invention are to be described in detail in cooperation the drawings below. Refer to FIG. 2 a perspective view of the appearance of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the perforated sandpaper alignment device of the present invention is used to position perforated sandpapers 5 with multiple through-holes 6 thereon. The perforated sandpaper alignment device of the present invention comprises a seat 10, and the seat 10 has a base 13. The base 13 has at least one fixing pole 11 installed corresponding to the through-hole 6 and used to position the perforated sandpaper 5. The fixing pole 11 is vertically installed on the base 13 and fastened to the base 13 with a fastener 14. Alternatively, the fixing pole 11 and the base 13 may be fabricated into a one-piece component. The base 13 also has at least one positioning hole 12 used to fix the seat 10.

Refer to from FIG. 3 to FIG. 6A. The perforated sandpaper alignment device of the present invention can cooperate with a sandpaper-changing device 20 to align a grinder 1 to a perforated sandpaper 5 and attach the perforated sandpaper 5 to the grinder 1. The sandpaper-changing device 20 has a stage 21, a cover 26, an air vent 25 and at least one aligner 22 installed to the surface of the sandpaper-changing device 20. The aligner 22 may be a rod fixed to the surface of the sandpaper-changing device 20 with at least one screw 221. The cover 26 has a through-hole 23. The sandpaper-changing device 20 has a movable member 30. A limiting slot 31 and a limiting rib 24, which are arranged corresponding to each other, are respectively formed on the movable member 30 and the inner wall of the sandpaper-changing device 20. The arrangement of the limiting slot 31 and the limiting rib 24 may also be a reverse case of that mentioned above. An elastic element 40, which may be a spring or a sponge, is arranged below the movable member 36 and inside the stage 21. The seat 10 of the perforated sandpaper alignment device of the present invention is coupled to the movable member 30. At least one positioning hole 12 and at least one positioning protuberance 32, which are arranged corresponding to each other, are respectively formed on the seat 10 and the movable member 30, and the arrangement of the positioning hole 12 and the positioning protuberance 32 may also be a reverse case of that mentioned above.

Refer to from FIG. 6A to FIG. 6C diagrams schematically the cooperating operation of the sandpaper-changing device and the perforated sandpaper alignment device of the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the fixing pole 11 inserts the through-holes 6 of multiple perforated sandpapers 5; thus, the perforated sandpapers 5 are stacked on the seat 10 and positioned in the predetermined position. The aligner 22 of the sandpaper-changing device 20 is disposed with respect to the fixing pole 11; the aligner 22 may be disposed beside the fixing pole 11 or in the location 90 degrees with respect to the fixing pole 11. The grinding disc 2 of the grinder 1 has an aligning mark (not shown in the drawings) corresponding to the aligner 22 of the sandpaper-changing device. As shown in FIG. 6A, the user can align the aligning mark of the grinding disc 2 to the aligner 22 so that the dust-sucking holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 can exactly coincide with the through-holes 6 of the perforated sandpaper 5. After the alignment is done, the user presses the grinder 1 down; the seat 10 is pushed down and further presses down the movable member 30 and the elastic element 40. Thus, as shown in FIG. 6B, the seat 10 recedes into the sandpaper-changing device 20 via the through-hole 23 of the cover 26, and the grinding disc 2 contacts the topmost perforated sandpaper 5, and the dust-sucking holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 can exactly coincide with the through-holes 6 of the perforated sandpaper 5. Thus, the perforated sandpaper 5 is securely stuck to the grinding disc 2 via a hook and loop fastener, and the user can utilize the grinder 1 to perform a grinding work. As shown in FIG. 6C, after the grinder 1 has been lifted from the seat 10, the elastic element 40 restores the movable member 30 and the seat 10 back to the original position. As the limiting slot 31 and the limiting rib 24, which are arranged corresponding to each other, are respectively formed on the movable member 30 and the inner wall of the sandpaper-changing device 20, the movable member 30 and the seat 10 can only move in the vertical direction, and the alignment relationship between the grinding disc 2 and the perforated sandpaper 5 will not deviated during the movement of the movable member 30 and the seat 10. Besides, the sandpaper-changing device 20 has at least air vent 25. When the movable member 30 is moved downward or upward, the air can rapidly flow through the air vent to balance the air pressure lest the movement of the movable member 33 be retarded.

In the present invention, the user can align the grinder 1 to the perforated sandpaper 5 with the aligner 22; then, the user presses down the grinder 1 to contact the perforated sandpaper 5 on the seat 10; thereby, the dust-sucking holes 3 of the grinding disc 2 can exactly coincide with the through-holes 6 of the perforated sandpaper 5 fast and precisely. Therefore, the present invention can greatly simplify the procedures of attaching the perforated sandpaper 5 to the grinder 1. It is to be noted that the seat 10 is not installed to the movable member 30 fixedly. When the perforated sandpapers 5 are used up, the seat 10 can be pulled out from the through-hole 23, and new perforated sandpapers 5 can be easily resupplied to the seat 10. Further, the perforated sandpapers 5 may be stacked onto multiple seats 10 beforehand. Once the perforated sandpapers 5 are used up in one seat 10, the spare seat 10 with new perforated sandpapers 5 can instantly replace the empty seat 10. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the numbers, sizes and positions of the fixing poles 11 of the seats 10, 10a, and 10b may vary to meet different perforated sandpapers 5, 5a, and 5b in the market.

Those described above are only the preferred embodiments to clarify the present invention. However, it is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any equivalent modification and variation according to the present invention is to be also included within the scope of the present invention. As described above, the present invention indeed has industrial utility and non-obviousness. Besides, as none similar product has been published or found in the market, the present invention also possesses novelty. Thus, the present invention meets the regulations for a patent. Therefore, the Inventor files the patent application for the present invention. It is to be greatly appreciated that the patent of the present invention be rapidly approved and licensed.

Claims

1. A perforated sandpaper alignment device, used to position perforated sandpapers having a plurality of through-holes thereon, and comprising a seat,

wherein said seat has a base, and said base has at least one fixing pole arranged corresponding to one said through-hole and used to position said perforated sandpapers.

2. The perforated sandpaper alignment device according to claim 1, wherein said fixing pole is installed to said base vertically.

3. The perforated sandpaper alignment device according to claim 1, wherein said base has a positioning hole for positioning said seat.
