The present invention provides a casing structure formed with a base and a covering, wherein the base is formed with a first lateral supporting, a second lateral supporting corresponding to the first lateral supporting, a third lateral supporting formed with a first coupling portion and coupled to the first lateral supporting and the second lateral supporting, and a second coupling portion corresponding to the third side; and the covering is formed with a first side coupled to the first lateral supporting, a second side corresponding to the first side and coupled to the second lateral supporting, a third side formed with a third coupling portion and coupled to the first side and the second side, and a fourth coupling portion coupled to the second coupling portion and corresponding to the third side. The base is firmly coupled to the covering so as to prevent electromagnetic waves from escaping.

The present invention relates to casing structures, and more particularly, to a casing structure that is applied to a server.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONIn the era of rapidly unfolding technology revolution, speed of computer has become faster than ever, along with a price that is cheaper than before. Computer systems such as Enterprise Blade Servers or Personal Desktop Computers and the like have all benefited from such technology boost. Most blade servers can be operated individually as well as individually replaceable, and therefore these servers can be integrated into a framing structure so as to form a stacked and serially connected rack server. Generally, casing of the rack server, which is made of metal materials, has a bulky size and weight. Further, most casings have its covering placed on its base so as to align a plurality of openings of the covering with a plurality of openings of the base, so that the covering may be fastened to the base via a plurality of screws. As the size and weight of the covering are relatively bulky and heavy, user would not be able to align the openings of the covering and the base properly and effortlessly, and thereby making the covering not easy to be fastened to the base by screws. Besides, arrangement such as having a plurality of openings and screws would increase the cost of production.

However, the racks as aforementioned are designed to extend outwardly and protrude from the base 11, making the appearance of the casing 1 look nasty. Further, user may be hurt by these protruded racks 1111 and 1131, while assembling the covering 13 or carrying the casing 1 of the rack server. Moreover, the covering 13 is coupled to the racks 1111 and 1131 via the first side 131 and the second side 133; however, the casing 1 could not be tightly coupled by arrangement as such, and therefore has a high possibility of having leakage of electromagnetic wave produced in the rack server.
Accordingly, the problems to be solved here is to provide a new technique to eliminate the drawbacks in the prior art, such as having an unpleasant appearance, defective prevention of electromagnetic wave leakage and dangerous feature that may cause serious injury to any person or user.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn light of the above prior art drawbacks, a primary objective of the present invention is to provide a casing structure to restrict the leakage of electromagnetic waves so as to prevent electromagnetic waves from escaping.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a casing structure, which may reduce the vibration amplitude of the electromagnetic waves.
Still another objective of the present invention is to provide a casing structure formed with a plurality of safety designs to assure the safety of users during operation.
In accordance with the foregoing and other objectives, the present invention proposes a casing structure, comprising a base and a covering.
The base comprises a first lateral supporting, a second lateral supporting corresponding to the first lateral supporting, a third lateral supporting formed with a first coupling portion and coupled to the first lateral supporting and the second lateral supporting, and a second coupling portion coupled to the base and corresponding to the third side. The cover comprises a first side coupled to the first lateral supporting, a second side corresponding to the first side and coupled to the second lateral supporting, a third side formed with a third coupling portion and coupled to the first side and the second side, and a fourth coupling portion coupled to the second coupling portion and corresponding to the third side. Accordingly, the covering may be firmly coupled to the base to form an airtight enclosure, in order to prevent the electromagnetic waves from escaping.
The first lateral supporting and the second lateral supporting respectively comprise at least a rack. The first coupling portion of the third lateral supporting may comprise a plurality of openings. The second coupling portion may be a protruded plate, a tab, a bulge, a lockable structure, a clip, a frame or any structure having equivalent effect. Further, the first side and the second side may respectively comprise at least a flexible hook-like portion, and preferably, the flexible hook-like portion may be a U-shape structure such as a hook. The third coupling portion of the third side may comprise a plurality of openings. The fourth coupling portion of the covering comprises at least a hook-like structure such as a L-shape hook-like structure.
Compared with well-known casing structures in the prior art, the casing structure of the present invention allows the covering to be firmly coupled to the base to form an airtight enclosure so as to prevent magnetic wave produced by circuit boards or electronic elements of the casing structure from escaping and affecting human health. This thereby solves problems of the prior art such as having the conventional casing structure formed with the base and the covering that could not be firmly coupled together to form an airtight enclosure, and consequently, overcomes the prior art drawbacks such as having a leakage of electromagnetic waves as a result of loosely coupled casing structure of the prior art. Thus, it is concluded that the present invention could effectively prevent the electromagnetic waves from escaping.
Further, the casing structure of the present invention is formed with the covering having the first side and the second side comprising flexible U-shape hook-like portions, wherein the flexible hook-like portions are coupled to the racks of the first lateral supporting and the second lateral supporting of the base. Therefore, when electromagnetic waves passed through the flexible hook-like portions, arrangement as such would reduce the vibration amplitude of the electromagnetic waves and prevent the leakage of electromagnetic waves, so as to overcome the prior art drawbacks such as defective prevention of the electromagnetic waves leakage. Thus, it is concluded that the present invention could effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the electromagnetic waves.

Furthermore, the flexible hook-like structures formed at the first side and the second side are bended inward so as to prevent users from being hurt by the racks formed at the outer surface of the casing structure. Thus, it is concluded that the present invention with improved safety designs is safer for users to use than the conventional casing structure.
Accordingly, the casing structure of the present invention provides a casing structure that has nice appearance, improved safety, and superior prevention of electromagnetic wave leakage so as to overcome the prior art drawbacks such as having an unpleasant appearance, defective prevention of electromagnetic wave leakage and dangerous feature that may cause serious injury to any person or user.

Accordingly, it is believed that the casing structure 2 of the present invention, having a nice appearance and providing improved safety for users, could prevent electromagnetic waves from escaping, reduce the amplitude of the electromagnetic waves and overcome the defects existing in the prior art, thereby proving itself having a high utility value in the industry.

On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangement. The scope of the claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements.
Claims
1. A casing structure, comprising:
- se formed with a first lateral supporting, a second lateral supporting corresponding to the first lateral supporting, a third lateral supporting formed with a first coupling portion and coupled to the first lateral supporting and the second lateral supporting, and a second coupling portion corresponding to the third side; and
- a covering formed with a first side coupled to the first lateral supporting, a second side corresponding to the first side and coupled to the second lateral supporting, a third side formed with a third coupling portion and coupled to the first side and the second side, and a fourth coupling portion coupled to the second coupling portion and corresponding to the third side.
2. The casing structure of claim 1, wherein the first lateral supporting and the second lateral supporting respectively comprise at least a rack.
3. The casing structure of claim 1, wherein the first coupling portion comprises a plurality of openings.
4. The casing structure of claim 1, wherein the second coupling portion is at least one member selected from the group consisting of a protruded plate, a tab, a bulge, a lockable structure, a clip and a frame.
5. The casing structure of claim 1, wherein the first side and the second side comprise at least a flexible hook-like portion.
6. The casing structure of claim 5, wherein the flexible hook-like portion is a U-shape structure.
7. The casing structure of claim 5, wherein the flexible hook-like portion is a hook.
8. The casing structure of claim 1, wherein the third coupling portion comprises a plurality of openings.
9. The casing structure of claim 1, wherein the fourth coupling portion comprises at least a hook-like portion.
10. The casing structure of claim 9, wherein the hook-like portion is a L-shape hook.
