Abstract: The invention relates to sports garment (1) for team sports, especially for soccer, football, rugby, handball or basketball, comprising an upper part (2) which covers at least a part of the torso of the wearer and pants (3) which covers at least a part of the abdomen of the wearer, wherein the upper part (2) and the pants (3) are forming a one-piece part. To improve the fit of the sports garment at the body of the wearer and to ensure a high degree of convenience during wearing the invention proposes that the upper part (2) and the pants (3) are made as a unitary knitted design, wherein the garment (1) is made as a seamless textile article without seams around the whole circumference of the garment (1) along at least 40% (h) of the total vertical extension (H) of the garment (1), wherein the seamless section of the garment (1) extends at least along a part of the vertical extension of the upper part (2) and extends at least along a part of the vertical extension of the pants (3).

The underwear includes a first gusset fabric attached to the first panel, the first side panel, the second side panel and the waistband. The first gusset fabric includes a cut-section. The underwear includes a second gusset fabric attached to the first panel and the waistband. The second gusset fabric positions underneath said first gusset fabric and includes second openings at both sides. The cut-section provides access into an interior of the underwear through the second openings in order to allow ambidextrous access for left and right handed users.

An access is defined between the front portion and the concealing panel. First and second linear access edges are provided on the front portion, together defining a V-shape. Two intersecting lines of support stitching are also provided on the front portion, adjacent the access edges, the lines extending beyond the vertex of the access edges so as to form an X-shape. The front portion is at least partly resiliently deformable so as to facilitate access between the concealing panel and the X-shape, in use, for at least part of the external male genitalia.

Abstract: To aid those with erectile disfunction, an anatomically erect penile prosthesis is disclosed that includes 1) an interior upper chamber that receives and houses the human penis, and 2) an interior lower chamber that receives and houses the human testicles. The prosthesis includes a flexible elongated member that provides a natural feeling substitute for the human penis that is contained within the interior upper chamber. The prosthesis includes an integral support mechanism that connects to the flexible elongated member to provide this natural feeling.

Abstract: A fluid-absorbing scrotum shield includes a single and unitary body having a penis-receiving flange and a scrotum-containing pouch statically attached to the penis-receiving flange. Abstract: Disclosed is a male undergarment that has an expandable pouch. The pouch expands as needed depending on the male's genitalia. The pouch has a horizontal elastic band one and two-third inches below the garment's waistband which enables the pouch to adjust as needed. This horizontal elastic band is to be a half an inch long and one cm width depending on the size of the pouch. This pouch also has a four technique fold of material to increase comfort in the pouch. The two components combined creates a pouch that expands to the male's need.

Information that it is good to maintain the underbody (genital organs) of men cool have been already been attested in scientific theses of foreign universities. It has been proved that the spermatogenic ability of men (genital organs) is further higher in an environment lower by 2 to 4 Celsius than body temperature. However, despite the above-mentioned scientific evidence, underwear for men up to now has been produced in the same simple shape for protection against the outside without distinction from underwear for women. The present invention relates to 21 century underwear for men which is different from conventional underwear for men and which causes improvement in skin health and reproductive ability in a sanitary and health manner.

The undergarment has a front, a back, a torso opening defining a top, and a pair of leg openings defining a bottom. The undergarment includes an elastic retainer band extending along the circumference of the undergarment at a position proximal to the top of the undergarment, which provides a gap between the undergarment and the retainer band. The retainer band is adapted to the front of the undergarment at an approximately middle position of the front. The undergarment allows each half of a shirt to pass between the retainer band and the undergarment with sufficient tension to inhibit unwanted movement of the shirt during wear.

Abstract: Male infertility due to reduced sperm count has received dramatically increased scientific attention in recent years, particularly the effect of excessive testicular heat on sperm motility. Currently all products designed for testicular cooling are prohibitively cumbersome, or potentially toxic. While ice can be applied directly to the testicles, this invention provides and a convenient and comfortable alternative that does not exist today: underwear specifically designed to be fitted with a freezable gel pack, permitting users to keep moving around. Researchers increasingly believe that this sort of cooling can have a positive effect on sperm health, perhaps providing another alternative to other expensive and invasive fertility treatments.

Abstract: A men's support undergarment with a brief and adjustable bolster. The brief has two leg openings and a torso opening that is fitted with an elastomeric waistband. The adjustable bolster has a foam core covered in an elastic breathable material and is positioned to lift the genitals up and out from between the legs. Bolster supports extend from both ends of the bolster to thread through the elastomeric waistband and adjustably attach to the waistband.
