Supporting pad for high heels

A supporting pad for high heels has a heel part, an arc part, and a concave portion on the top surface of its body. Each part is designed according to the curve of the human foot, so as to in close contact with the heel, the foot arc, and the metatarsus between the foot arc and the toes. The bottom surface of the body is also tightly attached to the sole of the high heel. Such a support provides a stable and balanced surface at the bottom of user's feet. This complete support can effectively distribute pressure imposed on the foot and relieve discomfort due to the impacts.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The invention relates to a supporting pad for high heels and, in particular, to a supporting pad that helps forming a stable surface for the feet of the person who wears the shoes, effectively dissipating pressure on the feet and alleviating uncomfortable impacts thereon.

2. Related Art

As shown in FIG. 6, the shoe bottom 8 of usual high heels sold on the market has a plane design. Due to the shape of foot bones, the foot bottom of normal people is not completely flat. In particular, the arc of foot 91 is not in close contact with the sole 8 of the shoe. Therefore, the user's foot bottom does not completely rest on the sole 8.

When the user walks for a long distance with the high heels, the pressure from the sole 8 cannot be evenly distributed over the foot bottom 9. After a long time, the metatarsus 92 and the heel 93 continuously receive different pressures or some region receives too large a pressure, resulting in foot injuries. Such injuries include foot myositis, pain in the metatarsus 92 and heel 93, or stretch injuries in the arc 91.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An objective of the invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems by providing a supporting pad for high heels. The top surface of the pad body has a heel part, an arc part, and a concave part, all designed according to the curve of the foot bottom. The pad is in close contact with the heel, the arc, and the metatarsus between the arc and the toes. Moreover, the bottom surface of the pad body rests completely on the sole of the high heel. Therefore, the supporting pad provides a stable and balanced support to the foot bottom of the user, increasing the comfort of the user's foot.

According to the above-mentioned objective, the disclosed supporting pad for a high heel includes:

a body, which has a bottom surface in complete contact with the sole of the high heel and a top surface designed in accord with the curve of the foot bottom;

a heel part, which is disposed on the top surface, has a concave shape fitting the shape of the heel whose central portion is lower than the surrounding portion, and has a hole at the center of the concave portion for the heel to fall on the sole of the high heel; and

an arc part, which is disposed on the top surface and connected with the heel part and has an arc-shaped protruding structure designed in accord with the shape of the foot bottom, thereby in close contact with the arc of the foot.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention will be apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein the same references relate to the same elements.

FIGS. 1 to 5 show the structure of an embodiment of the invention. They are used as an example for the purpose of explaining the spirit of the invention. The invention is defined by the claims.

The supporting pad for high heels according to the preferred embodiment of the invention includes a body 1, a heel part 121, and an arc part.

The body 1 has a bottom surface 11 and a top surface 12. The bottom surface 11 is a flat contact surface, completely in touch with the sole 2 of the high heel. The top surface 12 is designed according to the curve of the human foot bottom.

The heel part 121 is disposed on the top surface 12. The heel part 12 has a shape that fits the shape of the heel 31, higher on two sides and lower in the central portion, forming a concave structure with slant surfaces 122. The center of the concave structure in the heel part 121 has a hole 123 for the heel 31 to rest on the sole 2 of the high heel. The heel part 121 is thus in close contact with the human heel 31.

The arc part 123 is disposed on the top surface 12 and connected to the heel part 121. The arc part 124 is designed according to the shape of the foot bottom 3 to have an arc-shaped protruding structure. The arc part 124 is in close contact with the foot arc 32.

In this embodiment, a concave portion 125 extends from the arc part 124 on the top surface 12. The concave portion 125 is a concave structure curving upward according to the shape of the metatarsus 33 at the foot bottom 3. The concave portion 125 is in close contact with the metatarsus 33 between the foot arc 32 and the toes 34.

As shown in FIG. 5, the top surface 12 of the body 1 is disposed with the heel part 121, the arc part 124, and the concave portion 125. Each of them is designed according to the curve of the foot bottom, so that they have close contact with the heel 31, the foot arc 32, and the metatarsus 33 between the foot arc 32 and the toes 34. The bottom surface 11 of the body 1 is also tightly attached to the sole 2 of the high heel. The user's foot bottom thus has a stable supporting surface, thereby effectively distributing pressure on the foot and relieving discomfort due to the impacts. In other words, the pressure is not concentrated on limited regions at the foot bottom. In particular, the foot bottom 3 is supported by the arc part 124. This increases the user's comfort.

The above embodiment demonstrates that the supporting pad of the invention forms a stable surface for the foot bottom, providing a firm support. The invention is also featured in effectively distributing pressure on the foot and relieving discomfort due to the impacts. Therefore, the user feels more comfortable using the invention.

Although the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, this description is not meant to be construed in a limiting sense. Various modifications of the disclosed embodiments, as well as alternative embodiments, will be apparent to persons skilled in the art. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claims will cover all modifications that fall within the true scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A supporting pad for a high heel, comprising:

a body, which has a bottom surface being a flat contact surface in close contact with the sole of the high heel and a top surface designed according to the curve of the human foot bottom;
a heel part, which is disposed on the top surface and has a concave structure that fits the shape of the human heel, higher on both sides and lower in the central portion; wherein the center of the concave portion has a hole for the human heel to rest on the sole of the high heel so that the heel part is in close contact with the human heel;
an arc part, which is disposed on the top surface and connected with the heel part; wherein the arc part is designed according to the shape of the foot bottom to have an arc-shaped protruding structure so that it is in close contact with the foot arc.

The supporting pad for a high heel according to claim 1, wherein a concave portion extends from the arc part on the top surface and has a shape designed according to the metatarsus of the human foot so that the concave portion is in close contact with the metatarsus between the foot arc and the toes.
