A foldable table comprises a first table plate having a first frame; a second table plate having a second frame; a combining rod; one end of the combining rod pivoted to the first protruding bar and another end thereof being pivoted to the second protruding bar; the combining rod being a bent structure; thus, the combining rod can drive the first table plate and the second table plate to be expanded toward two sides or be drawn close; a first supporter having a top end pivoted to the first frame; a second supporter having a top end pivoted to the second frame; and a combining frame; two ends of the combining frame being pivoted to the first frame and second frame; the combining frame being installed with a buckling block; a first linkage and a second linkage.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to foldable tables, and particularly to a foldable table having two table plates which can be drawn close asynchronously.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Foldable tables have the advantages of having a greater area as it is used and having a smaller area as it is not used. Thus, more and more foldable tables are used in the current lift under the consideration of saving space.

One prior art foldable table has two legs which are pivoted with an intersect connection. A top of each leg is pivoted to the table surface. In folding state, one leg is used as a fulcrum and the table surface is rotated. Meanwhile, another leg is driven to be drawn close to the fulcrum so that the table surface is vertical to the table surface. However in folding state, because the table surface is heavy and thus this kind of design is not suitable for a larger table surface. Even after folding, the legs expose out so as to present an unbeautiful outlook. Moreover, in picnic, the larger table surface cannot be placed into a car. All these are problems necessary to be improved.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a foldable table, has the following elements. A first table plate has a first frame. The first frame is protruded with a first protruding bar. A second table plate has a second frame. The second frame is protruded with a second protruding bar. The second protruding bar is an inclined bar with one end fixed to the second table plate and another end points downwards. A combining rod has one end pivoted to the first protruding bar and another end thereof is pivoted to the second protruding bar. The combining rod is a bent structure. Thus, the combining rod can drive the first table plate and the second table plate to be expanded toward two sides or be drawn close to the central position. A first supporter has a top end pivoted to the first frame. A second supporter has a top end pivoted to the second frame. A combining frame is included. Two ends of the combining frame are pivoted to the first frame and second frame. The combining frame is installed with a buckling block. A first linkage has two ends which are pivoted to the first supporter and the combining frame. A second linkage has two ends which are pivoted to the second supporter and the combining frame. A buckling device includes an operating rod, a resisting rod, a first positioning rod, and a second positioning rod. The operating rod is pivoted to the combining frame and is connected to the resisting rod so that the operating rod and the resisting rod moves synchronously. One end of the first positioning rod is pivoted to the first linkage and another end thereof is buckled to the buckling block of the combining frame. One end of the second positioning rod is pivoted to the second linkage and another end is buckled to the buckling block of the combining frame. Two ends of the resisting rod resist against the first positioning rod and the second positioning rod.

When the first table plate and the second table plate are expanded, the first positioning rod and the second positioning rod are buckled the buckling block so as to push the combining frame upwards. When it is desired to fold the table, it is only necessary to actuate the operating rod so that the first positioning rod and second positioning rod leave from the buckling block of the combining frame so that the combining frame is pushed upwards. Then, the first supporter and second supporter are drawn close. When the table is expanded, the first positioning rod and second positioning rod of the buckling device will be buckled to the buckling block of the combining frame so that the table is stable in expansion without sliding easily. When it is desired to fold the table, the operating rod can be moved upwards to cause the resisting rod to push the first positioning rod and second positioning rod at two sides so that that the two rods are not buckled to the buckling block 61. Then, the table plates or supporters can be pushed to make the combining frame move upwards and meanwhile, the first supporter and second supporter will be drawn close.

The present invention further comprises the following elements. A first pneumatic rod has one end pivoted to the first linkage and another end thereof is pivoted to the combining frame. A second pneumatic rod has one end pivoted to the second linkage and another end thereof is pivoted to the combining frame so that the folding and expansion operations can be performed easily. Moreover, the first pneumatic rod and second pneumatic rod are pivoted to the combining frame.

Moreover, a long hole is formed in the combining frame so that the operating rod passes out of the long hole. Thereby the user can hole the operating rod 91 and causes the operating rod moves in the long hole and thus the operation can be performed easily. In the folding state, the operating rod can resist against the long hole without movement or collision and thus the operating rod will not release or fall down.

The first supporter 40 can be installed with roller and the second supporter can be installed with roller and thus the use can move the table easily in expansion and folding.

