Description
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention relates to underwear, and more particularly to a pair of treatment underpants comprising a testicles supporter which is capable of maintaining an optimal position of the testicles so as to prevent them from exposing to excessive body heat.

2. Description of Related Arts

A conventional pairs of underwear pants usually comprises a body fitting having a wearing cavity, a top waist opening, and two bottom legs openings formed on the body fitting for a user's groin portion to securely wear within the wearing cavity. Very often, the body fitting is made by flexible fabric materials for providing optimal comfort to the wearer of the underwear pants.

There exist several disadvantages in relation to this kind of conventional underwear pants. First, conventional underwear pants do not usually cater for biological needs. As a matter of biological fact, the testicles of a man are kept spacedly apart from the main body so as to maintain a relatively low temperature of the testicles as compared with the usual body temperature. The reason for this is that the testicles need lower temperature to produce healthy sperms for reproduction. Thus, when the temperature of the testicles becomes too high for some reasons, the normal function of the testicles will be adversely affected. There is nothing in the wearing cavity to help maintaining the position of the testicles and to keep them to be spacedly apart from the body. Thus, when a man wearing a conventional pair of underwear pants is sitting on a chair, his testicles will be pressed toward his main body (i.e. the hip portion) and this may increase their temperature.

Second, for the sake of comfort, many people, when buying their underwear pants, may intentionally pick a size which is slightly larger than the size which actually fits his body. For example, when the person needs only a pair of medium-sized underwear pants, he may intentionally pick a pair of large-sized underwear pants with a view that the larger underwear pants may be more comfortable to him. While this practice is understandable from the point of view of the wearer, it is actually not desirable from both the manufacturers' perspectives. From the manufacturer's perspective, this weird consumer practice may lead them to wrongly estimate the demand of the underwear pants for each size category so as to form a correspondingly false stock control strategy.

Furthermore, there exists a deep-seated problem that when the conventional underwear pants have been washed for several times, the fabric materials may substantially shrink and the underwear pants may no longer comfortable. What is worst is that since the entire underwear pants have been shrunk, the testicles may be exposed to excessive pressing force which pushes them toward the user's main body. As a result, the temperature of the testicles may increase considerably and this may eventually affect their normal biological function. The user may not even notice this.

Finally, conventional underpants do not usually cater for traditional male reproductive-related disorders. For example, infertility or sperm disorders may be due to the fact that the underpants are not suitable for particular wearers. A novel kind of underpants to cater for this situation is required.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

A main object of the present invention is to provide a pair of treatment underpants comprising a testicles supporter which is capable of maintaining an optimal position of the testicles so as to prevent them from exposing to excessive body heat.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a pair of treatment underpants comprising a testicles supporter, wherein the testicles supporter is provided within the body fitting of the treatment underpants for optimally separating the wearer's testicles from his main body so as to maintain an optimally low temperature of the wearer's testicles.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a pair of treatment underpants comprising a testicles supporter, which is adapted to stably supporting the wearer's testicles without being affected by shrinkage or other conditions of the body fitting.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a pair of treatment underpants comprising a testicles supporter, wherein the treatment underpants utilizes traditional Chinese acupuncture point massage technique for further enhancing the blood circulation of the wearer so as to form an optimal yet essential healthy accessory for the wearer.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a pair of treatment underpants comprising a testicles supporter which is easy to be manufacture and does not involve change in structure and design of the body fitting so as to minimize the manufacturing cost of the present invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pair of treatment underpants according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the treatment underpants according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the treatment underpants according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention, illustrating that the body fitting can be embodied as a boxer.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 of the drawings, a pair of treatment underpants according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, in which the treatment underpants comprises a body fitting 10 and a testicles supporter 20.

The body fitting 10, which is adapted for being worn at a groin portion of a wearer, having a wearing cavity 11, a waist opening 12, and two leg openings 13.

The testicles supporter 20 is provided within the wearing cavity 11 of the body fitting 10 at a position that when the body fitting 10 is worn, the testicles supporter 20 is adapted for supporting wearer's testicles 70 to keep the testicles 70 spacing apart from a body of the wearer so as to prevent the body temperature of the wearer directly transmitting toward the testicles 70.

According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the body fitting 10 is made of flexible fabric materials which is adapted for fittedly wrapping around the wearer's groin portion, wherein the waist opening 12 and the leg openings 13 are for the wearer's waist portion and the legs passing over them respectively. Accordingly, the testicles supporter 20 is positioned within the wearing cavity 1 I such that when the wearer has properly worn the treatment underpants of the present invention, the testicles supporter 20 is at the position of the wearer's testicles 70 for readily supporting them in a suspended manner.

Referring to FIG. 3 of the drawings, the body fitting 10 has a front fabric panel 14, a rear fabric panel 15, two sides fabric panels 16, and a bottom supporting panel 17 integrally connected with the front fabric panel 14, the rear fabric panel 15 and the two side fabric panels 16 for forming the body fitting 10 which defines the wearing cavity 11 between the front fabric panel 14, the rear fabric panel 15, the two side fabric panels 16 and the bottom supporting panel 17.

