Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to an improved hair hoop structure, and more particularly to a hair hoop structure which is fitted on the head to immobilize the hair and is not easy to loose.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Generally, the method for organizing the hair is to utilize hair elastic, hair pin, hair hoop or other hair ornaments to immobilize the hair. A common used hair hoop usually has an arc shape and employs the elasticity of material thereof to hoop the head, the toughness to suppress the hair and the teeth thereon to grasp and immobilize the hair. Because the hair hoop has simple structure, light material weight and easy usage, it becomes a convenient tool for organizing the hair, especially for many women. Although the hair hoop has the advantages as described above, there still exist some problems:

1. The material of the hair hoop is relatively harder which might pull and damage the hair, and the teeth will apply pressure on the scalp which might cause the user to feel uncomfortable after a long term wearing.

2. The structure of the hair hoop is variable and only employs the teeth to hinder from coming off, so that it is easy to become loose owing to the swing of head or the unpredictable contact.

3. The flexibility of the material has limitation, so that the hair hoop has difficult to be applied to whole different head sizes and might be broken.

4. The shape and structure of the hair hoop are fixed, so that it is inconvenient for storage or carrying.

Therefore, for solving the problems described above, a conventional hair hoop structure is disclosed, as shown in FIG. 1. In this structure, an elastic element 3 is passing through two through holes 2 at two ends of a main body 1, so as to combine the main body 1 with the elastic element 3. Then, through the elasticity of the elastic element 3 and the flexibility of the main body 1, a better immobility can be provided to the user as wearing the hair hoop. However, although this structure can be immobilized on the head, it is still disadvantageous that only the elastic element is employed to combine with the main body for forming a circular hair hoop, so that, for wearing, the user's head and hair have to pass through the circular hair hoop first and then the hair hoop is adjusted to proper position, which means more labor and time are needed. Besides, this structure is also inconvenient for the user with long hairs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to a hair hoop which employs corresponding elastic elements, which respectively have a male engaging element and a corresponding female engaging element, to mounted at two ends of a body, so that, through a mutual and fixed engagement between the male and the female engaging elements, a circular hair hoop can be obtained, thereby the hair hoop according to the present invention can have a more convenient operation procedure and is also not easy to become loose or to come off.

The improved hair hoop structure of the present invention includes a main body whose two ends are respectively penetrated by an elastic element, and a male and a female engaging elements which are respectively connected with each elastic element. The male engaging element protrudently has a positioning portion, which has a pillar shape, mounted thereon and the positioning portion is extended to have an expanded portion which has a diameter larger than that of the positioning portion. The female engaging element has a positioning hole matched to the expanded portion, and the positioning hole is extended to have an opening corresponding to the positioning portion, and a rejecting portion formed at the edge of the opening. Through the extended portion being inserted into the positioning hole, the positioning portion may have a movement toward the opening so as to reject against the rejecting portion, thereby the male and the female engaging elements are mutually engaged and rejected so as to form a positioning relationship and also to achieve a circular structure. The improved hair hoop structure according to the present invention is at least advantageous of:

1. The main body of the present invention employs a flexible material, so that it is more convenient for storage.

2. Two independent elastic elements are employed to pass through two ends of the main body, so as to have a better elasticity and also to provide a labor-saving wearing procedure.

3. The corresponding elastic elements respectively have a male engaging element and a female engaging element for forming a circular hair hoop through the engagement between the engaging elements, so that the hair hoop can be fixed on the head more easily through a more simplified fixing method which also saves the cost wearing time.

4. The main body can have decorative designs at the side opposite to the teeth, so that the hair hoop of the present invention can not only have a convenient wearing and fixing structure but also be a beautiful decoration.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The foregoing aspects and many of the attendant advantages of this invention will be more readily appreciated as the same becomes better understood by reference to the following detailed description, when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, wherein:

FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional drawing showing a conventional hair hoop structure;

FIG. 2 is a three-dimensional drawing showing an improved hair hoop structure according to the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a decomposition drawing showing an improved hair hoop structure according to the present invention; and

FIGS. 4A and 4B are sectional drawings showing the male and the female engaging elements of the improved hair hoop structure according to the present invention.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Please refer to FIG. 2, which is a three-dimensional drawing showing an improved structure of hair hoop according to the present invention. As shown, the improved hair hoop structure of the present invention includes a main body 10, a male engaging element 20, a female engaging element 30 and elastic elements 40. The main body 10 has plural teeth 11 mounted on one side thereof and two symmetrical through holes 12 respectively located at two ends thereof. The circular elastic elements 40 are respectively passed through the through holes 12 and respectively have a male engaging element 20 and a female engaging element 30 mounted thereon, thereby through a mutual engagement between the male and the female engaging elements 20, 30, the main body 10, the elastic elements 40 and the male and female engaging elements 20, 30 can be approximately formed to have a circular structure.

Please refer to FIG. 3, which is a decomposition drawing showing the improved hair hoop structure according to the present invention. As shown, the main body 10 is made of a material which is flexible and capable of bending (such as rubber). The elastic elements 40 are elastic and stretchable ropes (such as elastic ropes), which respectively pass through penetrating openings 21, 31 of the male and the female engaging elements 20, 30 and also the through holes 12 on the main body 10, and two ends of each elastic element are fixedly connected together to form a circular structure, so that the male engaging element 20 and female engaging element 30 are symmetrically hanged at two ends of the main body 10. The male engaging element 20 protrudently has a positioning portion 22, which approximately has a pillar shape, mounted thereon, and the positioning portion 22 is extended to have an expanded portion, whose diameter is larger than that of the positioning portion. The female engaging element 30 has, mounted thereon, a positioning hole 32 corresponding to the expanded portion 23, and the positioning hole 32 is extended to have an opening communicated therewith and a rejecting portion 34 located at the surrounding edge of the opening 33. The positioning portion 22 of male engaging element 20 is inserted into the positioning hole 32 of the female engaging element 20 and then engaged with the opening 33 and the rejecting portion 34.

Please refer to FIGS. 4A and 4B, which are sectional drawings of the male and the female engaging elements. As shown, the extended portion 23 of the male engaging element 20 is inserted into the positioning hole 32 of the female engaging element 30 (as shown in FIG. 4A), and the positioning portion 22 is moved to the opening 33 and rejected against the rejecting portion 34 (as shown in FIG. 4B), thereby the male and the female engaging elements 20, 30 are mutually engaged and rejected so as to form a positioning relationship.

It is to be understood, however, that even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and function of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only, and changes may be made in detail, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
