Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a blind type curtain, and more particularly to a blind type textile curtain comprising a plurality of unit pieces arranged in three-dimension on the surface of a fabric material so as to provide a visual effect (an effect of interior), and permit seeing an opposite side from one side therethrough, but not seeing to the contrary, and simultaneously it has large effects on soundproofing, light (light beam)-blocking, and the like.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, a curtain shows its main function of regulating a light beam, sight-blocking, soundproofing, anti-rat, anti-cold, and the like, and its auxiliary function such as interior. It is set on the window or the gateway etc. of building, the kinds of which there are a textile curtain having a regularly printed design thereon, and a roller blind type curtain or a vertical blind type curtain (hereinafter, all-told referred to as “a blind curtain”) with a thin and narrow metal plate, wooden plate, plastic plate, etc. weaved to be suspended downwardly or arranged right to left at regular interval.

However, since the textile curtain is that is expressed with various printed designs imprinted on the surface of the textile having regular color, the weight of which is so light that the manufacturing, handling, and maintenance thereof are easy. But, the function required for a curtain, including a light beam regulation, sight-blocking, and the like has not been properly executed. Whereas, the blind type curtain, as described above, is embodied by a plurality of unit pieces shaped with stripes, such that the weight thereof is heavy. And even the function of light-beam regulation, sight-blocking can be performed for there being a space between each blind unit pieces, but its function of soundproofing, anti-cold, and anti-rat are extremely weak. Additionally, since the material of the blind unit piece is a rigid one, its handling and maintenance are uneasy as well as the rate of breakage is high. Further, there arises a problem that causes a lot of noise for its collision with each other.

Such problems currently have been regarded the textile curtain as being used for indoor, and the blind curtain as being used for outdoor, but actually in visual and functional aspects, the consumption of the blind curtain has been ever growing, thus there needs aggressively a curtain having a combined use of indoor and outdoor, which fulfills all the functions of easy maintenance, and the function of curtain and interior as well.

To comply with such requirements, a blind type curtain material with a striped relief formed at regular interval on the surface of the textile material has been suggested. However, since the relief is only formed by some weaving density, that is, the relief is embossed, such that the curtain appears to be a blind curtain in an external form, but which has no mobility etc., (because of its solidifying) such that the function thereof is still irrelative to a blind curtain, thus it can not solve all the problems occurred in the conventional textile curtain and the blind curtain.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Problem

It is an object of the present invention to provide a curtain to enhance both the formal function and the functional effect so as to be able to solve the above problems of the textile curtain and the blind curtain.

Technical Solution

The present invention provide a blind type curtain made from a textile curtain, in which several blind unit pieces are arranged on the surface of the textile at regular interval to unite a curtain part with a blind part, such that it can fulfill the main function (light beam regulation, sight-blocking, etc.) and the auxiliary function (such as interior).

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS

The present invention has several, but not limited to, advantages as bellows. Firstly, as several blind unit pieces 2 may be formed on rear surface of the textile curtain at regular interval, the functions such as light beam regulation, sight-blocking, soundproofing, anti-cold, and anti-rat can be performed, and the function such as interior can be simultaneously performed, and these functions are further magnified. Secondly, of course the present invention has an excellent flexibility, the weight of which is so light that the manufacture and handling is easy. Thirdly, the blind type curtain sheet 1 can be manufactured using a textile material with easy handling and maintenance because of its lightweight, such that it can perform general function of the conventional blind curtain as it is. Fourthly, there can be various patterned designs readily expressed, for the curtain sheet being made of textile material, so that it can be used as a combined use of indoor and outdoor. And finally, a blind type curtain without concern for noise and breakage can be obtained.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

A manufacturing method for understanding the invention will be described in advance prior to describe preferred embodiments of the invention to accomplish the technical problems of the invention.

A plurality of unit piece forming part 200 of the blind are set on one side of a textile material at constant interval to a direction of width (row) or length (column) of a base curtain sheet 100. And then an upper and lower part of each unit piece forming part 200 is connected with a connecting yarn 3, so that the unit piece forming part 200 can be protruded to one side of the base curtain sheet 100, and simultaneously the lower end thereof is folded downwardly to form a blind unit piece 2, such that a blind type curtain sheet 1 can be manufactured. And finally a coating solution is applied to the surface of the curtain sheet 1, such that the present invention is completed.

