Buckle structure
A buckle structure for buckling is disposed on a box body and on an upper cover pivotally connected to the box body, the buckle structure comprises a wedging member disposed on the box body and formed with a wedging groove thereon; a limiter disposed on the upper cover and formed with a limiting groove thereon; a pivot seat disposed on the upper cover and pivotally connected with a control member having an elastically movable button which is provided with a limiting inserted plate on one lateral side thereof to be corresponding to the limiting groove of the limiter; and a buckling plate pivotally connected with the control member and formed with a buckling edge on a bottom edge thereof. When the upper cover is closed on the box body, the buckling edge of the buckling plate is buckled in the wedging groove of the wedging member, and the limiting inserted plate is inserted into the limiting groove of the limiter; and when pressing the button of the control member, the limiting inserted plate is separated from the limiting groove, and the control member and the buckling plate swing to make the buckling plate to be separated from the wedging member. The assembly disclosed above in the present invention has a simpler structure of the pivot seat and limiter, and the size of buckle is reduced and the cost is lowered. The limiter can be connected with the upper cover by buckling, thus the assembly process is more convenient.
1. Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a buckle structure, more particularly, to a buckle structure between an upper cover and a box body of a leather suitcase, a traveling case or a brief case.
2. Description of the Related Art
For a general leather suitcase or a traveling case, one or two buckles are often disposed between a box body and an upper cover thereof in order to locate the upper cover when closing it and make it difficult to be opened. The upper cover can not be opened by means of the buckling of the buckle.
A known buckle provides a lateral locking effect. A male and a female buckle are disposed respectively on the upper cover and on the box body. When the upper cover is closed on the box body, a lateral-moving bolt disposed on the male buckle can be inserted into the female buckle to be fixed. Thereby, there is a limitation between the upper cover and the box body so that the upper cover is not opened. However, the operation of such buckle is inconvenient, because the lateral-moving bolt of the male buckle is often protruding, and consequently the bolt must draw back so that the male buckle and the female buckle can face each other, resulting in inconvenience in operation.
Another buckle includes a buckling member disposed on the upper cover, and a wedging member disposed on the box body. A buckling plate disposed on the buckling member can be buckled in a wedging groove disposed on the wedging member by swinging. The buckling plate of the buckle can be elastically and automatically opened by spring, thus the buckling plate can be elastically opened when the upper cover is opened. Therefore, when the upper cover is closed on the box body, a user only needs to press the buckling plate and then the buckling plate and the wedging member can be linked up to provide a locking effect. However, the buckling member must be disposed on a base seat with similar size to the buckling member. By linking up a locking groove provided by the base seat and an inserted plate in the buckle, the buckling member and the wedging member can be linked up effectively, and the buckle can be disposed on the upper cover effectively. Thus, the overall size of the buckle is relatively large and the cost is relatively high.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe buckle with buckling function disclosed in the related art has a shortcoming in that the large base seat is needed to be disposed on the upper cover. Therefore, the present invention provides an innovative buckle structure for solving the shortcoming in the related art.
One object of the present invention is to provide a buckle structure with a small size. More particularly, the buckle structure disclosed in the present invention includes a wedging member disposed on a box body; a limiter provided with a limiting groove and disposed on an upper cover; a pivot seat disposed on the upper cover and a control member pivotally connected to the pivot seat; an elastically movable button disposed on the control member; a limiting inserted plate formed on a lateral side of the button to be corresponding to the limiting groove on the limiter; and a buckling plate pivotally connected with the control member and formed with a buckling edge on a bottom edge thereof. When said upper cover is closed on said box body, the buckling edge of said buckling plate is buckled in the wedging groove of said wedging member, and said limiting inserted plate is inserted into said limiting groove of said limiter; and when pressing the button of the control member, the limiting inserted plate separates from the limiting groove, and the control member and the buckling plate swing elastically to separate the buckling plate and the wedging member.
Thereby, in the present invention, there is no large base seat needed to link up the buckle and the box. Thus, the size is small and the cost is lowered for manufacturing.

The buckle 24 includes a pivot seat 38. The pivot seat 38 is connected with the upper cover 14 by using a screw 42 to be fixed on locking holes 16 disposed on the upper cover 14. A pair of pivotal axes 44 are disposed separately on two ends of the pivot seat 38. A twisting spring 46 is provided on the pivot seat 38.

The assembly disclosed above in the present invention does not need a base seat of large size, and a simple limiter and a pivot seat are replaced instead. The size of buckle is reduced and the cost is lowered. The limiter can be connected with the upper cover by buckling, thus the assembly process is more convenient.
Claims
1. A buckle structure for buckling, said buckle being disposed on a box body and an upper cover pivotally connected to said box body, said buckle structure comprising:
- a wedging member disposed on said box body, a wedging groove being formed on said wedging member;
- a limiter disposed on said upper cover, a limiting groove being formed on the limiter;
- a pivot seat being disposed on said upper cover;
- a control member pivotally connected on the pivot seat, an elastically movable button being disposed on said control member, a limiting inserted plate being formed on one lateral side of said button to be corresponding to said limiting groove of said limiter;
- a buckling plate pivotally connected with the control member, a buckling edge being formed on a bottom edge of the buckling plate; and
- wherein when said upper cover is closed on said box body, the buckling edge of said buckling plate is buckled in the wedging groove of said wedging member, and said limiting inserted plate is inserted into said limiting groove of said limiter; and when pressing said button of said control member, said limiting inserted plate is separated from said limiting groove, and said control member and said buckling plate swing to make said buckling plate to be separated from said wedging member.
2. The buckle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a locking groove is formed on said button, said locking groove including a first groove path and a second groove path, a movable plate being disposed on said buckling plate, a locking shaft being disposed on said movable plate, said locking shaft corresponding to said first groove path or said second groove path according to the moving of said locking plate.
3. The buckle structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein a pushing shaft is provided with said locking plate and passes through said buckling plate.
4. The buckle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein two connecting posts are disposed on said wedging member and pass through on said upper cover for connecting said wedging member and said upper cover.
5. The buckle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein two foot posts are disposed on said button and a spring is disposed separately on each said foot post for making said button move elastically.
6. The buckle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a twisting spring is disposed on said pivot seat and one end of said twisting spring is against said control member.
7. The buckle structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pair of twisting springs is disposed on said control member, one end of said pair of twisting springs being against said buckling plate.
