SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Louver is applied to many air circulation systems. However, the entire prior louver introduced is just a plate or some of them are complex shape. None of the prior louver is asymmetrically designed. It is purpose of the current application to provide louver blade that has asymmetric side view. A louver blade is provided. The louver blade according to current application is asymmetric in side view. Side view of the louver blade has one sharp end. The other end of the louver blade is blunt. Center of the side view of the louver is thicker than the other part of the blade. Angle of the sharp end is in the range of 3 to 10 degree. Another embodiment of the current application is a louver blade tapered in one direction.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of the one side tapered louver blade of the current application.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the first embodiment of the one side tapered louver blade of the current application.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of current application, asymmetric side viewed louver blade.

FIG. 4 is a side view of the second embodiment of current application, asymmetric side viewed louver blade.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the first embodiment of the one side tapered louver blade (1) of the current application. Width (2) of the blade is one of 2.5 inches, 3.5 inches, 4 inches, 4.5 inches, 5.5 inches, and 6.5 inches. Length (3) of the blade is adjusted according to the width of a louver case to which the blade (1) is installed.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the first embodiment of the one side tapered louver blade (1) of the current application. Angle (4) between the upper surface (1-U) and the lower surface (1-L) of the blade (1) changes from 3 degree to 10 degree depend on the width of the blade (1). Thickness (5) of the blunt side is 0.5 inch.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the second embodiment of current application, asymmetric side viewed louver blade (6). Width (7) of the blade is one of 2.5 inches, 3.5 inches, 4 inches, 4.5 inches, 5.5 inches, and 6.5 inches. Length (8) of the blade is adjusted according to the width of a louver case to which the blade (2) is installed.

FIG. 4 is a side view of the second embodiment of current application, asymmetric side viewed louver blade (6). One side of the side view of the second embodiment blade (6) is sharply tapered. Angle (8) between the top surface (6-U) and lower surface (6-L) of the tapered side change from 3 degree to 10 degree depend on the width of the blade (6). Thickness (9) of the blade reaches 0.5 inch at the center of the width of the blade (6). Then the surfaces of (6-U) and (6-L) curved smoothly and meet at the other end of the blade (6).
