The present invention is related to a projection board and particularly to a projection board, which is capable of showing a projected image brightly with beautiful color like a crystal.
2. Brief Description of the Related Art:
Due to projector being developed, the work such as teaching or briefing can be carried out much fast and easily. Progress of technology makes a color projector possible to connect with a desk top computer or a lap top computer for digital image data saved in the computer being sent to the projector and projected to a projection board.
Recently, quality of the digital image related to color of image and pixel is improved greatly with aid of unceasing reach and development of electronic technology. Hence, how to obtain an image on the projection board vividly is a subject worth the suppliers and manufacturers of the projector and the projection board to care.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONAccordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a projection board which is capable of displaying an image projected by the projector vividly.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a projection board which is capable of showing the image brightly with beautiful colors.
In order to achieve the preceding objects, the projection board according to the present invention includes a transparent base material being a flat plate with a first flat facial side and a second flat facial side opposite to each other and a metal grain layer being uniformly adhered onto the first flat facial side to reflect and show the image.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a transparent base material made of glass, plastics, film or acrylics for being adhered with a metal grain layer to enhance visual effect like crystal of the projection board.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a metal grain layer made of silver powder or aluminum powder to reflect and show the image projected by the projector, wherein adhesive such as resin is employed to adhere the metal grain layer onto the first flat facial side of transparent base material or a plastic film is employed to be attached with the metal grain layer and adhered onto the first flat facial side.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a frosted layer uniformly adhered to the second flat facial side of the transparent base material and the frosted layer has 40 to 95% light penetration rate and 1 to 4 micrometers thickness.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a plastic film as the transparent base material and a yarn net made of nylon or polyester is adhered onto the frosted layer to enhance effect of projection and reinforce strength of the projection board.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a plastic film as the transparent base material and a yarn net made of nylon or polyester and another plastic film are adhered onto the metal grain layer sequentially to reinforce strength of the projection board.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a plastic film as the transparent base material and another plastic film and a yarn net made of nylon or polyester are adhered onto the metal grain layer sequentially to reinforce strength of the projection board.
The detail structure, the applied principle, the function and the effectiveness of the present invention can be more fully understood with reference to the following description and accompanying drawings, in which:
Referring to
The respective projection board 10, 20, 30 basically provides a flat plate shaped transparent base material 11, which is made of such as glass, plastics, film or acrylic. To intensify visual effect of the projection board is the purpose of using the transparent base material 11 such that the projection board looks like crystal once the projector is in operation.
It can be seen in
The method for the metal grain layer 12 being adhered to the base material 11 shown in
In order to enhance durability of the projection board 10, 20, 30, anti-friction powder can be added in the mixture of the adhesive and the metal grains to increase hardness of the metal grain layer 12 over 1 H so as to provide a property of being anti-scratch and wearable.
The second flat facial side 112 of the transparent base material 11 shown in
Hence, the image can be projected to the second flat facial side 112 of the transparent material 11 of the projection board 30 shown in
