Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a packing bag having a drawing structure that can be applied to any product or electronic assembly, such as electronic products or printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) which makes it convenient for the electronic product or electronic assembly to be withdrawn from its packaging box.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Air bubble films are applied to packaging products as a buffer. They also assist in protecting goods from shocks caused by mishaps or poor care in handling and water damage. References are shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 which show perspective views of an open-ended air bubble bag 8 and a closed-ended air bubble bag 9 according to the prior art. Both the former and the latter example are commonly used for packaging electronic products or electronic assemblies, such as a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA). The electronic products or electronic assemblies are first packed into a suitable static electricity shielding bag and then placed into the air bubble films. Finally, they are put into grooves composed of pallets in a packaging box. However, in order to increase the protective performance of the entire packing the electronic products or electronic assemblies are packed tightly between the air bubble films and the pallets. Hence, it is difficult to extract the products or assemblies in the packing bag from the tight packing space without causing unexpected damage to the products or assemblies.

The inventor of the present invention recognizes the above shortcoming should be improved upon and special effort has been made to research this field. The present invention is presented with reasonable design to resolve the above problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a packing bag having a drawing structure that can be withdrawn conveniently from the packing box put in pallets.

To achieve the primary objective stated above, a packing bag having a drawing structure comprises a bag housing that has an opening on one side thereof, and a drawing piece that is connected with a side of the bag housing.

Hence, the present invention has the following advantages:

It is easy for customers or operator to extract the products, assemblies or kinds of electronic semi-manufactured products placed in the pallets as long as force is applied equally to extract upwardly the drawing piece of the packing bags without damaging the products, assemblies or electronic semi-manufactured products.

It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description are exemplary, and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed. Other advantages and features of the invention will be apparent from the following description, drawings and claims.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The above and further advantages of this invention may be better understood by referring to the following description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an open-end air bubble bag according to the prior art;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a closed-ended air bubble bag according to the prior art;

FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a manufacturing process for a packing bag according to the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the packing bag according to the present invention;

FIG. 5 is a schematic view of packing a product or an assembly using the packing bag according to the present invention;

FIG. 6 is a schematic view of putting the packing bags in pallets according to the present invention;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of another embodiment of the packing bag according to the present invention; and

FIG. 8 is a schematic view of putting the packing bags of another embodiment in pallets according to the present invention.

The drawings will be described further in connection with the following detailed description of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention provides a packing bag having a drawing structure that can be used for electronic products, electronic assemblies or kinds of electronic semi-manufactured products such as printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) or other products that are packaged into pallets. This embodiment is a closed-ended air bubble bag and manufacturing process for the bubble bag shown in FIG. 3. Before manufacturing the closed-ended air bubble bag, a cutting process is executed to cut a corner for a closed-ended area of the air bubble film 1 so as to form a gap 11. Next, the air bubble film 1 is folded and cut along a folding line 12 according to a required size, and finally, the air bubble film 1 is adhered to adhered areas 13-14 that are disposed oppositely on two sides thereof.

Reference is made to FIG. 4 which is a perspective view of the packing bag according to the present invention. The packing bag 2 comprises a bag housing 21, a cover 22, and a drawing piece 23. The bag housing 21 has two slices 211 disposed oppositely in a front side and a rear side thereof. The two slices 211 each has a plurality of air bubbles 212 thereon and each bottom side, left side, and right side of the slice 211 are separately adhered so that only a top side of the bag housing 21 has an opening 213 so that a product or an assembly can be placed conveniently into the bag housing 21 through the opening 213. In this embodiment, the left side and the right side of the two slices 211 are separately adhered by the adhered areas 13-14.

The cover 22 is connected with the slice 211 of the bag housing 21 on the same side of the opening 213 thereof, and the cover 22 has a plurality of air bubbles 221 thereon. The cover 22 can be folded into the opening 213 of the bag housing 21 for closing the opening 213.

The shape of the drawing piece 23 isn't restricted. One side of the drawing piece 23 is integrally formed with one side (a left side or a right side) of the bag housing 21, but the drawing piece 23 isn't disposed in the same side as the opening 213. In this embodiment, the drawing piece 23 is a rectangular-shaped piece and is formed in the adhered area 14. The drawing piece 23 must have sufficient area for being taken in conveniently.

Reference is made to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6. As the packing bag 2 is applied to a packing electronic product, an electronic assembly or a semi-manufactured product 3, the electronic product, the electronic assembly or the semi-manufactured product 3 is first packed into a suitable static electricity shielding bag 4 and a section of tape 5 is stuck thereon so that the electronic product, the electronic assembly or the semi-manufactured product 3 is enclosed within the static electricity shielding bag 4. Next, the electronic product, the electronic assembly or the semi-manufactured product 3 is put into the bag housing 21 of the packing bag 2 having a drawing piece 23 and the cover 22 of the packing bag 2 is folded into the opening 213 for closing the opening 213. Finally, the packing bags 2 are put into grooves 62 composed of pallets 61 inside outer box 6 in order and the drawing piece 23 faces upwards.

When a customer or an operator (not shown) receives and unseals the outer box 6, it is easy to extract the electronic products, the electronic assemblies or the semi-manufactured products 3 in the grooves 62 as long as equal force is applied to extract the drawing pieces 23 of the packing bags 2 without damaging the products.

In addition, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, which disclose another embodiment of the packing bag according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the drawing piece 23 is connected with a top side of the bag housing 21 as the opening 213, but a length of the drawing piece 23 is one section of length of the opening 213. The packing bags 2 are put into grooves 62 composed of pallets 61 inside outer box 6 and the drawing piece 23 faces upwards for being extracted conveniently.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
