Miracle wand: the ultimate cleaning tool

The Miracle Wand features a new household cleaning tool that provides convenience by combining a standard mop and broom into one product, converting from one to another takes only seconds by merely exchanging bases. The wand itself is structured to have a second wand incorporated within to extend to a comfortable length.

Description

In the case of the Miracle Wand, FIG. 1A) shows the top view of the wand made of aluminum and plastic or other suitably hard, solid material. FIG. 1A) identifies the make up or structure that defines the product's physical appearance. In the case of the Miracle Wand, FIG. 1B) shows the front view of the wand in the beginning stages. FIG. 1B) acknowledges both wand 2 as well as wand 1. As best shown in FIG. 1B), wand 1 is inserted within wand 2, giving the structure a more compact appearance for easy transport and storage.

The front view of the Miracle Wand perceives or describes the functioning of the invention. As shown in the front view of FIG. 1B) and C), B) and C) both identify the notches or holes displayed on wand 2 for the pin on wand 1 to attach itself and secure to, thus fastening the position of comfort, as well as fastening the position for extension purposes. FIG. 1C) identifies the extension use to adjust, suit, accommodate, or conform to anyone using this household cleaning tool. While FIG. 1B) shows comfort and convenience, FIG. 1C) also shows comfort and convenience by choosing a level that accommodates the person's height. FIG. 1C) shows the elongated stage or position which represents the max extension used for suitability and comfort. FIG. 2 through FIG. 12 gives an illustration on the selection process for level to level showing the stages of the elongation process. While FIG. 1B) and C) illustrates the elongate tool as adjustable, FIG. 1 also gives an illustration of alternating bases.

As shown in FIG. 1D) and E), D) represents the mop base and E) represents the broom base. The structure of wand 2 in FIG. 1 has the capability to attach itself to either the mop base or the broom base. As best shown in FIG. 1, A) through E) is a physical description of the Miracle Wand, designed to properly characterize the working function of the product as well as define its physical appearance.

Claims

3. A portable, collapsible, and interchangeable mop and broom combination comprising:

A telecoping handle means that is movable between a collapsible position and fully extended position;
Means for maintaining said handle means in said collapsed position thereof as well as in said fully extended position thereof;
A mop portion disposed at one end of handle means;
A broom portion disposed at one end of handle means;

An interchangeable mop and broom base according to claim 3, wherein said handle means comprising at least first (wand 2) and second (wand 1) telescoping rod sections, said first rod (wand 2) section comprising a transverse pin hole and plurality of vertically spaced pin holes and said second rod (wand 1) section comprises a second transverse pin hole, a locking pin adapted to extend through said registering pin holes, said pin holes of first rod (wand 2) being longitudinally spaced apart at incremental distances corresponding to incremental distances in vertical height.

5. An interchangeable mop and broom base according to claim 4, wherein said means for maintaining said handle means in position comprises spring-biased pin means disposed in inner ones of said handle section, and cooperating holes disposed in outer ones of said interchangeable mop and broom base.

6. An interchangeable mop and broom base according to claim 5, wherein each of said inner handle sections is provided with a strip spring that urges a pin means of that handle section outwardly.
