LIGHT STEEL FRAME FAN STRUCTURE
A light steel frame fan structure comprises a rotating disk, a fixing ring. A receiving groove is disposed on the rotating disk, an axial column is disposed in the receiving groove and a locking hole is disposed on the axial column; a hollow engaging column is projected from on surface of the fixing ring and an indentation portion indented inward is disposed on another surface of the fixing ring; the indentation portion is communicated with the through hole. When the fixing ring is to be folded with the rotating disk, the axial column of the rotating disk is passed through the through hole on the engaging column of the fixing ring, at least one bearing is placed in the indentation portion, and a locking element is then locked in the locking hole on the axial column to allow the rotating disk to be pivotally connected to the fixing ring. Whereby, the use life of the fan can be extended, the noise can be avoided and the components installment can be stabilized.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a fan structure, and more particularly to a light steel frame fan structure capable of reducing friction.
2. Description of Related Art
A conventional light steel fan is a fan that the whole body thereof is placed in a space of a light steel frame. Whole space above and below the light steel frame is taken as a convection space for air to flow. This leads to deficits that not only the convection space is large such that energy consumption is more but also dust accumulated always between the light steel frame and a house roof might be blown downward. For improving such kind of deficits, Taiwan patent No. M251939 proposes a light steel frame fan structure. Please refer to
For improving the deficits mentioned above, the present invention proposes a light steel frame fan structure so as to attain to prevent noise from being yielded, stabilize the installment of components and extend the use life.
The main object of the present invention is to provide a light steel frame fan structure, allowing a rotating disc to attain to be positioned by fixing the rotating disc pivotally onto a fixing ring without needing to dispose the conventional limiting slide elements mentioned above thereon.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a light steel frame fan structure, allowing friction and deformation not to be yielded between a rotating disk and the conventional limiting slide elements so as to prevent noise from being yielded and stabilize components installment because the rotating disk is pivotally connected onto a fixing ring and the limiting slide elements need not to be disposed any more.
For attaining to the objects mentioned above, a light steel frame fan structure according to the present invention comprises a base, fan leaves, a rotating disk, a fixing ring and a cover, in which a receiving groove is disposed on the rotating disk, an axial column is disposed in the receiving groove and a locking hole is disposed on the axial column; a pivotal connection seat and a plurality of supporting ribs used for connecting the pivotal connection seat and a rim of the fixing ring are disposed on the fixing ring, a hollow engaging column with a through hole disposed thereon is projected from one surface of the pivotal connection seat, and an indentation portion indented inward is disposed on another surface of the pivotal connection seat, the indentation portion is communicated with the through hole. When the fixing ring is to be folded with the rotating disk, the axial column of the rotating disk is first passed through the through hole on the engaging column of the fixing ring, at least one bearing is then placed in the indentation portion of the fixing ring, and a locking element is finally locked in a locking hole on the axial column to allow the rotating disk to be pivotally fixed onto the fixing ring. Besides, at least one bearing can be further put around the axial column of the rotating disk between the fixing ring and the rotating disk. Furthermore, a shallow groove is further disposed on the cover and a bearing is installed in the shallow groove.
The present invention can be more fully understood by reference to the following description and accompanying drawings, in which:
First, please refer to
Regarding part structures of the fan, please refer to
When the fixing ring 6 and the rotating disk 7 are to be folded with each other together, the face of the fixing ring 6 projected with the engaging column 611 need to be allowed to face toward the rotating disk 7. At least one bearing 63 is then placed in the indentation portion 613 of the fixing ring 6 after the axial column 72 of the rotating disk 7 is passed through the through hole 612 on the engaging column 611 of the fixing ring 6. Thereafter, a locking element 64 is locked in the locking hole on the axial column 72 positioned in the indentation portion 613 to allow the rotating disk 7 to be able to be pivotally connected onto the fixing ring 6. Furthermore, at least one bearing 73 is put around the axial column 72 of the rotating disk 7 between the fixing ring 6 and the rotating disk 7 to allow the rotating disk 7 to be rotated smoothly. Next, the fixing ring 6 and the rotating disk 7 pivotally connected to each other together are placed in the circular hole 82 at the center of the cover 8 to allow the fixing ring 6 to be positioned on the rotating slide element 84 around the circular hole 82 and contact with them; this allows the rotating slide elements 84 to assist the rotating disk 7 to be rotated more smoothly. Furthermore, please refer to
From the description mentioned above, we can know that according to a light steel frame fan structure of the present invention, a rotating disk is allowed to position by connecting the rotating disk pivotally onto a fixing ring without needing to dispose conventional limiting slide elements any more, and the rotating disk and the limiting slide elements can be free from the friction and deformation so that the use life of the fan can be extended. Besides, the production cost can be reduced without the disposition of the limiting slide elements.
Additional advantages and modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspects is not limited to the specific details and representative embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
