Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a display with storage structure.

2. Description of the Related Art

Personal computers play an important role in home entertainment, allowing users to watch TV, see movies, and play computer games. Multimedia entertainment systems often require the presence of numerous peripheral devices, such as headphones, joysticks, computer mice, keyboards, and others. Some of the users even have a collection of figures. Cluttered and inconvenient user environments often result.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention provides a display with structures facilitating storage of peripherals when the computer is not in use.

The display may include a frame, display body, and a hook, wherein the display body is rotatably connected to the frame, and the hook is disposed on the display body.

The hook may be disposed at the rear of the display body.

The hook may be rotatably connected to the display body.

The hook may be resilient and contact the display body when in a predetermined position.

The display may include a frame, a display body, and a hook, wherein the display body is rotatably connected to the frame, and the hook is disposed on the frame.

The hook may be integrally formed with the frame as a continuous structure.

The hook may be rotatably connected to the frame.

The display may include a frame and a display body. The frame may include a top portion, a bottom portion, and a pair of side portions connecting the top portion and the bottom portion, wherein the top portion includes a horizontal surface. The display body may be rotatably connected to the pair of side portions.

The top portion may be detachably fastened to the pair of side portions.

The top portion may include a hook integrally formed therewith as a continuous structure.

The display may further include a hook rotatably connected to the top portion.

The display may include a frame and a display body. The frame may include a top portion, a bottom portion, and a pair of side portions connecting the top portion and the bottom portion. The display body may be rotatably connected to the pair of side portions, wherein a storage space is formed between the display body, the pair of side portions, and the bottom portion.

A detailed description is given in the following embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The invention can be more fully understood by reading the subsequent detailed description and examples with references made to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

FIG. 1 is a perspective diagram of a display in accordance with an embodiment of the invention; and

FIG. 2 is an exploded diagram of a display in accordance with an embodiment of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following description is of the best-contemplated mode of carrying out the invention. This description is made for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention and should not be taken in a limiting sense. The scope of the invention is best determined by reference to the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a display of an embodiment of the invention includes a frame and a display body 20. The frame comprises a top portion 10, a pair of side portions 12, and a bottom portion 14. The side portions 12 and the bottom portion 14 are integrally formed as a continuous structure. The top portion 10 is detachably connected to the side portions 12 via, for example, screws, engaging structures, or similar. The display body 20 is connected to the frame through two shaft structures 16. Thus, the viewing angle of the display body 20 is adjustable when the frame is disposed on a surface (not shown).

The top portion 10 has a top surface on which objects (e.g. figures, small ornaments, etc.) can be placed, remaining horizontal regardless of the position of the display body 20. Two hooks 101 and 103 are provided at both ends of the top portion 10 for hanging objects (e.g. headphones, joysticks, or similar), wherein hook 101 is integrally formed with the top portion 10 for hanging heavier objects, and the hook 103 is rotatably connected to the top portion 10 for hanging lighter objects. In FIG. 1, the hook 103 is collapsed and flush with the top surface of the top portion 10. Furthermore, the hook 103 can be rotated in direction B to a predetermined position, as shown in FIG. 2, for hanging objects.

Another hook 30 is provided at the rear of the display body 20. The hook 30 is resilient and rotatably connected to the display body 20. In FIG. 1, the hook 30 is collapsed and contacts the display body 20. Similarly, the hook 30 can be rotated in direction A to a predetermined position, as shown in FIG. 2, for hanging objects.

Referring again to FIG. 1, a storage space 40 is formed between the display body 20, the side portions 12, and the bottom portion 14 for storing objects (e.g. a keyboard). The volume of the storage space 40 is variable and determined by the angular positions of the display body 20 which can be rotated through the shaft structures 16 as described. When the display body 20 is substantially perpendicular to the desk surface (i.e. the display body 20 and the side portions 12 are substantially coplanar), the volume of the storage space 40 is reduced to a minimum. Storage space 40 is capable of receiving a predetermined object (e.g. a keyboard) when the volume of the storage space 40 is reduced to the minimum.

As described, the heavy user of computer games and multimedia entertainment generally has many computer peripherals. The invention provides various storage structures including top portion 10, hooks 101, 103, and 30, and storage space 40, facilitating storage of peripherals when the computer is not in use.

While the invention has been described by way of example and in terms of preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited thereto. To the contrary, it is intended to cover various modifications and similar arrangements (as would be apparent to those skilled in the art). Therefore, the scope of the appended claims should be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and similar arrangements.
