BAG WITH DISPLAYING FUNCTION

Abstract

A bag with displaying function comprising a bag body, a strap displaying plate or plates and a heavy object is disclosed. The bag is characterized in that the strap passes through a through holes provided at the proximity of the edge of the opening of the bag and extends into the interior of the bag body, the internal surface of the bag body are provided vertically elongated plate at each of the internal surface to cover the strap within the internal surface of the bag body, the elongated plate is hollow and the strap is free to move within the elongated plate such that the strap is moved upward when the strap is lifted upward, the two ends of the strap are tied to the heavy object such that when the strap is not lifted, the heavy object pulls down the strap, the strap below the elongated plates are interlinked or connected to the displaying plate which is protruded out from a slot on the surface of the bag body, thereby when the strap is lifted up, the displaying plate is protruded out from the slot to display the advertisement on the displaying plate, when the strap is not lifted up, the displaying plate will be withdrawn and concealed within the bag body.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bag structure, and in particular, to bag structure which displays advertisements when the strap of the bag is lifted.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Conventional bags whether made from plastic fiber material or paper material, are used for holding articles and the outer surfaces of the bag are normally printed with advertisements to promote products or the manufacturers of the products. These bags have an opening with the longer edges of the opening are mounted with straps facilitating carrying along.

The aim of the invention is to provide a bag with displaying function, wherein the advertisements are in 3-D format which attracts the attention of on-lookers to enhance advertising of a product.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a bag with displaying function comprising a bag body, a strap, displaying plate or plates and a heavy object, characterized in that the strap passes through a through holes provided at the proximity of the edge of the opening of the bag and extends into the interior of the bag body, the internal surface of the bag body are provided vertically elongated plate at each of the internal surface to cover the strap within the internal surface of the bag body, the elongated plate is hollow and the strap is free to move within the elongated plate such that the strap is moved upward when the strap is lifted upward, the two ends of the strap are tied to the heavy object such that when the strap is not lifted, the heavy object pulls down the strap, the strap below the elongated plates are interlinked or connected to the displaying plate which is protruded out from a slot on the surface of the bag body, thereby when the strap is lifted up, the displaying plate is protruded out from the slot to display the advertisement on the displaying plate, when the strap is not lifted up, the displaying plate will be withdrawn and concealed within the bag body.

Yet still another object of the present invention is to provide a bag with displaying function, wherein the displaying plate is directly protruded out from the slot formed on the surface of the bag body, such that when the strap is lifted up, the displaying plate is protruded out from the slot.

A further object of the present invention is to provide a bag with displaying functions, wherein the displaying plate is substituted by ornamental design which matches the design of the bag body.

Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is shown a bag structure of the present invention comprising a bag body 1, a strap 2, displaying plate 3 and a heavy object 4 (as shown in FIG. 2). The strap 2 passes through the through hole 11 provided at the proximity of the edge of the opening of the bag body 1, and extends into the bag body 1 and is covered by a hold elongated plates 12 positioned at the vertical lateral side of the bag body 1. The strap 2 is allowed to move within the covering of the elongated plates 2.

The heavy object 4 is tied to both the ends of the strap 2 at a position within the middle section of the bag body 1. Thus, when the strap 2 is not lifted, the heavy object 4 will pull the strap downward.

As shown in FIG. 2, the heavy object 4 is hidden within the internal surface of the bag body 1. The strap 2 below the elongated plate 2 is connected to one or more displaying plate 3. The displaying plate 3 passes through a slot 13 provided on the surface of the bag body 1. Accordingly, the lifting of the strap 2 causes the displaying plate to be provided out of the slot 13 to display and advertisement or the like. If the strap 2 is not lifted, the displaying plate 3 is concealed within the bag body 1.

Referring to FIG. 4, there is shown the operation of the bag structure of the present invention. When the strap 2 of the bag body 1 is lifted up. The upward pulling force of the strap 2 causes the displaying plate 3 to protrude out to the surface of the bag structure. Conversely, when the strap 2 is not lifted up, the heavy object 4 attached to the ends of the strap 2 will downward pull the strap 2, and this will at the same time pulls back the displaying plate 3 into the bag body 1.

FIG. 4 is another preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention. In this preferred embodiment, the displaying plate 3 is directly inserted into the slot 13. The action of this embodiment is opposite to that in the above-mentioned preferred embodiment. Thus, when the strap 2 is lifted, the force generated by the strap 2 will pull up the displaying plate 3 to be positioned within the bag body 1. When the strap 2 is released, the attached heavy object 4 pulls down the strap 2 and the displaying plate 3 is at the same time, protrudes out the bag body 1.

As shown in FIG. 5, an ornamental design displaying is used to replace the displaying plate 3 so as to match the printing of the bag body.

In accordance with the present invention, the upper section of the strap 2 can be a handle facilitating the lifting of the bag. Similarly, the elongated plate 12 can be made of a hand rigid body facilitating the strap 2 pass through.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A bag with displaying function comprising a bag body, a strap, displaying plate or plates and a heavy object, characterized in that the strap passes through a through holes provided at the proximity of the edge of the opening of the bag and extends into the interior of the bag body, the internal surface of the bag body are provided vertically elongated plate at each of the internal surface to cover the strap within the internal surface of the bag body, the elongated plate is hollow and the strap is free to move within the elongated plate such that the strap is moved upward when the strap is lifted upward, the two ends of the strap are tied to the heavy object such that when the strap is not lifted, the heavy object pulls down the strap, the strap below the elongated plates are interlinked or connected to the displaying plate which is protruded out from a slot on the surface of the bag body, thereby when the strap is lifted up, the displaying plate is protruded out from the slot to display the advertisement on the displaying plate, when the strap is not lifted up, the displaying plate will be withdrawn and concealed within the bag body.

2. The bag with displaying function of claim 1, wherein the displaying plate is directly protruded out from the slot formed on the surface of the bag body, such that when the strap is lifted up, the displaying plate is protruded out from the slot.

3. The bag with displaying function of claim 1, wherein the displaying plate is substituted by ornamental design which matches the design of the bag body.

4. The bag with displaying function of claim 1, wherein the upper section of the strap is a handle.

5. The bag with displaying function of claim 1, wherein the elongated plate is a hand rigid plate facilitating the strap to pass through.