The constitution of the thus manufactured present invention comprises: several blind unit pieces 2 being protrusively formed in a row direction at regular interval; a connecting yarn 3 prepared on rear side of the blind unit piece 2, wherein the upper and lower end of the connecting yarn 3 is weaved with the upper and lower end of a space 21 of rear side of the blind unit piece 2 to maintain the protrusion of the unit piece 2, and the lower end of the blind unit piece 2 is forcibly folded to form a membrane shaped blind unit piece 2; and further comprises a horizontal yarn 4, 4′ added to the upper and lower part of the blind unit piece 2; a spandex yarn 5 connected with the horizontal yarn 4, 4′ to readily lead a stretchable connection of the rear side of the blind unit piece 2, wherein the horizontal yarn 4, 4′ is additionally weaved during weaving a base curtain sheet 100, such that when the horizontal yarn 4, 4′ is thus added to the base curtain sheet 100, a unit piece forming part 200 is formed between the horizontal yarn 4, 4

In the thus constituted curtain sheet 1, when the rear side of the blind unit piece 2 protruded to one side of the curtain sheet 1 is connected with the connecting yarn 3, the connection thereof becomes strong. Or, when the rear side of the unit piece 2 is connected with the spandex yarn 5, the space 21 of the rear side of the unit piece 2 is stretchable, such that even the curtain sheet 1 is pulled to both ends' direction perpendicular to the unit piece 2, the blind unit piece 2 is retrieved rapidly to its original shape, as well as the original shape thereof can be maintained as it is. The blind unit piece 2 is formed in general unit piece of a membrane (plate) formation such as metal plate, wooden plate, and plastic plate. Thereby, the blind unit piece 2 can be moved upward to be able to sufficiently perform the function thereof.

The length d of the blind unit piece 2 is preferably the range between 0.4□ and 2.5□. In such case, it assures the visual aesthetics of the blind unit piece 2, and simultaneously enables the unit piece 2 to actually carry out the function.

Then, the unit piece 2 is prepared to be inclined downwardly from the top. The gap between the unit piece 2 can not be seen because of the inclination angle G of the unit piece 2, when seeing the curtain sheet 1 from front side thereof, but when an eyesight is below or over the unit piece 2, the inclination angle G is to be maintained to see the gap between the unit pieces 2. The length of the unit piece 2 is formed, such that the bottom end thereof is not to be overlayed on the top end of another unit piece 2′ therebelow, or the bottom end thereof is to be overlayed on the top end of another unit piece 2′ therebelow. Mesh-type structure 6 is formed between each unit pieces 2 and 2′.

The unit piece 2 is formed to maintain the inclination angle G at approximately 15° to 25° thereby not being able to see the gap between the unit pieces 2 and 2′ when seeing from front side thereof.

In the thus prepared curtain sheet 1, the unit piece 2 is tiltly protruded by some constant angle from the surface of the curtain sheet 1. And since a mesh-type structure is formed between the unit piece 2 and the unit piece 2′, as described above, when the curtain sheet 1 is configured as the end of the unit piece 2 is positioned at lower side (see appended FIG. 1(A)), and the eyesight is lower than the unit piece 2, an object and the like behind the curtain sheet 1 can be seen through the mesh 6. On the contrary, when the curtain sheet 1 is configured as the end of the unit piece 2 is positioned at upper side (see appended FIG. 1(B)), and the eyesight is higher than the unit piece 2, an object and the like behind the curtain sheet 1 can be seen through the mesh 6. whereas when the eyesight is positioned behind the curtain sheet 1, the unit piece 1 blocks the eyesight. That is, the present invention can perform the functions of the conventional blind curtain as it is.

Even the light is transmitted through the mesh 6, the light (ultimately, the sun light) hits the unit piece 2, thereby the light is refracted along the lengthwise direction, such that the function of blocking an ultraviolet ray, which is not good for a body, becomes maximize, as well as the refracted light is entrapped between the curtain sheet 1 and the unit piece 2. As such, it seems like the light is emitted from the curtain sheet 1 itself. Thereby, the curtain sheet 1 prevents the light from penetrating, while it can accommodate the light, such that the function of soundproofing and anti-rat is of course excellent, and it can also have an interior function using the light. Further, the unit piece 2 also has a noise-absorbing function, such that the soundproofing function of the curtain sheet 1 is more excellent than ever.

Additionally, when the end of the upper unit piece 2 is to be overlayed on the top end of the lower unit piece 2′, which make the mesh 6 formed between the upper unit piece 2 and the lower unit piece 2′ blocked. In such case, even an object behind the curtain sheet 1 can not be seen, but the function of blocking the ultra-violet ray can be completely performed, as well as the function of soundproofing and anti-rat is more excellent than ever.

Further, when the center of the blind unit piece 2 of one side of the curtain sheet 1 presented in the present invention is connected by a connecting string or the like, the unit piece 2 can be moved (opened) upward. Then when the connecting string is secured, the unit piece 2 remains as such, and when the curtain sheet between each blind unit piece 2 is made of vinyls or the like, which enables the light to transmit therethrough, a blind textile curtain capable of regulating the amount of an incoming light can be obtained.

Moreover, when several blind unit pieces 2 are formed to be protruded along a lengthwise direction at constant interval, the curtain sheet 1 can be used as a vertical blind type curtain sheet.
