Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to combs, wherein a hair retaining portion has a round shape with a plurality of hair holes; the comb hair portion being planted into the hair holes; the length and position of each hair of the hair portion being based on predetermined arc of the comb hair portion.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Referring to FIG. 4, the prior art comb is illustrated. The comb 90 has a handle 91 and a hair retaining portion 92. The hairs 921 is implanted into the hair retaining portion 92. The hair retaining portion 92 is a round cylinder with cambered concave middle portion. The hairs 921 have an equal length so that has an inward cambered upper edge F to match the human hair shape.

However, in application, the hair retaining portion is enclosed with an aluminum tube for fixing hair retaining portion and can grasp a larger area of hairs, but above mentioned structure will cause that the aluminum tube must has a shape matching to the hair retaining portion, and thus the aluminum tube must be made to have a shape like that of the hair retaining portion, but this will increase the cost. Moreover, it is difficult to be assembled to the hair retaining portion. Furthermore in this design, the hairs are long and thus it can not provide a sufficient grasp force to the hairs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a comb, wherein the hair retaining portion has a smooth shape and thus it can suit for generally used aluminum tubes. Furthermore the shape of the comb can be changed by changing the shape of the comb hair portion. The short hairs of the comb hair portion 121 can grasp more human hairs and thus the shape of the comb hair portion 121 of the present invention is suitable for the human hairs and can grasp more hairs for making the desired shape of the hairs.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a comb has a body which comprises a handle; a hair retaining portion having a round shape with a plurality of hair holes; the comb hair portion being planted into the hair holes; the length and position of each hair being based on predetermined arc of the comb hair portion. A sleeve encloses the comb hair portion. The sleeve is made of metal, such as aluminum. Lengths of the comb hair portion are decreased from the two ends of the hair retaining portion so that the whole comb hair portion are concave from the two ends toward a middle portion of the comb hair portion.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 1, the comb body 10 of the present invention has a handle 11 and a hair retaining portion 12. The hair retaining portion 12 has a round shape with a plurality of hair holes 122. The comb hair portion 121 are planted into the hair holes 122. The length and position of each hair 121 is based on predetermined arc of the comb hair portion 121. In the present invention, the lengths of the comb hair portion 121 are decreased from the two ends of the hair retaining portion 12 so that the whole comb hair portion 121 are concave from the two ends toward a middle portion of the comb hair portion 121.

Moreover, referring to FIG. 2, in the present invention, the hair retaining portion 12 has a round cylinder shape as that in the prior art. Therefore, it can be used with the general used product with special manufacturing process. As shown in the drawing, an aluminum tube 13 with a plurality of holes can enclose the hair retaining portion 12 of the present invention with the comb hair portion 121 protrude out from the holes of the aluminum tube 13. The aluminum tube 13 can conduct heat rapidly for blowing hairs of users.

However, for viewing the arc of the comb hair portion 121 inconveniently, only one bank of comb hair portion 121 are illustrated. It is illustrated that the long hairs is arranged at two ends and then the lengths are reduced gradually from the two ends to the middle portion so as to have an inward cambered shape. With reference to FIG. 3, it is illustrated that by the installing position of the comb hair portion 121, an inward concave shape is illustrated.

In the present invention, the hair retaining portion 12 has a smooth shape and thus it can suit for generally used aluminum tubes. Furthermore the shape of the comb can be changed by changing the shape of the comb hair portion 121. The short hairs of the comb hair portion 121 can grasp more human hairs and thus the shape of the comb hair portion 121 of the present invention is suitable for the human hairs and can grasp more hairs for making the desired shape of the hairs.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