The testicles supporter 20 comprises a supporting pocket 21 and a pocket panel 24 inwardly attached on an inner side of the front fabrics panel 14 of the body fitting 10 to define a supporting cavity 22 within the supporting pocket 21 between the front fabrics panel 14 and the pocket panel 24, wherein the wearer's testicles 70 and penis are adapted to be conveniently and comfortably dispose into the supporting cavity 22 in such a manner that the wearer's testicles 70 are always kept apart from the wearer's main body so as to prevent the testicles 70 from being adversely affected by the wearer's body temperature. In other words, the wearer's testicles 70 and penis in the supporting pocket 21 are supportively retained in position. Moreover, the supporting pocket 21 has a curved top retaining edge 23 that a height of the supporting pocket 21 is gradually increasing toward two outer sides thereof for fitting testicles 70 to receive in the supporting pocket 21. It is worth mentioning that the curved top retaining edge 23 of the supporting pocket 21 is made of elastic material for applying an elastic holding force at corresponding side of the testicles 70 so as to supportively retain the testicles 70 and penis of the wearer in position.

Accordingly, the size of the supporting pocket 21 is slightly larger than the overall size of the wearer's testicles 70 so that they can be fittedly disposed within the supporting pocket 21. Moreover, the supporting pocket 21 must be made of flexible yet durable fabric so that when the wearer is sitting down, the supporting pocket 21 will have sufficient strength for retaining an optimal distance between the wearer's main body and the testicles 70. However, the supporting pocket 21 must not be too tight with respect to the wearer's testicles 70 so as not to exert undue pressure toward the testicles 70.

The pocket panel 24 has an enlarged upper portion 241 and an elongated lower portion 242 to divide the supporting cavity 22 into an upper testicles supporting cavity 221 and a lower penis retaining cavity 222 for supportively receiving the testicles 70 and penis of the wearer in the testicles supporting cavity 221 and the penis retaining cavity 222 respectively.

Referring to FIG. 1 of the drawings, the front fabric panel 14 of the body fitting 10 is preferably embodied as having two slanted side edges 141, 142 wherein the supporting pocket 21 of the testicles supporter 20 further has two corresponding inclined side edges 211, 212 adapted for connecting with the two slanted side edges 141, 142 respectively so as to affix the supporting pocket 21 on the body fitting 10. According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the two inclined side edges 211, 212 of the supporting pocket 21 are securely stitched to the two slanted side edges 141, 142 of the front fabric panel 14 respectively.

Thus, the supporting pocket 21 has a width gradually reducing from the top opening 23 to a bottom portion for substantially holding the testicles 70 and penis of the wearer in position. Moreover, the pocket panel 24 further has a curved top edge defining as the curved top retaining edge 23, and the two inclined side edges 211, 212 which are sewed to the front fabric panel 14 to define the width of the supporting pocket 21 between the two inclined side edges 244 of the pocket panel 24.

The treatment underpants of the present invention further comprises a circulation enhancer 30 provided within the wearing cavity 11 of the body fitting for further enhancing a blood circulation of the wearer so as to further enhance the health condition of the wearer without utilizing any medicine. More specifically, the circulation enhancer 30 comprises an acupuncture point message arrangement 31 comprising an acupunctural massaging member 311 protruded from the body fitting 10 at a position corresponding to a predetermined acupuncture point for enhancing the blood circulation of the corresponding body part of the wearer. According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the acupunctural massaging member 311 is a rigid member, such as a magnetic member or a mini-stone, protruding from the bottom supporting panel 17 of the body fitting 10 for normally biasing against a predetermined acupunctural point of the wearer in a pressurized manner. It is worth mentioning that the predetermined acupunctural point is believed (according to traditional Chinese medicine) to connect with a man's reproductive organ so that when the wearer has worn on the treatment underpants of the present invention, the acupunctural massaging member 311 is arranged to normally press against the predetermined acupunctural point so as to enhance the health condition of the wearer. Alternatively, the acupunctural massaging member 311 may be made of elastic materials, such as rubber, so as to minimize any weird feeling on the part of the wearer should the rigid acupunctural massaging member 311 causes any bad feeling to the wearer.

Specifically, where the acupunctural massaging member 311 is a magnet, it is adapted to stimulate the acupuncture point of the wearer and apply a magnetic field to the wearer. Conversely, where the acupunctural massaging member 311 is a solid element, it has a spherical messaging surface, and is securely affixed to the body fitting 10 for not only stimulating the acupuncture point of the wearer but also messaging the wearer at the acupuncture point thereof via the spherical messaging surface.

In order to securely affix the acupunctural massaging member 311 into the body fitting 10, the acupunctural point massage arrangement 31 further comprises a holding pocket 312, defining a holding cavity 3121 formed therein, affixed on a bottom supporting panel 17 of the body fitting 10, wherein the acupunctural massaging member 311 is securely and replacably received in the holding cavity 3121 for normally exerting the massaging force toward the predetermined acupunctural point. According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the holding pocket 312 is stitched onto the bottom supporting panel 17 along a peripheral edge of the holding pocket 312 so as to form the holding cavity 3121 therewithin.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that the acupuncture point which is targeted by the present invention is the so-called “Yang acupuncture point”. By massaging that acupuncture point, many reproductive disorders (e.g. infertility, sperm disorders etc.) would be substantially mitigated.

Referring to FIG. 3 of the drawings, it is important to point out that the treatment underpants of the present invention may be embodied as a wide variety of underpants, such as the boxer as shown in FIG. 3 of the drawings.

One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.
