Woven Shutter
The present invention discloses a woven shutter that includes an upper rail, and the shutter has a fixed first blind fixed to a side of the upper rail and a foldable second blind movably disposed on another side of the upper rail. The first blind and the second blind have a first edge bar and a second edge bar disposed adjacent to the edges of first and second blinds respectively, and the second edge bar of the second blind has a handle, and the first and second blinds are made of a plurality of vertical sheet bodies, and each sheet body is made of longitudinally and transversally woven materials, so as to provide a shutter with the effects of ventilation, light weight and variable lines.
The present invention relates to a foldable shutter, and more particularly to a shutter structure having woven lines to provide a variable three-dimensional effect.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONReferring to
However, a general plastic panel 5 has a specific weight, so that when the shutter is used in a wider or higher environment, the number of plastic panels 5 will become greater, and the length of the plastic panel 5 will become larger. As a result, the weight of plastic panels 5 dropping from the bottom of the upper rail 1 will be heavier, and the upper rail 1 will be deformed or bent, and the pulling and pushing operations of the plastic panel 5 will be unsmooth. Since the plastic panels 5 have a specific thickness without any gap, the shutter will not provide a ventilation effect.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary objective of the present invention is to overcome the foregoing shortcomings and avoid the existing deficiencies by providing a woven shutter that comprises a metal upper rail, and the shutter has a first blind fixed to a side of the upper rail, and a movable and foldable second blind disposed on another side of the shutter. The first and second blinds include a first edge bar and a second edge bar disposed adjacent to the sides of the first and second blinds respectively. The second edge bar of the second blind includes a handle, and the first and second blinds are made of a plurality of sheet bodies, and each sheet body forms a rectangular surface made of longitudinally and transversally woven materials, such that the shutter has a ventilation effect, and its weight is light, and its surface also provides a visual effect with variable lines.
To make it easier for our examiner to understand the technical characteristics, objective and performance of the invention, we use a preferred embodiment together with the attached drawings for the detailed description of the invention.
Referring
A metal upper rail 10 is a rectangular hollow body and has an opening 11 disposed under the upper rail 10, and the width of the opening 11 is smaller than the internal width of the upper rail 10. A fixed vertical plastic first blind 20 has its top fixed to a side of the bottom of the upper rail 10, and the external side of the first blind 20 can be fixed onto a wall surface (not shown in the figure), and the internal side of the first blind 20 has a vertical first edge bar 21, and the first blind 20 is made of a sheet body 22, and the sheet body 22 and transversally woven materials form a rectangular surface with woven lines as shown in
A movable and foldable plastic second blind 30 is vertically situated at the bottom of another side of the upper rail 10, and the second blind 30 is a whole surface made of a plurality of sheet bodies 32 such that the width of the second blind 30 is greater than that of the first blind 20, and each sheet body 32 is made of longitudinal and transversally woven materials that forms a rectangular surface with woven lines. A soft material is disposed between two sheet bodies 32, so that the sheet bodies 32 can be bent and folded, and the second blind 30 has a vertical second edge bar 31 disposed on a side adjacent to the first blind 20, and the second edge bar 31 includes a handle 33, and each sheet body 32 has a slider 34 disposed at the top of the sheet body 32. The slider 34 has a pair of rollers 35 disposed on both sides of the slider 34, such that the slider 34 can be installed in the upper rail 10 and moved sideway along the upper rail 10.
In this structure, a user simply needs to hold the handle 33 on the second edge bar 31, if it is necessary to pull the second blind 30 towards the first blind 20, so that the second edge bar 31 is connected to the first edge bar 21 of the first blind 20, and each sheet body 32 of the second blind 30 is spread open to form a plane and define a vertical partition with the first blind 20 as shown in
Since the sheet bodies 22□32 of the first blind 20 and the second blind 30 are made of longitudinally and transversally woven materials to form the vertical rectangular surface with a good ventilation effect and a weight lighter than that of the traditional plastic panel 5 as shown in
In summation of the description above, the sample of a foldable shutter produced in accordance with the specification and related drawings of the present invention has been tested and proved to achieve the expected objectives and performance, and thus the present invention complies with the patent application requirements.
While the invention has been described by means of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.
