Abstract: A paint saving paint tray is disclosed. The paint tray may be adapted for coupling to a paint container, and may comprise a base, one or more sidewalls extending in an upward direction from the base, a reservoir for holding paint, wherein the reservoir is defined by the base and the one or more sidewalls, securing mechanism in at least one sidewall of the one or more sidewalls for coupling the paint tray to the paint container, and drainage spout in the at least one sidewall, wherein the drainage spout is adapted to drain paint from the paint container into the paint tray via inverted placement of the paint container on the paint tray, or drain paint from the paint tray into the paint container via placement of the paint tray onto the paint container. Methods of using the paint tray and a paint tray system are also disclosed.

Abstract: A bag dispenser for use in a retail store is described. The bag dispenser holds and dispenses bags from a roll of plastic bags such as grocery bags, meat bags, or produce bags. The bag dispenser includes a bag holder rod that holds the roll of bags and allows the roll of bags to rotate on the bag holder rod in order to dispense bags. The bag dispenser also includes a bag separator that facilitates separation of a bag from the roll. The bag dispenser also includes a rod coupler that couples the bag dispenser to a rod, such as a rod of a shopping cart, a rod of a shopping cart basket or a rod of a pick-up basket, for example. The bag dispenser quickly and easily dispenses bags so that an employee of the retail store does not waste time and effort obtaining a bag.

The frame body has an opening and an accommodating space. The frame body includes a plurality of first fixing pins in the accommodating space. The storage devices can be accommodated in the accommodating space. Each of the first fixing pins is for being inserted into the corresponding fixing hole on the first sidewall. The pivotal members are pivotally connected to the frame body. Each of the pivotal members includes a plurality of second fixing pins. When the pivotal members cover parts of the opening, each of the second fixing pins is for being inserted into the corresponding fixing hole on the second sidewall.

Abstract: A paint brush is attached to the rim of the mouth of a paint can such that the bristles of the brush are vertically above the mouth of the can and are oriented at an angle of between about 0 and about 90 degrees from the vertical. A notch is formed on the side of the mid portion of the brush between the handle and the bristles or in the ferrule of a paint brush where the brush is provided with one. The notch is defined by an upper face oriented toward the handle of the brush, and a lower face oriented toward the set of bristles. The upper face, the lower face as well as the space between the upper and lower faces are all dimensioned such that when the brush is attached to the rim of the paint can, the rim bears against the notch at a point adjacent to its upper face while the lower face of the notch bears against the rim sufficiently to position the brush at an angle from the vertical of less than about 90 degrees.

The cage assembly includes cage arms and a flange interface defined by the cage arms. Abstract: The embodiments described and claimed herein are signage devices for reusable plastic containers (“RPC”) of the type that can be used by growers for shipping produce and by grocery stores for displaying and selling said produce. A first embodiment includes a spring-clip that attaches to a side wall of the RPC and a sign holder that can be rotated about a horizontal axis. A second embodiment includes a spring-clip that attaches to a side wall of the RPC and a sign holder that is oriented at a predetermined angle. A third embodiment includes an elongated spring-clip that attaches to a side wall of the RPC and an elongated, angled sign holder that is designed to hold signs that are scored along its length. A fourth embodiment sits in the interior volume of the RPC, divides the interior of the RPC into four compartments for different types of produce, and provides a sign holder for each of the four compartments.

A track is sized to receive the rail, wherein the track has a second quantity of ratchet teeth, and wherein the first quantity of ratchet teeth are engagable with the second quantity of ratchet teeth when the rail is positioned at least partially within the track.

Abstract: Disclosed are support devices for an article that is adjacent to a sink margin, the support devices provide a storage solution for the article and hold the article in an upright position, thereby helping to prevent seepage and loss of soap fluids from the article and also directs sponge drainage either into a sink or a container. The devices work on either single of double bowl sinks, and on either under-mounted or drop-in sinks, or can be positioned adjacent to a sink on the countertop. The devices are easily movable, can be placed in multiple locations, can be easily cleaned and function without the need for suction cups or other attachments. When the article is being used, the devices are out of the way resulting in minimal conflict with the use and activity around the sink, thereby allowing maximum unimpeded use of the sink area.

Abstract: The bucket-mounted concrete tool-cleaning device includes a pair of snap-on cleaner heads that attach onto a cleaner head base. The cleaner head base attaches onto an inner, surface of a 5-gallon bucket and includes a plurality of adjustment slots located on an outer surface of the cleaner head base. The cleaner head base further includes a screw that tightens in order to secure the cleaner base onto the side of the 5-gallon bucket. The adjustment slots are for use in attaching one of the snap-on cleaner heads at varying heights within the 5-gallon bucket in order to adjust for varying water levels within said bucket. The snap-on cleaner heads feature a plurality of bristles that adorn an inner channel, which scrub a tool or float clean of concrete after use. The cleaner head base attaches at an angle to an interior surface of the 5-gallon bucket.

Abstract: A bracket system and method to retrofit a subsurface water meter enclosure with a mount so as to provide secure positioning means suitable for components related to a water meter such as water-usage monitoring equipment. The system is only removable from the water meter enclosure via disassembling the water meter enclosure.