A retainer is used to retain the first table plate and second table plate to be in a drawing close state, wherein the retainer includes a buckling sheet and a buckling block. The buckling sheet is installed with a buckling hole and the buckling sheet is pivoted to the first frame. The buckling block is installed to the second frame. When the first table plate and second table plate are drawn close, the buckling sheet is rotated so that the buckling hole of the buckling sheet can be buckled into the buckling block and thus, first supporter and second supporter will not expand without user's operation. Moreover, the first frame is installed with a buckling block, when the table is expanded, the buckling sheet can buckle the buckling block of the first frame so that it is fixed without vibration.

Thereby by above structure, the table according to the present invention can be folded or expansion easily. By the combining rod, the first table plate and second table plate can be expanded or folded at the same time. Furthermore, by the first positioning rod and second positioning rod, the first table plate and second table plate will not tilt upwards.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention has the following elements.

A first table plate 10 has a first frame 11. The first frame 11 is protruded with a first protruding bar 111.

A second table plate 20 has a second frame 21. The second frame 21 is protruded with a second protruding bar 211. The second protruding bar 211 is an inclined bar with one end fixed to the second table plate 20 and another end points downwards.

A combining rod 30 has one end pivoted to the first protruding bar 111 and another end thereof is pivoted to the second protruding bar 211. The combining rod 30 is a bent structure. Thus, the combining rod 30 can drive the first table plate 10 and the second table plate 20 to be expanded toward two sides or be drawn close to the central position.

A first supporter 40 has a top end pivoted to the first frame 11.

A second supporter 50 has a top end pivoted to the second frame 21.

A combining frame 60 is included. Two ends of the combining frame 60 are pivoted to the first frame 11 and second frame 21. The combining frame 60 is installed with a buckling block 61.

A first linkage 70 has two ends which are pivoted to the first supporter 40 and the combining frame 60.

A second linkage 80 has two ends which are pivoted to the second supporter 50 and the combining frame 60.

A buckling device 90 includes an operating rod 91, a resisting rod 92, a first positioning rod 93, and a second positioning rod 94. The operating rod 91 is pivoted to the combining frame 60 and is connected to the resisting rod 92 so that the operating rod 91 and the resisting rod 92 moves synchronously. One end of the first positioning rod 93 is pivoted to the first linkage 70 and another end thereof is buckled to the buckling block 61 of the combining frame 60. One end of the second positioning rod 94 is pivoted to the second linkage 80 and another end is buckled to the buckling block 61 of the combining frame 60. Two ends of the resisting rod 92 resist against the first positioning rod 93 and the second positioning rod 94.

Referring to FIGS. 4 to 7, the operation of the present invention is illustrated. When the first table plate 10 and the second table plate 20 are expanded, the first positioning rod 93 and the second positioning rod 94 are buckled the buckling block 61 (referring to FIG. 7) so as to push the combining frame 60 upwards. When it is desired to fold the table, it is only necessary to actuate the operating rod 91 so that the first positioning rod 93 and second positioning rod 94 leave from the buckling block 61 of the combining frame 60 (referring to FIG. 7) so that the combining frame 60 is pushed upwards. Then, the first supporter 40 and second supporter 50 are drawn close. When the table is expanded, the first positioning rod 93 and second positioning rod 94 of the buckling device 90 will be buckled to the buckling block 61 of the combining frame 60 so that the table is stable in expansion without sliding easily. When it is desired to fold the table, the operating rod 91 can be moved upwards to cause the resisting rod 92 to push the first positioning rod 93 and second positioning rod 94 at two sides so that that the two rods are not buckled to the buckling block 61. Then, the table plates or supporters can be pushed to make the combining frame 60 move upwards and meanwhile, the first supporter 40 and second supporter 50 will be drawn close.

Furthermore, referring to FIGS. 2 and 7, the present invention further comprises the following elements. A first pneumatic rod 71 has one end pivoted to the first linkage 70 and another end thereof is pivoted to the combining frame 60. A second pneumatic rod 81 has one end pivoted to the second linkage 80 and another end thereof is pivoted to the combining frame 60 so that the folding and expansion operations can be performed easily. Moreover, the first pneumatic rod 71 and second pneumatic rod 81 are pivoted to the combining frame 60.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a long hole 62 is formed in the combining frame 60 so that the operating rod 91 passes out of the long hole 62. Thereby the user can hold the operating rod 91 and causes the operating rod 91 to move in the long hole 62 and thus the operation can be performed easily. In the folding state, the operating rod 91 can resist against the long hole 62 without movement or collision and thus the operating rod 91 will not release or fall down.

