Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates in general to a fan apparatus, and more particularly to a fan apparatus that uses a stationary blade and a moving blade to change a wind pressure.

2. Description of the Related Art

A conventional axial-flow fan has advantages of high flow rate and high stable efficiency. However, the most significant shortcoming is that gaps between fan blades are exits to leak a wind pressure. Moreover, a fan blade measured area can not be enlarged arbitrarily, so that the wind pressure produced by the fan blades is limited. Hence the wind pressure is usually 10-20 mm water pressure in generally.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An objective of the present invention is to provide a fan apparatus to overcome the drawbacks that the wind pressure of the conventional axial-flow fan is only limited.

The fan apparatus has a frame, a motor and at least one fan blade part. The frame forms a through chamber where the motor and the fan blade assembly are configured. The fan blade assembly has a stationary blade and a moving blade. The stationary blade is fixed inside the chamber to go around the motor and has a ring and multiple first blade parts that are radially extending from outside ring. The moving blade is coupled to a shaft of the motor along a same axle center as the stationary blade and has a seat and multiple second blade parts that are radially extending from the seat. When each first blade part is corresponding to the corresponding second blade part, a first included angle is formed between each first blade part and the corresponding second blade part. Therefore, a pair of the stationary blade and the moving blade enhances the wind pressure of the fan apparatus.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, a fan apparatus has a frame 10, a motor 20 and at least one fan blade assembly.

With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, the frame 10 forms a through chamber 11. A first opening formed in a front of the through chamber 11 is an inlet opening 12 and a second opening formed in a back of the through chamber 11 is an outlet opening 13. The motor 20 has a body and a shaft 21.

With reference to FIGS. 2, 4 and 5, the motor 20 is configured inside the through chamber 11.

The fan blade assembly is configured inside the through chamber 11 and has a stationary blade 30 and a moving blade 40.

The stationary blade 30 is inside the through chamber 11 to go around the motor 20. The stationary blade 30 has a ring 32 and multiple first blade parts that radially extending from outside the ring 32 of the stationary blade 30 according to a first slant curve direction.

The moving blade 40 is pivotally coupled on the shaft 21 of the motor along a same axle center as the stationary blade 30. The moving blade 40 has a seat 42 and multiple second blade parts 41 that are radially extending from outside the seat 42 according to a second slant curve direction. The first slant curve direction is opposite to the second slant curve direction Therefore, when each first blade part 31 is correspond to the corresponding second blade part 41, a first included angle B is formed between each first blade part 31 of the stationary blade 30 and the corresponding second blade part 41 of the moving blade 40. The first included angle B is between 85 and 95 degree. A second included angle A is formed between each second blade part 41 of the moving blade 40 and an axle center of the moving blade 40 is between 45 and 65 degree.

A spiral dynamic fluid is generated when the moving blade 40 is driven to rotate by the motor 20. When the spiral dynamic fluid is passing through the stationary blade 30, the direction of the spiral dynamic fluid is adjusted to be parallel to the axle center direction. The stationary blade 30 can provide a diversion function to a forward fluid and a block function to a backward fluid. Hence each pair of the stationary blade 30 and the moving blade 40 enhances the wind pressure of the fan apparatus. With a design to collate multiple pairs of the stationary blade 30 and the moving blade 40 to work together can significantly enhance the wind pressure to resist the backward wind pressure of the fan apparatus.

Therefore, it can be understood that the fan apparatus that uses the stationary blade and the moving blade to change the pressure of the present invention is indeed an improved design of the conventional fan apparatus.

While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of a preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. On the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements and procedures, and the scope of the appended claims therefore should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements and procedures.