The hangar bar has a first end mount on a first end and a second end mount on a second opposite end of the hangar bar. The adapter also includes a damping mechanism sized and shaped to fit within a slot of the hangar bar. The clamping mechanism holds the first section stationary in relationship to the second section. The adapter also includes an adapter bracket attachable to the hangar bar. The end mounts are attached to a wall of the recess can and a fixture bracket is attached to the adapter bracket for supporting a fixture.

The fixture assembly is preferably configured to attach to any surface such as a wall or ceiling, and the accessory mount assembly is preferably configured to removeably attach to the fixture assembly or other surface via fasteners. Each accessory mount assembly generally includes an accessory that functions as a different organizational tool that the user may use within his or her workspace or living space, and various embodiments of the accessory mount assembly may be used alone or in combination with the fixture assembly, depending on the needs of the user.

In the second position, the sliding member is restricted in the restricting portion by the locking portion to mount the drive bracket on the top side of the mounting piece.

The container (4) is formed from a single sheet of PET/PE which is folded over to create a pocket, and heat sealed along the seams 8a,b,c formed by the edge of the sheet. The container (4) is substantially rectangular in shape, and measures approximately 130 mm by 200 mm. The container is placed in a toilet cistern and suspended above a bottom part thereof. Water flows into the flexible container (4) from the cistern (20) through the holes (6) and comes into contact with the water-swellable polymer. The water-swellable polymer absorbs the water and swells to approximately (400) times its original weight to displace approximately 500 ml water from the cistern (20).

Abstract: A security system for monitoring a shipping container being transported on a cargo transport vehicle and methods for making and using same. A mounting device removably couples a container security device (CSD) to the cargo container. Monitoring cargo inside the container and detecting vehicle intrusions and container damage, the CSD includes an anti-tamper sensor, a microcontroller, a communication device, and a plurality of accelerometers and strain gages. The microcontroller generates an alarm signal based on output data from the anti-tamper sensor and records container events. The anti-temper sensor undergoes individual and integrated sensor processing procedures; whereas, the integrated sensor processing procedure determines a container alert status. The accelerometers and strain gages define a moment of inertia of the cargo container.

Abstract: A bag spreader for spreading a bag in a container lying on its side includes a connection portion arranged to interface with the upwardly facing outer surface of the container when the container is oriented on its side and includes a bag supporting portion arranged for insertion into the bag and the container. The bag supporting portion may be disposed adjacent the upper sidewall of the container in a manner that supports the bag in an open condition when the container is oriented on its side. A head portion connects the connection portion and the bag spreading portion with the connection portion and the bag supporting portion being spaced apart on the head portion a distance sufficient to receive an edge of the container.

Abstract: Modular casket hardware which includes a bracket configured to attach to a casket corner wall surface. The bracket is also configured to be oriented with respect to the casket in a first orientation to attach to the casket wall and a second orientation to attach to the casket corner. A bore in the bracket is configured to receive a casket bar when in the first orientation. Tabs on the bracket are configured to at least partially fit within a portion of the casket bar when the bracket is oriented in the second orientation. A bracket cover could also use other bracket type mechanisms to attach and hold the casket bars to the casket which will support the required weight of a casket at the grave site. Once a bracket and bars are attached, the casket will be able to be shipped without the decorative bracket cover installed. The decorative modular casket bracket cover will be able to be added to the casket at any time.

Abstract: A securing mechanism for a component in an electronic device enclosure includes a bracket, a restriction member, and a resilient member. The bracket defines three guide slits on each side along which protrusions of the component slide. The restriction member forms two slide-rails oblique to the guide slits and two locking portions adjacent to the slide-rails. The resilient member is connected to the bracket and the restriction member. When the protrusions of the component slide along the slide-rails, the restriction member moves substantially perpendicular to the guide slit, and the resilient member deforms elastically. When the protrusions slide out of the slide-rails, the elastic force of the resilient member drives the locking portions to lock with the protrusions of the component, thereby securing the component in the securing mechanism.

Abstract: A two-piece clamping assembly with an integral rail plate used to rapidly and securely mount a float switch within a fluid collection container for fluid level monitoring. It is usable with both metal and plastic condensate collection pans, and successfully accommodates their differing wall thickness dimensions and different upper edge configurations. When its front and back clamping members are joined together over the top edge, lip, or flange of a pan using one centrally located top fastener, and at least one additional fastener is inserted through the back clamping member until it engages the exterior surface of the pan, the pan's upper edge becomes secured within an inverted J-shaped slot formed between the two clamping members. Vertically-extending internal ribs and horizontally-extending projections strengthen the clamping assembly. Preferred plastic materials also make the clamping assembly impervious to corrosion.

The razor is hung on the stalk via a hole or cavity in the razor's handle that engages the nub, 1A, on the stalk, 1B. Without the razor, the stalk, 1B, may be put out of the way and closed to the can top. In the open position, the stalk and nub can engage the cavity. The cavity may be throughgoing or only partially excavated, leaving an undercut lip to engage the nub. It is understood that a wide variety of nub shapes and cavities may be used with the condition that the chosen nub and cavity conform to each other such that the engagement is secure.