Furthermore, referring to FIGS. 3 and 8, the first supporter 40 can be installed with roller 51 and the second supporter 50 can be installed with roller 52 and thus the use can move the table easily in expansion and folding.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a retainer 12 is used to retain the first table plate 10 and second table plate 20 to be in a drawing close state, wherein the retainer 12 includes a buckling sheet 121 and a buckling block 122. The buckling sheet 121 is installed with a buckling hole 1211 and the buckling sheet 121 is pivoted to the first frame 11. The buckling block 122 is installed to the second frame 21. When the first table plate 10 and second table plate 20 are drawn close, the buckling sheet 121 is rotated so that the buckling hole 1211 of the buckling sheet 121 can be buckled into the buckling block 122 and thus, the first supporter 40 and second supporter 50 will not expand without user's operation. Moreover, the first frame 11 is installed with a buckling block 123, when the table is expanded, the buckling sheet 121 can buckle the buckling block 123 of the first frame 11 so that it is fixed without vibration.

Thereby by above structure, the table according to the present invention can be folded or expansion easily. By the combining rod 30, the first table plate 10 and second table plate 20 can be expanded or folded at the same time. Furthermore, by the first positioning rod 93 and second positioning rod 94, the first table plate 10 and second table plate 20 will not tilt upwards.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A foldable table, comprising:

a first table plate having a first frame;
a second table plate having a second frame;
a combining rod; one end of the combining rod pivoted to the first protruding bar and another end thereof being pivoted to the second protruding bar; the combining rod being a bent structure; thus, the combining rod can drive the first table plate and the second table plate to be expanded toward two sides or be drawn close;
a first supporter having a top end pivoted to the first frame;
a second supporter having a top end pivoted to the second frame;
a combining frame; two ends of the combining frame being pivoted to the first frame and second frame; the combining frame being installed with a buckling block;
a first linkage having two ends which are pivoted to the first supporter and the combining frame;
a second linkage having two ends which are pivoted to the second supporter and the combining frame;
a buckling device including a first positioning rod and a second positioning rod; one end of the first positioning rod being pivoted to the first linkage and another end thereof being buckled to the buckling block of the combining frame; one end of the second positioning rod being pivoted to the second linkage and another end being buckled to the buckling block of the combining frame; two ends of the resisting rod resisting against the first positioning rod and the second positioning rod.

2. The foldable table as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first frame is installed with a first protruding bar and the second frame is protruded with a second protruding bar; two ends of the combining rod are pivoted to the first protruding bar and the second protruding bar.

The foldable table as claimed in claim 1, wherein the buckling device further includes an operating rod and a resisting rod; wherein the operating rod is pivoted to the combining frame and is connected to the resisting rod so that the operating rod and the resisting rod moves synchronously; two ends of the resisting rod resist against the first positioning rod and the second positioning rod.

4. The foldable table as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first pneumatic rod has one end pivoted to the first linkage and another end thereof is pivoted to the combining frame; a second pneumatic rod has one end pivoted to the second linkage and another end thereof is pivoted to the combining frame.

5. The foldable table as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first pneumatic rod and second pneumatic rod are pivoted to the combining frame.

6. The foldable table as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second protruding bar is an inclined bar with one end fixed to the second table plate and another end points downwards.

7. The foldable table as claimed in claim 3, wherein a long hole is formed in the combining frame so that the operating rod passes out of the long hole.

8. The foldable table as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first supporter is installed with roller and the second supporter is installed with roller.

9. The foldable table as claimed in claim 1, wherein a retainer is used to retain the first table plate and second table plate to be in a drawing close state.

10. The foldable table as claimed in claim 9, wherein the retainer includes a buckling sheet and a buckling block; the buckling sheet is installed with a buckling hole and the buckling sheet is pivoted to the first frame; the buckling block is installed to the second frame; when the first table plate and second table plate are drawn close, the buckling sheet is rotated so that the buckling hole of the buckling sheet can be buckled into the buckling block.

11. The foldable table as claimed in claim 10, wherein the first frame is installed with a buckling block, when the table is expanded, the buckling sheet can buckle the buckling block of the first frame so that it is fixed without vibration.
